No-one answers the phone to make a appointment. I was in there one day and me and 2 other people got ignored. They saw me and ignored me so I left. I have asked for the owner he is never in or so I am told. One particular guy is very rude. Poor customer service when Cory is not in. A owner should be in. I used to love going there. I may not with the way I was treated. If Cory is there things are fine when not awful.

Mark, the owner, helped me when I was broken down with my infant daughter in the car. I’d burst a tire and was going to change it myself. He came out of a restaurant (he was in the middle of his breakfast) and helped me change the tire. Great guy, great member of the community.

Have been going here for years, but I wont be going back after my last visit...they put the wrong oil in my car and I ran out of oil about 1500 miles later when its supposed to be good for 6k miles. Did the next oil change myself and no issues so far. Be careful with who you trust with your car.

Changed out the wrong part. Place used to be decent now its overpriced and push your car out the door no experience left just young kids working on their own cars and wrong diagnosis.

Horrible customer service!! Negative stars should be an option. Took the car in for serpentine belt replacement, 1/2 hour after picking up the car, while driving, serpentine belt came off, needless to say, everything shut down. Called DKC, sorry, no tow truck, sorry, not calling one for me but if I get the car there, theyll take a look at! Had to get it towed at my own expense, they refused to reimburse for the tow. They did fix it again, but really, couldnt get it right the first time! And, they didnt seem to care!!!

They did a poor job installing power steering pump. I brought it back two times for them to correct their work and they claimed the problem was not from their poor work. I brought the car to the dealer in Putnam and they verified the work had not been done right.

Dropped 600 there last week, new hubs for the rear of. My Nissan painful but fair prices compared to others in the area

Weve moved around the country a lot the last 7 years and had horrible experiences with auto shops everywhere we went. We finally moved home and have been thrilled to find a place thats honest and fixes problems on the first try. Theyve done quite a bit of work on my old car, a 2006 Hyundai and prices have been fair. Theyve fixed the problem Ive brought it in for every time. They are currently working on my husbands car. They could have pushed unnecessary work and we wouldnt have known any better but they were honest and told us it didnt need work that we thought it did. We are so happy to find a place that we trust after so long.

I have used these guys on several occasions. The manager is a great guy, they are willing to actually listen to the issues you feel need to be resolved and have no problem helping you or at least steering you in the right direction If there is an issue that they dont service there.

Incompetent auto technician. He was not going to change my oil filter during the oil change until asked. He then could not find it. They have also misdiagnosed a coolant leak for an oil leak and stated my engine had to be removed to repair.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. They weren’t pushy with trying to upsell, but made sure my car was safe to drive on the roads. The price wasn’t outrageous, and the services are done pretty quickly. Will be back.

Totally incompetent. Bought a set of new tires here, within 1 month I had 2 flats. One because a defective tire, and one because they set the tire pressure too high and it blew up on a hot day. Never seen anything like it. Took them almost a week to replace the first tire on warranty, and I just ate the loss on the 2nd tire because I cant afford to drive on a spare tire for another week.

My car was their for 3 days, for an alternator that takes 3 hrs the most, pretty sad....dont think I would recommend them to friends....

Fast, courteous and extremely knowledgable. I wouls recommend them for anything that is automobile related!

UPDATE: The repair dkc did just broke, their fix only lasted a few weeks.Was lied to, was talked down to, was cussed at, was interrupted every time i tried to talk, paid $600 to have a part replaced that didnt need replacement and they did not want to make it up to me without me paying them more money, nevermind the 300% mark up on parts

BEWARE!!! Unprofessional, rude, and overcharged for parts! Will never go there again! They dont deserve one star.

They ordered my replacement tire for me and had it installed in less than a half hour once ther received their order.

Have been back here 3 times, theyre always trying to get me to pay for some other job when they didnt even do the first one correctly, have been 3 times for alignment and they just send me home without one, Ill be calling the better business bureau on them next, dont go here is all I can say you were warned
