Take all these 1 star reviews serious, he doesnt deserve anyones money or business. GO TO CLAYTON HOMES just a little further down i25, you will be treated with respect and made to feel like a valued customer.

Wow, talk about an intense and slightly scary owner to talk with. His website was obviously out of date, so I called to find out what homes were available, what the basic steps were to purchasing etc. From the moment I started talking with him, he was very aggressive and accusatory, before even asking me one question - literally, starting accusing before asking me even one question. It was not because we had ever spoke before. The guy just seemed to have some screws loose. It was one of the craziest phone calls and customer service experiences I have ever had. I literally cannot imagine buying from this guy. Im not sure if he just doesnt want to sell homes, or has some ulterior motive.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from this company!! Unable to ask general questions with out receiving unprofessional responses. To top it off the individual that I spoke to hung up the phone on me because I did not want to give him my credit score over the phone. I am only making a general inquirer and this company does not provide financing options. Credit score is a unnecessary question to ask when the CSR rep. has stated we do not provide financing options, you have to look for your own.

Worst experience EVER buying ANYTHING! After three times of trying to look at homes, the owner was finally there at the location. My husband and I walked in and were barely greeted when he started asking a ton of questions about our financial situation. When I politely said, its not a problem (because I knew I had the financing in the bag), he kept pressing about how we planned on affording the place. Finally, we got tired of answering HIS questions about us and walked out before asking him one question about his company. Terrible experience and a waste of my time. Stay away. He will just leave you feeling bad about humanity.

Horrible! My wife and have been saving for some time and were ready to purchase. The owner was completely rude. He accused us of not being able to afford the home though we had saved for this in cash. Secondly after 4 stops here during business hours he was finally open. That should have been enough but we entered to inquire anyway only to be spoken down to and told we were wasting his time even though he never asked if we had cash. If I was treated like this with 70 grand in hand how would he treat me after spending? Id hate to be the one to find out. Oh and I am a business owner myself and would never think of treating a potential customer this way.YOUVE BEEN WARNED STAY AWAY!
