This is my go to liquor place near home. Although I love it it comes with some conditions. In Washington state they made the liquor laws so only giant companies can operate a liquor store for the most part. If I had a choice I would like to go to a mom and pop liquor store like so many other states have. Not the case here, however when I do go I always find the customer service to be Top Shelf (pun intended) and their selection is crazy huge. They beat the heck out of the average grocery store and Costco all day long, however I have come across some great grocery store liquor section managers from time to time as well! Total wine and more normally will have what you need, employees that are happy to help and their prices seem okay. Check them out.

I absolutely love this location! This is the One stop shop. You can get all your shopping done here and dont even have to move your car type of location. Its conveniently located in a shopping center with everything you need. Their location is always clean and tidy and everything always seems to be in stock. The employees are always friendly and willing to help with any of your needs. If you dont know exactly what youre looking for, theyre knowledgeable staff will help point you in the right direction and make sure you leave there feeling like you got your moneys worth. I will drive clear across town just to go to this location.

I am getting married soon and made an appointment for a wedding consultation. Before I arrived, I was sort of dreading it. Michael, the Wine Team Member that I had the appointment with, was absolutely amazing. Michael was personable and he is truly an expert and knows his stuff. We walked out excited and full of knowledge. Michael is truly an asset to this store. Thank you!

Puyallup location is easily accessable. Huge selection anywhere from wine, spirits, mixers, beers, soda pop, etc. They have it all. Clearly labeled areas to find things easily. Tags show price, and also price after tax/liquor tax. Eager friendly staff available to help if needed. Highly recommend to visit this place if you have a chance.

Mike walked me through the tequila aisle and described the flavor profiles of his favorites. His final recommendation was spot-on, and I look forward to his expert guidance on my next visit!

Could be better if someone would show them how to organize their shelves. You shouldnt have to look in 5 different places for wild turkey or other brands with multiple labels.

Its like a Costco size liquor store. They have everything and the staff is usually very helpful. Prices are pretty good as well.

I walked in there for the first time and didnt know where anything was. Then right in front of me I spot Michael and I look at him and say I need you and lo and behold he said Im you say that in front of your husband and I stop and think I yeah I did with my first time here I need somebody to help me dad he was so helpful and knowledgeable I like thank him for my first experience theyre as he showed us where we needed to go for what we wanted and experience us on new alcohol to try. Nice selections and usually can get ahold of help really easily!

You will find just about any alcohol your looking for. Staff is very friendly. However im bothered by this next fact. As soon as you walk through the door they are right up on you asking if they can help you. I feel like I cant browse, so I dont. I go for exactly what I want and get out. The store is clean and well maintained and I love that along with the price they have the total price at register as well.

Love heading to Total Wine. They were out of my usual NA beer but had some other great choices. Love the huge variety.

This is my favorite place for liquor. I had a friend tell me that Bevmo was the best, I giggled and took them here. Now they agree with me. I love the selection, and the variety. I come here for whiskey. The total wine reps are pleasant and friendly, always volunteering to help.

Possibly favorite store in Puyallup!! Great selection for both me and the boyfriend, since we have differing tastes. Hard to walk out without spending over a hundred dollars. Staff is friendly and always checking to see if you need help. Checkout is quick and efficient. They have an amazing selection of ciders, a lot of local breweries, and limited time seasonal options as well. And thats without me going over to the hard liquor section!

Very friendly knowledgeable employees that know the products. The amount of liquors, beers, ciders and wines can be very overwhelming. While some items were decently priced, I thought others were jaw dropping expensive. However, buying bulk gives discounts.

I went in for 1 bottle of wine, but came out with 8! I met a very helpful employee, Mike, who took the time to hear what my palate preferences were, my price range, and desired pairings...and he absolutely nailed it! He helped me find the best wines for the money, and some nice ones to splurge on. The man was a walking encyclopedia of wine knowledge! Thank you Mike!!!

I have never seen a more complete offering of wine and spirits. If they dont carry it then it must not be distilled. Friendly and helpful staff. They have multiple cash registers open, so check out times are less than 5 minutes. The one curse is the parking lot. It can severely test your patience. The parking lot is shared by several large stores including a Walmart and a Home Depot. I dont often see traffic jams in parking lots, but this is Southhill. So if you go, stock up because your not going to want to go daily.

Do not go here... I do door dash on the side I had a order here I must show ID to pick up an deliver to customer I did not buy it they do not go with the constitution or state laws so they must be from another country... we cant keep business in this country they are going against our rights..

Great place to find exactly what youre looking for, but if you dont please ask the staff, these guys are always friendly (genuinely friendly) and always have a great recommendation that wont disappoint. They also have a great selection of cigars as well, this place is worth the trip and worth checking out.

I was looking for a French wine I saw in a book and I couldnt pronounce. Older Mike was there and found the wine I wanted. He also pointed out several other wines in the style I told him I liked. I will go back and ask for and look for him. I also bought a decanter he suggested.

In these times of homeschool and quarantine this is a great one stop shop. Decent prices at or below any supermarket. They could expand their beer selection a little more. Less focus on the big guys and more on the smaller local beers.

My least favorite Total Wine location in WA. Last fall was fortunate enough to show up to this location on a day when a limited edition allocated bourbon was released. There happen to be one bottle left at the customer service counter. I was able to see it half shoved behind a computer printer sitting on the counter. I asked the person working the counter if I could purchase the bottle. At that time a different employee walked up and interrupted saying I was about to buy that once I got off my shift . I have had great experiences at many other Total Wine but this store does not seem to stack up to other locations.

Left one star by mistake. Good store, I enjoy shopping here. Almost always has what I need.

Its my sisters birthday tommorow, and due to covid. She cant celebrate with all her friends. I got her all the goodies to make a smoked old fashioned. Had everything I needed. So I hope that brightens her day. And picked up a few mixers myself for my favorite drinks😀😁..

Favorite liqour store...

I had only ever been to Bevmo or many other smaller liquor stores. This place has a huge selection compared to Bevmo. The options were seemingly endless and the staff was helpful in identifying new liquors my Wife and I hadnt tried. Will definitely be back again.

Really like this store. Good wines and almost any kind of liquor. They usually have wine tasting towards the back but Im not sure if they are doing it during the pandemic.

Their robust selection makes this the perfect venue incase you are having trouble finding your preferred stock. If they do not have it, they are the perfect place to fallback to a secondary option. Even if you had to settle here, you will find a viable substitution for that one bottle everyone keeps running out of!

If I could give 0 stars this woman didnt want it to sell me, I just put my bottle on the counter ready to pay with my I.D and she asked me for another I.D and I showed her my drivers license and she didnt sell me I just came here to buy that special bottle because in the other state where I live they dosent have it, I drove I love just to get a not I cant sell to you and I didnt do anything or say anything this woman shouldnt be working in here
