We just stumbled across Takin 4 Granite and are so happy we used them as our fabricator. Margaret was very helpful with us as we selected our quartzite. Joe came to our house and laid out the pattern. We then went to the shop and he showed us how the stone would be cut to maximize the pattern and minimize waste. Joe is a true craftsman. The quartzite is so perfectly matched from the countertops to the backslash. Joe and Pat worked tirelessly to install the stone. We LOVE it and highly recommend Takin 4 Granite to anyone who wants to have a first rate job.

Did my first ever kitchen remodel in my 1970s house. I had them do an estimate and they came in the cheapest out of all the companies I have estimates from. On the plus side, I enjoyed the MANY options and choices of granite to choose from (too many and so difficult to decide and pick from). I am happy to say the job they did on my granite was PERFECT and had it done almost 2 years ago. I am happy that I got to pick one different from other companies in town and still be on budget.

This is a great place. Showroom is Very well put together, which is helpful when choosing a new design for your home. Absolutely worth checking into. Have had work done and I’m also refer to other people without any complaints. Good to see we have great quality work out there

Poor customer service and poor quality of product. The quartz installed in our home has blemishes permanently embedded in the stone and when the stone was installed, the holes did not line up with the kitchen and bathroom fixtures. As a result, there was additional cost and labor involved. I made several attempts to connect with Jonathan, who did the installation and is part owner of the company, to resolve theses issues which he failed to respond to. Be careful when doing business with this company.

We recently had our countertops in our kitchen and 2 bathrooms done by this company. Although the installation did not start on time and took longer than expected, we were very pleased with the installers, Jose and Jonathan. They did an excellent job and corrected the issue when we received white sinks instead of what we requested, which was bone sinks for our bathrooms. Overall, we are pleased with our new countertops.

We needed to have a new, bigger hole cut in our quartz kitchen countertop and a new sink put in. Joe at Takin 4 Granite made several trips to our home to check the size of purposed sinks we hoped would fit. Finally found one online and Joe and his helper came as soon as they could to cut and polish the quartz countertop and install the sink beneath. They did a great job and were extremely reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

I have been using this company for 5 years. They have done around 30 homes for my company. From entry level to exotic stones. They are a hard working group over at the shop. Not the cheapest but you do get what you pay for. Trust me I am professional builder and know the companies in the area. Taken 4 Granite is a good company to use.

Take. 4 Granite installed our granite . The were not hired by me. They were sub contacted by Pacific Creations. Do not use this Contractor or granite . The edges were not a 35* radius but some cut that was incorrect. I have worked with Joe, Margaret, who never returns the calls, and Johnothan, who installed it. Pacific Creations did the tear out. Also awful. If I could give zero stars I would have.given zero

No customer service skills. We gave the company $1,000 dollar deposit to hold two slabs (Did not sign anything stating if we go else where we can’t get our monies back or storage fees,etc) long story short we wanted to do quartz instead of granite. They wanted to charge us 15,000 plus to do our home. We found a better reputable company for 8500. when asked for our monies they told us at first they needed to sell those slabs before we got our deposit back. We contacted the company months later and they stated we would not be getting our money back because there was a storage fee for holding those slabs. First, nobody ever mentioned a storage fee. Second, we NEVER signed any papers. Third, you STOLE that $1,000. If you’re looking for a company that doesn’t treat their customers like garbage, I would look else where.
