Great stock, friendly staff, and decent prices- they upcharge on variants, but its the publishers fault some of them are so rare, so I really cant ping them there.

Like Newbury Comics, its a place to get your geek side out. Unlike Newbury Comics, which offers everything saturated in pop culture, New England Comics offers a more intimate and esoteric experience for those who are attracted to the art itself.Plus, I think its easier for people who find it difficult to read books without pictures to read comics/graphic novels. Will it improve a persons way of thinking/learning? Depends who you ask. Will they enjoy the experience? Yes they will 100%!!!!

Great place to check out new comics and geek out with the staff! They have a HUGE selection of older comics, as well as new releases. They have a small Manga section also, but it is fairly varied. Also, if you dont see something, the staff can look it up and probably order it for you. There is a parking lot behind the store, on street parking is usually a miss as this is a busy area of Quincy.

Wow, the people who run this place are really awesome. I think they might like Batman even more than I do, which is saying something! I mostly frequent the Brockton store as its the one closet to me, but from now on if Im in Quincy I make sure to try and stop in at this location!

A long time staple of the Quincy Center area, this New England Comics location is a bastion of comics and pop culture in the changing surroundings. The store has all the latest issues, back issues, and a ton of silver age comics. This location, out of the chain, also has the largest inventory of pop culture collectibles such as toys, trading cards, and statues.

Horrible rude racist receptionist. Rude old employees. Seems like they dont understand common sense when it comes to their job. I knew more about their job than they did. Just 1 person there was helpful. The rest of the old old old people working there which seems theyre all in their 70s and 80s. Need to retire and give someone who knows what they are doing do that job. Cuz it was the most horrible experience I had in all my years having contact with a government agencies.

Clear deck boxes are cheaper than Newbury Comics. They dont sell 50 card clear boxes anymore. The staff was good and there are no public restrooms. The Brockton one sells 2 pack 50 card boxes.

The comics there are up to date and they even have some earlier issues/volumes. Definitely my go-to comic shop!! Plus, the staff is friendly.

Great staff, friendly atmosphere. They have more than just comic books, such as movies, trading cards and games, collectable figures, graphic novels, manga, shirts, posters, and so much more. Theyre willing to do special orders if they dont have it in your local store, and bring it in either from a different store or their distributor.

I would rather come to this location and I live in brockton not far from their other store. The guy with the long gray hair is a miserable bastard. The staff here is great and they are very helpful finding what you want. If they dont have it they can get it.

Im usually at the Brockton NEC, but this time the Quincy NEC picked up this huge collection and books were on sale. This NEC is huge and the are so many boxes of comics just need a couple days to go thru the comics, from silver and golden age to modern comics and the staff there was very helpful...
