Terrible service. Lost my package and told me to “do better” I don’t understand how I can “do better” when you lost my package? Highly recommend not to deal with this place! What happened to customer service?
Save yourself the trouble and skip this place. Nobody ever answers the phone to answer your questions and you cant leave a voicemail for a call back in order to save yourself a wasted trip. The handful of times I have tried this place they were closed clearly inside business hours and they are way too expensive anyway. If you need copies you cant pay with them from your UPS business account. They want a separate payment method for that. Sounds fishy. Not sure why I tried this place again. Try the location in Old Town. They really set the bar for customer service!
Absolutely horrendous customer service as you can tell from a lot of the other posts. There was an error with my shipment that I told the owner about. I explained to him that I watched his employee make an error. Rather than receiving an apology for the bad service I was met with hostility and defensiveness. I had to pay an extra $100 for another overnight shipping label (after already having paid for one that was screwed up because of them). Apparently it is this locations motto to deal in bad faith and blame others for their mistakes. The highlight of my visit where I was in a hurry and distressed and trying to fix my problem was when the owner started blaming the other parties involved such as government officials who are “lying about my package” and what happened to the label. I am actually mind blown at the customer service (or lack thereof) I just received.
If I could give this store zero stars I would. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I spoke with an Asian-American man.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Every time I come into the store, the staff is very friendly and quick. They listen thoroughly to your needs and are quick to help you. Youll be in and out of there in minutes! If you need to do a return or ship something out, this is the place to go!
Very friendly and accommodating staff, received my Amazon returns fast and was able to get my refund very quickly. They even helped me fix some of my packaging when it was broken. I have never had an issue here. Thank you!!

Dropped off my package at this location and both times the customer service was really poor. The first time I dropped of an item It was a black female that help me. When I entered the store she was seating down and was on her cell phone. She didnt say hi or anything. All she asked was for the slips and she rudely said ok your done. The second time was an asian guy same thing when I entered the store he was not doing anything. He was rude the whole time during the transactions. Honestly, they shouldnt come to work if there going to be rude or dont feel like working. Their is a lot of people out there who needs a job and would happy to take your job if your so unhappy with it. City manager should look into this location. Especially reading other review regarding there poor customer service.
The employee wouldnt take my Amazon return by scanning the code, the employee told me I had to have a printed label and charged me to print it. According to Amazon I should simply be able to have the store scan the return code and then the UPS store will ship it back to Amazon. I dont understand why this store doesnt follow what Amazon post on their site.
I did not know Amazon return was this simple. The owner and staff were more knowledgeable on this subject than Amazon customer service. On different occasions, I really appreciated the shipment price quote they provided over the phone as well. I wanted to ship something overseas and wanted to save multiple trips by simply calling and Caleb was nice enough to provide excellent service.
I put an offer in on a house and it was accepted contingent on me getting the seller a check within 48 hours, or they would go with another buyer. Went to this UPS and paid for shipping that would get it there the next day by end of day, but they forgot to send it out. The next day it got sent out, but it was sorted incorrectly somewhere. My check didnt make it within the 48 hours, and I lost the house to another buyer. I asked for a refund at the ups store and they said no refunds because of covid. I lost the house and didnt get a refund.
Wouldn’t accept Amazon return even with QR code
Every time we go here there is always a massive line. We did one print order with them and the paper and binding were wrong and it took the clerk forever to find it. Theyre good for amazon returns and thats about it. Last time we were in there they had a call from the Puyallup police on speaker phone that a woman was filing a report the store themselves had stolen her package. I just dont get a good vibe from this place at all.
Run of the mill UPS. Just dont go during lunch hours as its a small store and gets extremely busy.

Store is always efficient and never seems to get overwhelmed despite sudden long lines. They process Amazon returns much faster than other locations as well. Ruth is always extremely helpful and very efficient.
Quite possibly the RUDEST employees I have had the displeasure of attempting to do business with. Do yourself a favor and take your business with the United States Postal Service. Ive just filed a complaint with UPS Corporate and Amazon over the extreme rude behavior of these employees.

Its been awhile since I came back but its now under new ownership and they are so welcoming and went out of my way to do my complicated order! They already took all the Amazon returns I had and was so patient with me and helped me find the best deal to pack my items and send them. They are all about integrity and they definitely meant it when they said shipment guarantee. I would go out of my way to visit this place because they are guaranteed to provide me with the best customer service!
I usually dont write reviews but I was really impressed by this particular stores service. A couple months back I had to ship something back to Amazon and I wasnt too familiar with the process. One of the workers, Stephen helped me out and within just a couple minutes he explained the process and completed my transaction. I returned today to ship another item and was helped by the same employee who provided the same great service as before and I was in and out within minutes. I highly recommend this UPS location, I was very impressed with their service and also wanted to give kudos to Stephen who has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
I sent some stuff to my new home after my boyfriend died and I was kicked out. I barley had enough to send my package let alone the $30 insurance to protect my package from the staff that clearly threw my box around in order to punish me for not spending an extra $30 when the box was already $270.82. Ive been so upset about the contents in my box being destroyed on top of my 5 year relationship being done in an instant putting me on a friends couch. This is all a nightmare I cant wake up from. Just go somewhere else for your sanity.
The new management here has done an extraordinary job in fostering a kind and welcoming environment that puts the customer as their number one priority. Their shipping guarantee is 100% reliable and the packaging and printing services exceeded my expectations. The employees are all extremely patient in helping with complicated orders. By far THE BEST in Puyallup!

New management is commendable-I’ve had many good experiences here with this store and its management. They have good customer service and I as a customer feel valued when I come here. They help you out with any packaging that you might need. They also take Amazon returns and it make this place a great one stop shop for all my shipping, packaging, and printing needs.
I didn’t think I would have such a strong opinion about UPS stores, but this is my absolute favorite location! I’m always greeted by the owner, Caleb. He’s very kind and professional, and I can always be gaurunteed that my packages will be taken care of. I have so many packages to drop off, it’s nice to know that I don’t have to worry about anything. This store and the staff has made my life so much easier!
Very bad customer service dont want to help customers
Found out this UPS store is under new ownership. They give quality customer service that makes you want to come back. If you are in need of printing I would highly suggest coming to this store. They can package whatever you need to package and do an outstanding job. They guarantee shipping which is a plus. They also do amazon returns which is pretty neat.
1 star is too high for this place. They charged me for a fax cover sheet even though they couldnt send my fax. And they placed my stamp on an envelope with out my permission. Would highly not recommend. I used to work at ups and this place is trash.
I’m only giving 3 stars, since they provide fast service. However, the man working this morning was really unfriendly. No greeting at all. I asked him a question and he answered then walked away. I was thinking hmmm...maybe he misunderstood as there was a small language barrier.So, I asked him (as he was in back of store)if he needed to scan my code. He came back said, “yeah” scanned it, gave me my receipt and that was it. I was like...okay.I would no longer use this store but it’s the most convenient location.
From the old with the new management, it makes a big difference when it comes to your neighborhood UPS Store. The new owner was very helpful with my Amazon return. They also provide notary service, which was what I needed last time I visited the store. I would definitely go back!

Love going to this location! I dont live nearby but I always take my drop off packages here before I go to work in Puyallup just because the owners are really kind. I havent had any shipment issues and they are really knowledgeable as well (it gets confusing with all the different companies). I was initially worried because I saw some nasty old reviews but the ownership must have changed, service has been amazing!
Well according to the website they should be open its Saturday they are closed. Sunday there closed which I understand and Monday for labor day. I order things online so I dont have to run around town to pick things up not sure why it was not left at my apartment office.
Amazon provides the labels and information this UPS store provides the service and piece of mind. I dont know how many times ive dropped things off here at the last possible moment and im still greeted with a smile. Your team is amazing!

I am not from the Puyallup area, but I needed to return my CenturyLink modem on the way home from work. In a hectic time crunch situation, I quickly googled the nearest UPS store and came across this one. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with much enthusiasm, it was quite shocking at first, but I realized after having small conversations with the front desk employee that the staff are well trained and take customer service very seriously. Thank you staff!
We were coming in to have some things notarized and on the way in our son tripped and scraped his knee. Both gentlemen inside were so helpful and gracious to us. We will be using this UPS from now on.
This review is specifically regarding the River road/ Meridian location in Puyallup: Ive been doing pick up here for the past year. Usually for the same type of thing. Today I go in and apparently theres now a $5 fee to pick up? Ha, what a joke. Guess I wont be using this location any longer. If it were company-wide I would have run into it at the other location I frequent for work.
Caleb. The store manager or claimed owner. You were very rude, short and never bothered to smile. You treated my package harshly and was very snappy with me. If my merchandise is damaged, it goes on you. You should try something else that doesnt involve people.
Ive used this store dozen or more times but DO NOT LET THEM PACK BOXES themselves. 2 times now Ive had gifts delivered broken. What a hassle!

Refused to release a package to me since it wasnt in my name. Maybe thats because it was in my four year old daughters name. Now im being told it requires a rental agreement since she does not habe a picture ID and my drivers license is still in VA. So yeah thabk you for ruining my daughters birthday.

I saw a ups man helping an old lady change her flat tire on the side of the road in the middle of his route. Making himself late to help someone in need.
January 16th I sold an item on ebay for just the reserve price ( lost money there)was charged a huge fee from Ebay and paypal( totally unrelated to this review but part of the story)delivered my item to this location and paid $120 to have it boxed up and shipped ( good thing i actually oppted for the insurance)the item arrived to the buyer destroyeda claim against me was openedi started the ups insurance claim right away, they picked what was left of the item up from the buyer on the 26tha week if not more it arrived back to this store, a few days later supposedly a representative inspected the item and approved the claim at that time the wait began for the check.a few weeks later the store called and said the main UPS corporate wanted a second inspection so off it goes to get looked at again.another few weeks go buy waiting on a check then the store dropps a bomb on me again after the second approval to process the claim .. now they want me to get a repair estimate !i take more time off work to grab my destroyed item, take it to a repair shop, pay $50 for a estimate and what do you know ? the estimate came in higher then the insured amount.this has been going on for more than 3 months, i never get a straight answer from the store, main office wont give me any information because its between UPS and the store branch .im sure the store has caller ID because they never answer when i call and if i do talk to someone its the young lady behind the counter that is extremely rude and treats me like im bothering her when i ask for an update.at this point im out the sellers fees, paypal fees, shipping costs,estimate costs, penalty fees foe the ebay reimbursement and time taken off work to deal with this .so if you want to be treated badly, have your stuff packed sub par and never get resolution ? feel free to use this location.the next step is to present them with a notice letter from an attorney for small claims court for twice what the insurance amount is .thanks UPS store #100 and thanks UPS for treating me like a burden .never again !

Bad customer service and unwelcoming environment. And each time there’s some new rules that I’ve never heard of to pick up a package. I always felt like I’m wasting their time trying to send anything . Will not be going back there again .

I wish there is a no star review. They dont even deserve 1 star. The owner of this store is simply rude and disrespectful. I went to return 8 amazon packages combined in one return code and the owner didnt take them. He wanted me to put them in a box. I told him Amazon doesnt require me to put them in a box and his answer was they are cheaters and left me. He simply want me to do his job and box my return and also he wants me to buy a box from his store so he can do the return. I called Amazon and they tell me that he is absolutely wrong and I can give send my return and I am not required to box any items. If you have an Amazon return you better take it somewhere else. I saw another frustrated customer before so it seems that their way of running business doesnt worth any customers.
