WOW!! Their chocolates are a delicious work of art!! My favorite so far is the key lime 😍😍 and the Irish Cream is a close second since I prefer milk chocolate. The outer shell is firm but not hard and the center is creamy and smooth. It’s the perfect place to stop after dinner when you want just a bite of dessert or while enjoying the downtown area.

Having met a chocolatier at the farmer’s market, we stopped in to sample some of the handcrafted chocolates. The shop is quite nice in aesthetics and layout, with a fantastic selection of unique chocolates and flavorings. Each chocolate is designed for beauty and taste alike! The staff was quite friendly, and we enjoyed the musician entertaining everyone on the front patio.

My husband and I made a reservation for a wine tasting and were extremely disappointed after we sampled 2 glasses of port 2 glasses of beer and 1 champagne. An area to sit would be nice along with a list or selection of wines to taste. We did purchase some items, and we both LOVED THE CHOCOLATE, but it was a bit overpriced. People were pleasant, but the tasting could have been a little more enjoyable.Thank you for your response: we were asked which we prefer, but we did not decline the other choices. We would have loved the option to sample both. Maybe a list of the samplings to choose from next time would be a good idea. Thank you. Again we enjoyed the chocolate...we were just surprised at how quickly it went and little information given about the tasting. Thank you.

A group of us went there for a wine tasting today. We had a great time. The chocolate and the wine are both delicious! The cheeses are not your typical run of the mill kind, but exotic. The chocolate is made in their chocolate factory attached to the store. They are beautiful! Wine tastings are on Saturdays with a reservation.

Awesome atmosphere. The chocolates, cheeses and wine selections are exquisite. We fell in love with this place as soon as we walked in. Excellent place to go.

Made a special trip here while in town visiting family. I spent 35 years as a pastry chef and have made a lot of chocolates and these are the real deal! Only got a few and we enjoyed them all. My only criticism, the blue cocoa butter on the hazelnut chocolate was bitter and distracted from the flavor of the filling, which was excellent. Keep up the good work!

Visited this unique shop in December and purchased chocolates for Christmas gifts. Everyone loved their gift.Now I want to make purchases for birthdays. So many choices and knowing they are made on the premises just makes me happy to support Made in USA I wish I lived closer so I could visit more often.

Always a pleasure to visit! Saturday tastings are one of my favorite weekend activities with my girlfriends! Steph and the rest of the staff are so kind and informative. The selection is incredible! I love the craft beer collection, many new wines and the chocolate that I can never seem to say no to!

I visit this shop every time Im in the Punta Gorda area. Owned by a husband and wife, this is the epitome of a mom and pop shop. The wife makes the chocolates which are out of this world. Not only are they delicious, but they each look like a piece of art. The wine selection is fantastic and stocked by the wife. The craft beers from all over are stocked by the husband. I love to go there at Saturday because they have a tasting of 2 wines and a beer to help expand your palate. I recommend everyone stop by this shop if they are in the area.

I was delighted to see a new chocolate and wine shop open up in my neck of the woods. The shop is beautiful, and more importantly the chocolates are to die for. Yes, they are better than Norman Love. I tried a few different types of fudge and each one was delectable. I also bought some molded chocolates. They were so beautiful I didnt want to eat them. Anyhow I am glad I did. Each one was divine. They also have a nice selection of wine, and some interesting beers. Overall a terrific experience that I would highly recommend to any wine, beer, and most importantly chocolate lover.

A very fancy chocolate and wine shop. Im giving it five stars because of the service, and the quality of their products. They treat you very nice even if you dont appear to be a big spender, and their chocolates and fudges are amazing. Seems like they have a pretty good wine selection too, which they are more than happy to help you pick from.

So, Ive never written a review before and Im happy to make this my first!It was a great experience. The staff are so friendly, to begin with. I was so excited (because I love chocolate and there were so many beautiful kinds to choose from) and the woman who helped me matched my excitement and even helped me pick out flavors based on my tastes. It made me feel like less of a chocolate dork :p She was awesome!!The chocolates were so delicious, I tried (I swear) to ration them out for a couple days but they were gone by the end of the night. The flavors were strong and really, there is something for absolutely everyone. I asked the woman how they were made and she responded with magic, and after eating these chocolates I honestly believe her

6 of us went there after lunch and welcomed the free piece of chocolate. The person working was very pleasant and explained the different chocolates. The candy is beautiful but are a little pricey for our pocketbooks. She did make a sale to half of us but $2.00 a piece caused several purses to cringe. It is a lovely store tho, so check it out.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They offer plenty of samples to try the product before buying. All of which were super delicious. A must stop for Christmas gifts from unique beers and wines to incredible chocolates.

After a rough day on the job I stopped by the shop. They have a truffle brie that we have on Friday nights with a nice cabernet recommendation. I also picked up six each of the ginger and butter brickle chocolates. Weekends in our little town are much nicer because of this delicious place.

Wide selection of truffles that are unique. Many were delicious but some tasted like they had been sitting there for awhile. Ask for the freshest batch when you go.

Nice place with friendly staff. Chocolate sample. Craft beers and they even have a chiller to chill it for you before you leave. You can drink your beer while walking around town too!

Small but nice selection of French wines. Delicious chocolates are hand made on site and beautifully presented. Wine tasting every Saturday at 11. Well be back!

The Holidays are upon us. Last year all of my hostess gifts and party favors were from Punta Gorda Chocolates and Wine. I plan on doing it again this year they were such a hit. Oh, be sure to get some for yourself too (I always do). Best Chocolates Ever!
