Super professional. I appreciate them being understanding and Super patient with me and all my concerns. I tend to be over dramatic.. lol.. especially when dealing with metals. I have a metal allergy and have been lied to in the past by other places, and had bad reactions.. so Im a little paranoid and hesitant to believe the sells person. But something said your good trust them and Im so glad I did . They were very helpful and informative. I wont go anywhere else to get pierced for sure! (Side note: BJP has NEVER sold me jewelry that has caused any allergy, I didnt want that to be read as of they had at any point)

Only 5 stars because of the piercer. The blond working the floor was rude and snarky. The piercer was sweet with my 16 yr old and made it fun. She was very fast took her maybe three mins from start to finish.
I tried to buy nose rings yesterday but the gal at the counter refused me service because I have a medical condition which prevents from being able to wear a facial covering safely. she said it was her bosss rules. I offered to take business outside of the store but she still refused. I reminded her of the laws which are supposed to protect me in this situation but she still refused. I was very upset and wanted to cry but she was more worried about the owners rules. I was discriminated against for my medical conditions!
My husband and I were in there today on my birthday I may add, 10/20 at 4pm and nobody asked us if they could help up. The two girls were just sitting at the counter gossiping about their personal lives. We actually stood there and waited to be helped and got nothing. Worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time.
Super clean and friendly, they only do handpeircing and Ive never had an issue with healing or infection. Incredibly high quality jewelry (surgical steel usually) and its perfect for beginners. They will not let you make stupid peircing decision and thoroughly make sure youre confident in the decision. 10/10 perfect choice for peircings
Bought a pair of wooden tunnels there and they broke in half before they could even be put in my ears. Unlucky for me the store does not accept returns on jewelry even if they were never worn. $20 down the drain. Will not be buying from them again.
Just got the other side of my nose pierced. Workers are very friendly and have great customer service. It was quick and easy. My piercer Shelby made sure I was fine with everything and comfortable. She made sure I left with what I wanted & that the piercing was symmetrical. Would definitely go there again.
Good selection of jewelry but prices were kind of high. I think their motto is cheap tattoos are not good tattoos.

I have a 7-year-old daughter whos ears are already pierced I went into ask if I could get her jewelry changed to something I just couldnt put in myself cuz it required a ball but was told that they refused to change childrens earrings not pierce them but just to change her jewelry out, but they said no to under the age of 10 w while five people just stood around talking to themselves.

When I brought it back they where very rude and slammed the door in my face said they are closing and all sales are finally. Dont sell people the wrong item then be disrespectful.Will not shop at a store that treats people like this. Then sells the wrong items.
Body piercer was knowledgeable, patient, and very flexible with pricing. I came in and she stretched my nose piercing and I was able to get it in on own after a few tries. She also was able to stretch belly button ring and now I have both my belly button ring in and nose piercing in after 8 months of nose ring being out and probably a year or so of belly button piercing being out. Really happy with them. Great service and they are knowledgeable and patient.
Nice staff would of liked a better selection of black 0 sized tunnels. But as far as anything beyond that they have the best selection Ive ever seen under one roof!I went in with a pretty specific need and all in all I came out with some nice black titanium tunnels. Just wished the had a better flare at the front end! I know I know..Im picky! 😂

I had my lip pierced here on Saturday (first facial piercing ever) don’t get me wrong the place was clean staff was friendly and all that issue was the piercer put in a very short bar for my already rather plump bottom lip and swelled a decent amount over night it pretty much went from swelling to damn near embedded in two and half days, I called there and was coming in to get it changed said the piercer would be there till 8 I got a call as I was leaving that she had to leave early ( not really an issue I get it people have lives, families plans etc ) I was told she left the longer bar for me to get if I wanted which I agreed but was corrected by my friend that I really shouldn’t change it myself because of how bad it was, not to mention it pierced at a decent angle instead of straight through 🤷♂️ I have horrible anxiety and panic disorder so this first time left me pretty shook up I wound up going somewhere else to basically be told “we need to take it out, let it heal and come back” so that’s what I did I had it taken out and the relief after was incredible so I don’t think I’ll ever come here again for anything other than jewelry

I had an amazing experience with Heather the piercer. She pierced my nose. She was friendly, quick and thorough in explaining after care. Arielle rang up my purchases, she was very friendly and knowledgeable on the products they carry. 10/10 would recommend to another person looking to get pierced.
I came in with my cousin to get tattoos and Adrian was really chill and informative. He was patient and it made me trust that it would look great. Which is awesome compared to my other tattoo experiences. He did a great job and the experience makes me want to go back for another tattoo lol.
Adrian did my tattoo all I asked was for 2 simple daisy flowers exactly like the picture I showed him didn’t turn out like my picture at all didn’t realize til when I left cause the flowers looked good from my angle but turned towards a mirror I saw all the mistakes, looks like a 5th grader drew my tattoo I’m so sad all I wanted was 2 flowers now I need to touch it up or add color or more flowers so it won’t look bad. If you pick an artist pick Jeremy he won’t mess up in his work.

So I got a tattoo here and was incredibly nervous but Adrian, who was who did my tattoo did a great job on it and after about a week my tattoo got slightly infected (which was my fault for not taking the best care of it) he looked at it and said how help and was just overall incredibly helpful and made some of my worries seem to just go away
As a first timer, Adrian did a wonderful job. I LOVE my tattoo! 36 hours later, the tattoo is doing beautifully. Absolutely no skin trauma. I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend Adrian!
The jewelry is cheap and they never have anything in my size. Register people are rude and they never have a problem helping someone else in the middle of helping ( or instead of helping) me 8/10 time I go there. It’s unfortunate that they have the largest variety of jewelry not found online but limit their sizes and customer service sucks.
Pregnant lady working the register was so rude and asked me to step to the side when I was first at counter waiting to get piercing she didn’t even ask what could I be helped with she demanded I step to side and helped 3 customers and so I left because that’s poor service. Guess I have to go somewhere else . Wow never been so mistreated.

Got my nose pierced, The women was super nice, made me feel comfortable, gave me all the information i needed to know about cleaning, and size of piercing i should get after two month. I’d get another piercing from here again for sure!
Very, very unpleasant experience with tattoo artist Jeremy. My friend and I made a consultation appointment with him and we both showed him pictures of the images we wanted. He then went on his computer and printed off two different pictures to trace. When my friend asked him to change a few small things on her tracing, he made the argument that it was close enough. Then, the picture he printed off for my tattoo was completely different than the one I showed him and when I asked him to make it look like my image, he asked why I had him working on the other one when hes the one that printed it off. He then snatched the paper from me and said I shouldnt piss off my artist before he tattoos me. I did NOT appreciate the threat and I dont understand why he wouldnt just use the picture I showed him. How could he get mad like it was my fault he didnt listen to my request? Im not gonna pay some jerk to stain my body with an image I dont like. Will not be going back.
I needed a tattoo finished that a different artist had started. I saw Jeremy at the south hill mall and he did an absolute beautiful job finishing my artwork. He is an amazing artist. Very professional, very clean, very fast, and.an all around great guy. Wish I had found him sooner! Highly recommended!!!

Informative staff but way too expensive! Was looking to get my husband an orbital piercing from them only to find their cheapest motion for that was around $60! I could get on done at Claires for half that!
I got my first ever piercing today(normal ear piercing) and the 2 lady’s at the front were so sweet and the piercer was very experienced and was super patient which was good because I was really stressed, great service.
Not great, more expensive than most, wouldnt even let me in the room while my sister got her cartilage pierced. Considers third earlobe piercing a cartilage so its way more expensive, not terrible, just enough little nitpicky things that are annoying and why Im going elsewhere from now on.

AMAZING! Adrain does tattoo work that is simply fantastic. He has done my Phoenix sleeve and just completed a full leg piece that I can not even find words for it is simply beautiful. I came in with the idea of what I wanted and Adrain sat down with me and we collaborated on the design basics of what I wanted and then I let him go with his artistic creativity and came out with a beautiful leg piece. Staff is always friendly have never had a negative experience in this shop.

I scheduled an appointment like youre supposed to do. I paid the $50 deposit only to have them reschedule on me 3 times! Worst part is, if you cancel your appointment altogether, you dont get your deposit back. Very unfortunate and unprofessional.

They did my nose piercing and they have some titanium options which was great for me since I have metal allergies.

Ive been going to the Puyallup BJP for almost four years now, Ive gotten piercings, tattoos, and this is where I get all my jewelry. I dont go anywhere else. I got my first tattoo from them right after I turned 18, the first guy I went to was named Brandon. He did a great job but he left the shop before my last session with him, inconvenient but the manager agreed to finish my tattoo for free. Great customer service experience, and Ive stayed loyal. My new guy, Devin, is fantastic. I got writing on my ribs, an Ankh on my neck, the USS Enterprise on my shoulder, and I have a sleeve in progress. Devin is a fantastic artist, but hes an even greater person. Hes always so friendly and Ill never go anywhere else. Hes fast, precise, and talented. He comes up with great suggestions and gets really into his work. If anyone is looking for a great tattooist, with reasonable prices, this is the place. I always recommend Devin to everyone I know.
Went in for piercings and the ladies were amazing. Went in second time for purchase and woman helping at register was rude, seemed annoyed and customer service was horrific. Wont be back for further purchases. Very unhappy.

Went in to go get my nose pierced & the piercer stabbed me 3 times on the inside of my nose then tried to play it off. Didnt ask where I wanted it, what jewlery, or if the location looked good to me. Piercing looks okay but the inside of my nose it cut up.

Absolutely LOVE this place. They have done every mod I have except my final ear gauging as I did it myself. They always accommodate as best they can. Everyone that works there is always friendly and I love that they dont hesitate to offer suggestions or their opinions! Raquel(I think thats how its spelled!) Is the BEST person in piercing and personality and everything, I would recommend her to anyone who wants quality work yet have heard all the horror stories about BJP. Simply put this store is amazing.
Got my septum pierced and the piercer was very nice but she had to pierce twice and instead of piercing my septum it is in my front cartilage. Not a great experience
So I wanted to get my daughters nose peirced and I didnt know if you had to schedule an appointment, so of course I called to see. Well when I was on the phone the chick that I was talking to was extremely rude and disrespectful. So Im definitely not ever going there. So if you are wanting to find a place I would be careful of calling this place.

Currently working on a sleeve with Adrian and I homestly couldnt be happier with how its heading. Almost every piece is custom and made to fit in woth the rest of the aesthetic of my sleeve. We are eeven currently working on fixing a really bad (in my opinion) and scarred up mandala that my sleeve is centered around. I refer everybody to him that asks me about my tattoos and carry extra cards with me to hand out. Hes definitely has a returning customer in me.
Went in to get my nose earing changed. when the girl at the front desk told chris i was waiting he yelled so loud at her that he was not doing anymore he was cleaning his tools. i was embarrassed for her and me. she said to come back in a hour. i came back in a hour and he said he would not be ready for another hour. the girls at the counter were very apologetic. i have had the female piercer and she was very nice and business oriented. i will never go to chris again. he is RUDE

Place is a rip off! I came in to change out my monroe piercing and they charged me $14! Plus, the piecing was the wrong size! When I said it was to long they told me it was the next size up. Anyways, I decided to go to the Tacoma mall to change out the same piercing. I told them I went to the South Hill mall to have my piecing changed out, etc. They said the piercing wasnt the next size up, but 2 sizes up. They fixed the problem and charged me $8. Also, their selection of piercings suck compared to Tacoma Malls....
Ive literally spend hundreds here. And its totally worth it. You have to see those store.
May 12 2018 to be exact, Raquel pierced my sister in laws nose and tongue, and everything was fine, then she pierced my tongue and as soon as she was done and i put my tongue in, i inmediately knew it was crooked as hell, i told her and i showed her, and of course she had to cover up by saying oh is not, is just a long bar and i can repierced it again if you want me to, or next week when you come back to change your bar then we can put one for free...i said no you aint piercing it again, and i said i know is crooked but ok. i hate when artist make mistakes and they try to cover up instead of owing up to their mistakes, heres a picture for you guys to see...i did spent $60 dlls for nothing, i lost all that money... i did took it out once i got home. im going to go get it better somewhere else.
