I love Arora and had her pierce my ears twice and she was great both times! We laughed and had a good time too so I wasnt nervous!

Staff needs to be more professional. The girls on the counter are kind of short and rude. They dont show that welcoming attitude for customers. I wanted to get my ears pierced but I hesitated because I suspected the pricing was high. I later learned that they use a gun to pierce which is not just less hygienic, but not really safe. I suggest they should change their methods to pierce as there are multiple complaints to that.

I went here to get my cartilage pierced and the woman pierced my ear incorrectly. Not to mention, she also told me which jewelry to get and it ended up infecting my ears. I went back to ask someone to change out the jewelry and they rudely refused. So now I am forced to pay extra money somewhere else to get it redone for me.

Only place my daughter can get ear rings from. Prices are nice too.

Every time I visit its an absolutely amazing experience. Tim is very Knowledgeable an knows his craft. I also enjoy learning new things evertime i visit. Tim is warm, welcoming, an a breath of fresh air.

Tim was so awesome piercing my 4m old baby girls ears today. He was extremely thorough and communicative and personable. Very good job. You made this mama very happy!

I can’t say enough good things about this pagoda. I took my daughter last Wednesday. She was extremely nervous. I called beforehand as she’s terrified of needles. Angie and Tim went above and beyond. They made her feel beyond comfortable. Needless to say, we went back for more today. Thank you isn’t a big enough word.

I got my ears pierced when I was 3 it didnt even hurt. They are awesome and affordable. You should check them out.

They were so patient and kind. I took my 5 year old there today and didnt expect the hour freakout she had from being scared but she still wanted to get them done. They tried everything to calm her down and didnt give up on her or make us feel like a burden. In the end she loves her lady bug earings!

Im only giving a 2 because the 2nd employee was amazing. I wish I could remember her name. The older lady was kinda rude and did not wear gloves when she was using alcohol swabs on the customer. She didnt put the gloves on until she was ready to pierce. Made me feel very uncomfortable.
