Sad to know this store is closing. But enjoyed every time I was in there. Good deals and great finds. The owner was great to talk to. It was laid back and relaxing. Thank you for the memories.

Poor guest service! Had ordered some cds for a gift for Christmas. Waited almost a month was told would be couple weeks to get the items. I waited a week before Christmas and never heard a thing about the order. I called and found out that the order was never placed. Never again will I walk into the store for ANYTHING!! No way!

Dave and his staff ate totally the best. I am going to miss him, and all his knowledge of music, movies. Etc.

Previous visits were all pretty goodThis final visit was a complete disarray. Hard to find music selections with everything all mixed up. No one to help you, but very friendly at checkout.

Felt like I was transported back to the 80s... favorite music on vinyl and CD. Posters I hung on my walls. Great selection of DVDs also. Will be back..a lot

Store is packed full of DVDs and CDs. Theres a small but surprisingly pretty decent selection of vinyl. Every one we bought worked.

Disappointed, ordered CD,took forever,then price went up.Went 3 times to pick up and closed.Then several call to pick up.Price up again.Finally said I didnt want.

Walked in and saw the owner talking to an elderly woman and his mask was pulled down below his chin, ok whatever. Approached the counter because I wanted to see if he could look up some CDs I couldnt find and was met by pure unprofessionalism. He told me that he wasnt going to go look for the cds I wanted and then started telling me that he has a disease and shouldnt even be at work. After listening to him complain and treat me like a fool, I walked out and went to independent and bought everything I was looking for. Last time I give this place any business.

Absolutely amazing selection of any movie records or tape products you need also got some vinyl cleaner that I really needed and a real good selection of them also from a wide range of genres and the owner is also very nice and friendly And will gladly answer your questions so he stays in business

Their prices are a bit steep but they have awesome parking very helpful staff and its very clean and organized inside. Dont let me to forget to say that the staff is very friendly and respectful. You got a movie or CD you need. I recommend you go to Pueblo Records & Tapes. They also have a huge music variety.

The guy at the counter is nice and knowledgeable. They can order stuff if they dont have it and call you when it comes in for no extra charge. Movies, CDs, Records, local stuff, used items, stickers and patches and cool things for gifts!

Ordered May 28 2020 finally received it June 20, 2020. Said COVI-19 was too blame. Came with tons of packaging tape on one side and with cracked cd case. Wont order again. Ordered 2 CDs one came quickly, not this one.

Stopped in to put up some posters for some music events. Ended up talking with the owner for several minutes. Very interesting guy. He offers a wide selection of CDs, vinyl, and collectibles. Support a local Pueblo, Colorado business! Own your music for once instead of streaming. Its kinda neat ;-)

I absolutely love this record door they have such great variety in t-shirts albums and posters and many many more. Its a step into the past. And the service Rocked

There is no better place to go for selection of new and used CDs and Vinyl. Dave is honest and works hard to get his customers what they want. I’ve been doing business with Dave for over 25 years ( since day 1 !) and although I can’t buy as much as I used to in my youth, when I need something on plastic or vinyl Dave is always my first and only stop! Shop local!

The DVDs & Blu-rays (used & new) are extremely overpriced. Im all for supporting small businesses, but not when they cost me 3x as much. Why would a 6 year old movie still cost $20? Save your money & shop on Amazon or eBay.

Dave is one of the best guys Ive met in this world. Hes a nice guy who knows where everythings is at in the store. Good deals and always a great place to find something new to listen to. 😆😆

Best record shop in town.They order anything you want for no extra charge. Very professional staff. Great service. I have gone there for about 10 years. No complaints ever.

The guy at the register was super nice. Handled the transaction smoothly. The store has a lot of cool things to look at from CDs posters and more. They even ship things to your house. Might try that soon.

The young lady who works there us very friendly and knowledgeable. The young man who answered the phone when I called to check on an order was rude dismissive and condescending. I would give her 5 stars but he deserves NO stars and some serious customer service training. Do not be rude to your customers... Your parking lot is never full. Keep the patrons you do have or they will just order on line.

After supporting this small business (Pueblo Records and Tapes) for over ten years as a Pueblo resident, I’ve decided to stop…..The customer service is bad, the store and the merchandise are both dirty and childish, and the owner should “quit while he can.”For someone who cannot sit still and is constantly moving and twerking around (the owner) when I am in the store, he appears to have difficulty effectively getting things done and running his business, as is apparent not to just myself.I once had the displeasure of one of his employees inadvertently showing me the back office and storage room; I honestly thought I was on the TV show hoarders, and from what they said, interventions must be regularly staged regarding the hoarding, messy filth issue with the owner and how he runs the premises…..He is like a child requiring others to enable his bad behavior.I personally think the man is just lazy and lacks effective work and organizational skills from what I have been able to observe during my visits to the store over the years, because in my opinion, he is a good example of how movement and chronic activity do not necessarily equate to productivity, cleanliness, good customer service and success.I now go to other records stores outside of Pueblo (Denver.)

Decent selection of used vinyl. The man working was super helpful and really friendly.

Cashier was helpful, but tapes were a mess. It was a struggle to get through. DVDs were easier to browse.

Has a decent amount of classic rock section from vinyl section. CD is a little overpriced but that buy 3 get one free and card stamp does help save me some money on vinyl.
