We bought a spring/fall air conditioner maintenance contract. Chase did excellent work on both his trips here. The first time, he found and fixed a leak and redirected a duct to improve efficiency. The second trip, he checked out the system and did some cleaning. We were pleased both times.

The crew was so awesome. Worked their butts off in the brutal heat and attic to install new ac and duct work while repairing some existing duct work. Best value and BEST guys for the job. Super courteous and cleaned up well. Huge job for one day! Had many quotes and no one else could’ve come close with price nor was anyone able to complete all in one day! Excellent choice!!! 😁😁😁

The A/C did not seem to be working as it should. Having purchased the home one year ago and being new to the area, I relied on customer reviews to make contact. We able to get service quickly. In the process it was discovered that there was a minor leak, which would have become a big problem quickly. James was able to make the repair and complete the job within the original service call. I believe the cost for the service to be reasonable. First Charlotte will be servicing my system annually going forward.

The serviceman, Gary, pointed out a large amount of dust & mold on a fan, stated it was not part of regular maintenance and would cost a bit more. I appreciated his pointing it out and cleaning it. Well worth the the price.

We had a home inspection done for the purpose of finding the cause of moisture intrusion. The Inspector discovered shoddy A/C duct installation. On the recommendation of a friend we called in First Charlotte and they were very responsive, evaluated the problem and said we needed the duct work redone as it had not been properly sealed 2 + years ago. It was installed incorrectly and was now ruined do to condensation. They arrived on time worked quickly and cleaned up immaculately, all for much less than what the first company had charged. Great service and timely. They installed my AC a couple of years ago and Ive called them for emergency items a couple of times. Chase is good at explaining the problem and will tell you the pros and cons.

I used to really like this place, but they had needed to make changes then, and they never did. I went last Saturday night and they only had two servers, which might have been enough in normal situations, however one was also operating as the bartender (a problem I had noted the last time we were there, but I gave them the benefit of doubt.) The quality of the sushi has slipped as well. The flavors were so-so, as was the presentation. Others that ordered after us received their food before us.

Several years ago when we had a house in South Gulf Cove, the air-conditioning stopped working.Since we we part-timers and new to the area, i went with a well publicized company. I believed the honest looking fellow who came out, and after an expert inspection and explanation, declared that we needed a new system(couple thousand).We were planning to use them, when a neighbor mentioned First Charlotte,who he used for his home and his business.i called them, to see if possibly i could save some money....well ill say we did: several thousand. He said it was a clogged condensate tube---cost around 50 bucks .We still use them here in Englewood of course, because they are a family business honest and competent.
