Don was so helpful when we went into the store today to find a new full size mattress for our toddler who rolls around a lot and needs more than just a toddler mattress. He was positive, kind, and experienced and shared his knowledge of the differences between memory foam and traditional coil mattresses. We stayed in our budget and it was nice to walk into a store vs buying a mattress out of a box or buying online. Thanks so much!

I said if I could give them 6-stars, I would! Jaycee was superhuman during our visit! Easily helped us find what we were looking for as we knew what we wanted, and even gave helpful suggestions to compare to. When it came time to make the purchase, he went above and beyond to handle our payment (we needed to use two cards, and even had to leave and get an alternative!). He helped us with efficient delivery and was very patient and kind. The store was pleasant and the employees kind and friendly. Definitely would recommend this location!

We came in here looking for a new mattress because ours is so roughy to sleep on and walking in they were friendly greeting us, and came right to the point on what our needs were! They didn’t try and sell us a bunch of stuff we didn’t want, they really listened to what we wanted and they gave that to us! We bought a mattress and got a new adjustable bed stand for free. Walking in here was such a good idea and I couldn’t thank them enough for helping us in such an efficient, budget friendly, and timely manor! Definitely will continue to go here!

Had the best experience purchasing our mattresses. Went in to check out the purple mattress which we did not care for. Donald was very knowledgeable about all the types and sold us on an Intellibed. We ended up getting one for ourselves and our daughter. He made sure to keep the price in our budget including a bedframe and delivery and set up. We actually went in before closing and he stayed late to help us. They actually didnt have the purple mattress at this location so he took us down the street to the other one as well. All around best service and I would highly recommend not only them but Donald himself as I felt he went above abs beyond to help us and make sure we were 100% happy with our purchase

This location was very helpful! There where able to search in there inventory across other store to find me a mattress. As well as call and confirm that the mattress was still there at the location.

The team at the mattress firm in puyallup truly put our wants and needs first and helped guide us to what works best for us. When the mattress we settled on was out of stock and was able to get us a comparable mattress at the same price! If you haven’t met Lauren and Tony you’re missing out!

Came in today to get a new mattress for our daughter, and found a great one that fit our budget. Lauren was very patient and knowledgeable on the different mattresses that would fit our needs and was not pushy in any way. She was also very patient with our 4 year old who tried to talk her ear off! I will definitely recommend her help 1000% and will be back when my youngest daughter is ready for her own bed.
