I do like this place due to their incense, their glass pieces, the prices, and the location. This place gives me nostalgia of the good old days. Dropped in recently and memories flooded back. I got myself a good glass piece that day for $15. The customer service has been good every time I go in. I would recommend my friends and family to come here.

Decent selection of music in Pueblo. If they dont have it you can always have them order something or get something from another of there stores. They have great people like Alexis that will help you buy great music.

Called before hand to see if they still buy old records he told me yeah went with 2 bags full of mint condition records he didn’t even look through them he just told me they weren’t something he’s interested in .

Good prices but occasionally Ieave without buying anything but thats probably because Pueblo is a somewhat smaller town and it is probably hard to acquire quality used collections. Still worth stopping in regularly to check new arrivals and sales.

Lots of vinyl, Cds, Dvds, Blu ray, and some console games. Decent prices for used stuff. They have a good tapestry selection and lots of incense. Theres a good selection of pipes n stuff in the back, but I was with my kids so I didnt go back there.

Great access for so much of the shop! I appreciated the separation of smoking/adult content products since I do have just-above-14s in the family. The manager, Nicole, was very inviting & willing to help me find an odd & obscure request. Though it wasnt on her (or any of their shops) shelves, she was able to special order a copy from the distributor direct at no additional charge.Neat look-and-miss shop, but a must for audiophiles in & traveling through Pueblo!

I come to independent once a week, safe to say its my religion. Theyre super cool, the staff obviously loves their jobs. Always a good vibe in there and they have any movie, cd or record you could dream of.

Awesome staff friendly and helpful

Used to love going into this place especially in the evening when they had a good staff. Went in recently and dealt with the rudest worker of them all. I asked about some items and he had the worst attitude. Then he continuously mumbled under his breath whenever I asked a question. Definetly not going back after dealing with a man who was acting like a 5 year old child. I believe I heard the his coworker say his name was Rob.

I love music and I collect vinyl so I can spend hours in this store. Great staff!

There is a huge selection of vinyl albums, DVDs, and CDs. If there is something you want and they do not have it, they will order it for you. The staff is very helpful. Also, they enforce the wearing of face coverings inside the store, as well as social distancing.

Its a great place for cheap movies and i absolutely love their incense stands especially the biggies ..i highly recommend my favorite scent fizzy pop and i love their stickers great customer service all the workers are very nice

This place has tons of music and DVDs. They have a lot of cool stuff in their store. They also have a section with bongs and pipes and stuff. I recommend everyone go their for their music and movies as well as other neat stuff

My favorite headshop in town!

The days of going to an old record store to find a great album to discover are over. Its a shadow of what it once was. Good place to find old media. Didnt walk out with what I was looking for unfortunately.

Just moved back home from Denver after 14 years.. Im Happy to see independent Records & video still in business..I got 2 Videos and a few other things for $12. I saw so many other things I wanted but next time.. great prices staff was friendly & helpful . Ill be back soon with more $$

I can always find oldies but goodies on vinyl for a good price. Great classic stand up comedy records. Whenever I bring my son in, all the staff are really good with him. They gave out old records to paint for a community art project. Dig it.

This might make me sound old but Ive been going here for decades, before the smoke shop was even there and when the place in the back was referred to as the Indiehouse. Always a good selection of music and other media as well as a nice variety of tobacco accessories and a lot great memories. Yes, its highly 😃 recommend.

Super friendly and informative clerk, Amiah or Amaya helped us and was very professional and helpful. We had not been in this store in a very long time and was gift shopping when she came to help us, we left and went to other stores but returned and was very happy she was there working.. Because of her knowledge and being so nice we landed up purchasing merchandise there.

Wish I could leave 0 stars I was there for 30 seconds I bought some things they had in the counter and I got accused of stealing by the butch boy in the counter ; he was obviously wrong and apologized ... never coming back

Tried to fix my game that was scratched. Unfortunately it did not work. They did however helped me figure out a way to try and fix my game. I still bought a Chicano Batman CD while I was their because they were so helpful.

First time shopper... This is my new favorite movie shop...friendly staff... Huge selection of quality DVDs.. And if it isnt in the store they can order it for you.. I just picked up Idiocracy for 5 bucks brand new.. And Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy for 8 brand new!

Always a good option when you want an actual, physical disc. Pretty extensive movie selection, very extensive and well-curated music. They also have stickers, pins, posters and collectibles.

Love this store, staff is always friendly. I go for smoking paraphernalia and Wildberry incenses. The store is much more then that though, vinals, cds, and various other music related items.

This is a must dig area if you are on the search for media treasure. Preowned movies and music are soft on the wallet but brand new disc may not be competitively priced. You can order anything you dont find as long as it can be found for purchase online. It is a head shop as well to purchase paraphernalia and weed centric merchandise. Very fun store with friendly workers. You just have to strike up the conversation yourself.

I called at noon to ask what time yall would be open until. The person on the phone said Friday nights we close at 10 Well I arrived at 6 PM to find out you were already closed! Drove in from Canon City just to waste my gas and my time!!! Even if yall would have made a post on your social media pages to let us out of towners know not to bother coming in. Sad thing is it wasnt like it was just me trying to go in. Yall had a bunch of customers literally out in the cold.

Should be a happy friendly place full of happy people....NOT in Pueblo. Besides not knowing anything about the merch in the glass section and accessories, the employees all seem to hate life and the fact that they have a job. Dont go here for smoking supplies!
