A very nice and organized GameStop location.The service was great as well as a variety of games to choose from. I believe the cashier name was Erik, and he definitely deserves a raise!

This store was great. So many great ps4 games to choose from for my son. Very pleased with the overall cleanliness of the store. The staff were also great. While I myself didnt need help, over hearing great staff helping customers says a lot about their service. Overall recommended.

The girl working the counter was new with the manager being definitely B team material. Experience - Do you have a used wireless XBOX controller? Girl - I dont even know what those are. Manager - Uh, I think we have a few but Im not sure.

My son worked with the manager (SHE WAS AWESOME!!) and despite being overwhelmed with being the only person on duty, some lame excuses from co-workers and tons of shoppers we left feeling well cared for!

Service has definitely improved over the years a guy name Robert did excellent work i had a problem with my rewards account and he fixed it fast and efficiently and when there wasnt a used copy of the game I was looking for and bought a new one he double checked to see if I wanted the warranty rather than just adding it and ringing it up.Quality of customer service has definitely improved in comparison to 3-4years ago.

They had exactly what we were looking for. The sales clerk was great. Just a remainder to ask if you can not find what you are looking for. There was not any black ops out but they had 4 copies behind the counter.

Cashier was very pushy with savings deals just wanted to get in and get out. I was not interested in there year plan. Yet he just kept trying to push it on me.

The customer service was good, but I ordered a ps4 as a gift and the power button didn’t work and the top plastic piece was broken and hanging off. Luckily I knew how to fix the issue but it’s frustrating that I had to fix something that should’ve came working after I bought it. DON’T ORDER CONSOLES FROM HERE!! The didn’t even tell me that the ps4 would be used and left out a lot of details.

I needed to find a specific game, so I called. I asked Amber if this game was in stock and she literally answered me in 3 seconds saying No. I decided to go and look for myself. I didnt know his name, but the guy at the desk was very friendly and helpful and helped me in under 5 minutes.

Always enjoy games myself, and I enjoy a wide selection. But GameStop really only caters to current game systems, and not very much vintage even going back as recently as XBOX360 and PS2 games. And the selection they have is not only priced for profits, but their buyback will not even give 10% market value for games while online and digital game alternatives gain steam (pun intended) with discounts, sales and much more reasonable prices. As much as I hate to say it, this happy place of my youth is fading fast. At least they still have controllers on short notice.

I like this game stop, the staff are always helpful and friendly. Theyve spent time helping and explaining to me different aspects of games, trade ins, on line games, etc. If they get commission, I dont feel pressured, but informed. So thank you game stop staff for being so good at your jobs. I know retail can suck the soul out of you, so if any of you see this review, know your hard work is appreciated by those of us who get it.

The guys here are always really nice and they always know what they are talking about. My husband loves to go in and talk to them if he has any kind of issue and they can normally get him taken care of.

Great place the guys there are always helpful. I pre ordered my game before the special edition came out and they upgraded me for just a little extra. You can find almost anything you need there. Pre owned things I have got there have all been good quality. Im so excited to get home and play red dead redemption 2

A bit crowded but a lot of sensory overload. Good prices for used games, and lots of fun merch to take a look at and go through. Would recommend knowing what youre getting beforehand because if you stroll around you may find yourself claustrophobic as others come in and out

Tried to buy Half life Orange box used for ps3 and the employee couldnt find the disc anywhere, so I left empty handed.Pretty disappointed, if I were the manager Id be looking at internal theft.

Jordan was beyond amazing. I went into the store, having spoken to him on the phone previously, kinda grumpy. I just returned games to another game store and I basically lost 24 bucks. Jordan was ready to help me. I gave him a list of obstacles and not only did he give great results he went above and beyond for me. He explained each game he thought would suit me. He stayed in my budget, even though I didnt lol, and was just 100 percent a pleasure to get to work with. I dont know if the company reads these but Jordan seriously needs a raise or something because he is da bomb lol 😂. Seriously though. Thank you so much Jordan you were really amazing ❤️.

Hey, its game stop. You could trade in the Mona Lisa and theyll offer 50 cents. Their corporate is trash, their policies are trash, and their stores are trash. Give me Babbages, or Software ECT any day over game stop. I usually never buy anything from here unless I cant find it else where. Coupled with the smell that emanates from all their stores, and the drones streaming in mouth agape, it feels as if youre entering a slaughterhouse. The mindless masses just keep coming. This location offers nothing in the way of retro games, but if they did I still wouldnt go. Their treatment of the retro community should steer everyone clear. But again, lambs for the slaughter. Dont go here.

Ive been to Gamestops all over this country. The Gamestop inside the Pueblo mall . Has some of the least engaging employees Ive seen. No matter who is working . I am greeted with . That off putting we dont want anyone to be here feeling . Id reccomend any Gamestop over this one.

Had exactly what I wanted. Good place.

Over priced barley give anything for trade ins but even worse if your selling games. Expect to get 20 % if that on a game you just paid 70 dollars for a month or two ago and even brand new games if opened are worth peanuts but sold at 50-75% of the actual brandnew store price.

Game stop is a wonderful place to buy all kinds of games

Very friendly and helpful staff who are very passionate about gaming and willing to help out anyone in finding great games that suit their needs. They might not know everything about every game ever, but theyll always do their best to try and help you out.If you like trading in games, their values are pretty fair - assuming the game is still new or at least relevant, or depending on the rarity. Also, take advantage of their pre-owned selections. The price might not seem too worthwhile of a drop from used, but they allow you to return a pre-owned game within a week if you dont like it (which is a relief if youre going to spend $60 on a game that you may end up not liking) as opposed to new games, which they obviously cant take as a return since its value is automatically decreased the moment you open the case and put the disc in. Just a friendly heads up lol.
