Called Overhead last Friday afternoon because a mainspring snapped. They had technician out (Ramon) out Monday morning. He explained the process and then performed the work in an hour. For those of us who use our garage door as our front door, its good to have that convenience back. Works great!

I called several garage door companies, including the one that installed our original door, but none of them could get to me for a couple of days. Overhead Door came out right away, in between appointments, to clamp a broken spring, so we could get the car out and go to work, then fit us in the schedule the next day to replace it. Excellent service, reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Overhead Door was Fantastic! I needed repair on the operator for our Garage door, I believed we needed a whole unit. I had asked for a new operator but the tech found out we only needed sensors adjusted and he also fixed supports to the rafters. This saved us over $400, we were extremely happy with the Service Repair. In addition we will use Overhead Door for any of our Garage needs in the future!

Of course the spring broke on weekend and couldnt raise the door to get the cars out. To make it better the nearest shop was 50+ miles away. No problem, the Pueblo shop came out after hours and got us up and running with only a short down time. The Technician was very professional an courteous. He made sure the rest of the door was in proper condition before he left. It was a very nice experience working with this company.

I snapped the torsion spring on my garage door after hours on a Friday night and I called Overhead Door of Pueblo. A local human technician answered the phone and my service mechanic arrived in the morning. Straight shooters, great service, fair prices...I’ll use these guys again.

Being able to go online and schedule a repair the night before helped us plan our day around an unscheduled event. When the door closed the night before and we saw a piece fall to the ground we had no idea what to do. We are glad we called Overhead Door Company of Pueblo, they arrived right as scheduled, the repair charge was reasonable and our door works better than it ever has in the 12 years since we bought our house new.

I had two technicians come out to my house and both said the door would be fine for now, but the first time I used it, it broke ON MY CAR! Brad, a manager, called and said it wasnt their liability, but they would be happy to sell me a new door. He did not ask about the car nor did he offer a refund for their service.

1500 dollars. Best money I could spent. All new door n operation system. Now my door opens n closes without leaving my camaro. Guy worked his but off. If I would add had cash i would have tipped him. Didnt call me before appointment,and then didnt wait for me to arrive. Had to re schedule estimate appointment. Tech was here almost an hour, then tells me that they cant do the installation. Wouldnt call them again. Prutchs did a great job for me!

We live about 120 miles away from this company and they didnt hesitate to come down and see what we had. We have an older door that just need springs for it. They got the springs and installed them with in a week since the springs had to come form California. The guys did more than what they where called out to do, if they wouldnt had seen the other problems we could have had some major problems happen soon. They when above and beyond what they should have do. I would highly recommend them if you need anything done with your overhead doors. The staff all the way around was very helpful. They where great to work with. Thank you for all you did for our company
