Roger has helped me pick out two mattresses now, and he is friendly, personable, and honest. He remembered me a year later and made sure I got a great deal the second time I came in. Travis and Dalton just finished delivering and setting up my new adjustable frame and mattress, and they were polite and in and out within 30 minutes, despite my monster of a staircase and Travis’ broken arm. I absolutely recommend Mattress Depot and this location in particular!

I’m going to have to assume that all of these reviews especially the ones referring to Roger, are all posted by friends because after my experience there, there is no way he has provided “amazing” customer service ever before in his life. He messed up my order, had no documentation I ever paid for my order, even though I had a receipt, gave me a bed frame instead of a box spring (that I paid for twice) then when I brought back the bed frame they had no record of that in their inventory. But if you they gave the wrong item and had no record of that, clearly their inventory system is a joke. This place is shady and trying to juice every penny out of the hard working class.

Went in twice and both times we worked with Roger. I must say that we left mattress depot both times very satisfied. Roger was very helpful in helping us decide what mattress fits our needs and also helped us pick the adjustable frame that goes with our bed. First time my husband and I went in not even sure if we were going to purchase a bed and after speaking with Roger and gathering information between all the beds, we went with the temper pedic mattress with an adjustable frame and we LOVE it! Second time went in with my parents and again Roger worked his magic and was able to help my parents get a bed as well as an adjustable frame to go with their mattress. The customer service we received both times was awesome! Thank you Roger for all the help! Definitely recommend if you’re in the market for a new bed 😁

Upon entering the Puyallup South Hill store, we were greeted by Roger who was properly masked (which didnt stop is vocal southern hospitality).My wife and I advised Roger we have seen several different brands and types, so it was comforting Roger didnt try to persuade us with more unnecessary questions. He asked the one question that none of the other stores asked at the start, which was what our price point. This made it easy as we gave Roger a price range and then he proceeded to show use a few brands/types. Wonderful! We did all of our research on the type of bed and base we wanted. The problem was finding the right store or outlet. After a half dozen stores, we came to this store. I was immediately taken by the friendly service and genuine care about our needs. We left getting exactly what we needed at a very good price. True test was next morning. I didnt wake up feeling I had been had. I felt as good or better as the previous day. Roger was amazing and the quality selection and price were excellent.

We actually bought a bed here about 9 months ago and we were very pleased with it. We got good advice and made a good selection. The installers gave us several choices about what height to use and we chose the middle. Last week I had back surgery and was having trouble getting up onto the bed, so I called the store and asked if we could have the lower height on the bed instead. The manager said that the installation service could not do it, but that he would come over and take care of it himself. He did.Thank you, Roger!

Highly recommend this store and Roger. Great experience with my purchase of split king mattresses and two motion bases with massage. Ive been researching and trying out numerous mattresses and foundation bases at many stores and on-line. I was ready to buy a much more expensive name brand set that this store carried. Roger listened to me and my needs. I tried the bed I had been researching. He showed me another set that I had not heard of before. The feel was the same, the base motors were quieter, and the whole set was about the same price as just the two twin XL mattresses I had been looking for. I went home and did more research. Came back the next day with my wife so she could try it too. Bought the bed set from Roger and saved over two thousand dollars. He also gave me a discount for my military service. Make sure to let them know if you are active duty, retired, or served in the military. I am used to sales people doing up sales on products. It was refreshing to be steered toward a much less expensive set that met all my needs. Very happy with the bed and my experience at this store. Thank you Roger.
