Cant ever get ahold of anyone in the first three tries. Obscenely overpriced diagnostic fees. Transmission check? $199. Broken plastic clip? $199. Do warranty work here, at these prices they actually do a decent job. Take everything else you can to a local shop or do it yourself. You have enough people reaching into your wallet these days.
Impossible to call them. No matter what time. I have to physically go there to talk to them.
At first, I was impressed with this place. They got me good and serviced my truck quickly and washed it up and made me feel like I was a valued customer. I bought a pre-paid oil change service from them and was happy I found a dealership that was close to home that actually was worth some salt. Then I started to have my Vehicle serviced here regularly afterwards. Since they gave me the Welcome to Larsons experience, they must have figured they had me already and I was quickly met with disappointment. Their ability to communicate is absolutely abysmal, if non existent. I had a problem that continued to occur with my truck, and was told they could not identify the issue. When it finally became bad enough, i brought it in for service and they found that the seals on my transmission were bad and it lost almost all the fluid. I was under the impression that a multi-point inspection was supposed to take place to catch these things especially when there is a problem being had. whats worse is that I had to call them myself to get information and their response oh its done, and _____ happened by the way. I had a simple oil change, and my vehicle was left with oily hand prints around my vehicle and the inside smelled like the floor of a jiffy lube. This is a common occurrence with them. Now, the straw the broke the back is that I have been trying to get a hold of this company for four days, and I cant even get a hold of a receptionist. It goes to a voicemail. I tried different times, different phones, and voice mail. Parts....Voicemail, Service.... Voicemail. etc, etc, etc. I bought pre-paid oil changes from this company, and will eat the cost just so I can take my vehicle to another dealership that actually wants my business and will allow me to actually spend my money. Weird, I could have sworn that Larson was a FOR profit organization.
Called to ask for a service appointment. They said they were busy and would call me back to schedule. Never got a call back.
