So happy I took my car to pro masters! After some intense hail damage, Molly talked me through the whole process and they paid for my deductible and rental car. It’s so convenient that they share a building with Hertz. When I did get my car back, it looked fantastic perfectly paint matched and they detailed the inside! Initially, I read the posted signs almost immediately after a hail storm... The signs seemed to appear all over the place. I had a negative feeling thinking that the hail damage service was too good to be true. I was not alone... family and friends and neighbors advised to be careful for a possible scam. I wrote the number down; gave Pro-Masters Auto a call; and asked for more information. The receptionist was superbly knowledgeable and very efficient. I immediately felt confident and relaxed, knowing I was in good hands with the Pro-Masters folks; and that I could rely on a job well done. Theyre establishment had thatprofessionalappeal and I knew that I would get great service to my car. Pro-Masters kept me up to par at every level and step of the way.The repair was excellent; they worked with my insurance people for me. A car rental services was provided... and the repair was completed in a timely manner. I have a Hyundai Santa Fe 2017, I originally took it to Hyundai to get my window fixed. They tried to charge me almost $700! However because of the previous experience with pro-masters auto collision I took it there instead. Thank goodness I did they found out it was only a fuse and I was only charged $18!! Id trust this business. I actually purchased my Santa Fe from them.

Insurance assured me all damages would be covered yet when they couldnt buff out the scratches on the back they just left them and didnt go to the Insurance to let them know the issue just expected me to be fine with the car. Now Im going to Gerber to fix and the insurance is covering it. Had my car for 2 weeks to fix a scratch on the bumper ridiculous I will not return to pro masters

Today someone did a hit and run on my car so I decided to take my car here for an estimate! I didnt even get that far because the owner was leaving and put his suv in park to ask me if I was okay not knowing if I was in my car or not. He said he would take care of everything I wouldnt have to worry about anything besides paying my deductible! Never have I been more relieved in my life! He also got me a rental car for the time being while my car goes into the shop said he could get it tomorrow if needed. As he took me inside he let one of his girls know what was going on and she helped me the rest of the way and was very helpful and kind. She assured me she would help me with my insurance stuff that needed to get done for my claims! They are awesome highly recommend them! As soon as my baby is out of the shop Ill post pictures of before and after!

My 2018 chevy was backed into between the two doors on my truck while we were hunting in Kansas. Their insurance company was with farm bureau and Pro Master took care of everything with the Insurance. When I got my truck back it looked just like the day I bought it. Thank you everyone that work on my chevy truck. Hope I never get into another wreck but if I do I will go back to Pro Masters

Great service and great work. They ordered the bumper ahead, and got the work done the same day I dropped it off. We have only one vehicle and they did a great job of getting our car fixed. We didnt have to be without a car for days, they did their best to help us out.

I took my jeep to Pro Masters after being in an accident. They got it in quickly gave a pretty accurate estimate. Between ordering parts, paint and repairs only took a couple weeks to complete which I was really surprised with. They did a great job. Everyone was friendly and returned a couple calls we had in to them. They cleaned my whole vehicle before I got it back. I definitely recommend and I would use again if I ever need it. I brought my vehicle and my wifes vehicle to Pro-Masters after a large hail storm. Both vehicles had significant hail damage. Doug and his staff did an outstanding job. You couldnt tell any work had been done to the vehicles - they looked brand new! The work was provided in a timely fashion and the staff was very friendly and professional. Since then, Pro-Masters has completed other work not covered under insurance. The pricing was more than fair and the quality of work has exceeded my expectations! EXCELLENT! Just as they promised, ProMasters waived my $1,000 insurance deductible AND provided me with a rental car - no tricks or hidden fees. Furthermore, they renewed my car from hail damage like a fine art - it looks like new! PLUS, we had another vehicle in a different premium repair shop for the same thing and ProMasters got my car in and out of their shop in half the time as the other shop. ProMasters also stayed in close contact with my insurance company for me ... and ensured I was satisfied with the vehicle / claim outcome before tossing me the keys. From now on, this should be your go-to shop for hail damage remedy!

I am very happy with the work Pro-Masters Auto Collision did on my vehicle. We had some damage from years earlier that had rusted and I asked if they could fix it. They made the truck look brand new and the didnt cost me an arm and a leg. I will definitely return to them should I need body repair work in the future. Madison, who is the receptionist, is the best customer service receptionist Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

UGH disgusting! They only tell you this because they take average 3-6 months to give you your car back!!!!!!Wait did I mention that there will be a 90% chance your car will come back with mistakes and unfinished jobs?If you call to check on your car they will say we will call you back, someone will call you backI called everyday for 1 WEEK and NO ONE RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS!!!!! EVER!!!!!!Their manager is rude and doesnt care if your upset! She doesnt care what you have to say she will tell you Ill give you a call back in two hours just to get you off the phone but will NOT call back!!!!My car went through inspection but you will see the pictures of the condition of my car!When I drive and hit a bump there is rattling, they did not even bother to clean up the broken glass, the rubber is falling off of the roof, MY SPEEDOMETER GLASS WAS BROKEN, there is paint or debris on my sunroof, the seats where absolutely dirty and disgusting, there is STILL WATER MARKS ON MY ROOF, oh and they gave me my car back with absolutely ZERO GAS! Barely made it to the gas station!Oh and be careful when you pick up your car they tell you to sign a paper which shows what your insurance pays, but what they fail to say is that the paper states Im 100% satisfied with the work and you sign this BEFORE they show you your car!!!!!!

My daughters car was nailed with hail this summer. Pro-Masters was able to get us in within a week and have the damage assessed. While the estimate to repair was higher than the what the car was worth, Pro-Masters still did a great job cleaning all of the circles off of the car that was showing all of the hail damage and had us on our way within a day. Very kind and helpful staff!

Contacted our insurance company and they referred us to Pro Masters. They set the appointment for 3 days later, car went in and was done in 1 week (ahead of schedule)! Super fast, super friendly, super professional, super honest! Thank you Pro MastersAfter having read through some negative reviews we have to say this. When there are MAJOR HAIL storms, repairs can take quite some time. If this company is paying for a rental to help you, complaining about how long it took is ludicrous! This company goes above & beyond to help their customers, please don’t read a “sour grapes” review and assume it’s true. This is a fantastic repair facility and you are safe trusting them!!

I wanna make this a short and simple review. Lets start with the drop off of my Truck. I walk in and wait for about 30mins while trying to drop off my truck. There was one family that came in after me and got help before me? That happens i get it. The rental car customer service is absolutely terrible. The guy that works it seems like hes running around with his head cut off super rushed and terrible serivce. Ill look passed that becuase pro masters help cover the rental which is about the only reason Ive given them 2 starts. After getting my rental I hand over my keys to my truck. I know I dont have a super expensive truck but for me handing over keys to a 40k truck was a big deal. All I got was a envelope with coupons for referrals to help bring in more business which is what what this place is all about. Quantity and not quality. Ive been to another collision centers in the past were the sit one on one and run you through the entire process and show the shop and that is what I was expecting and didnt receive. The saving grace is when I was getting ready to leave the owner saw me getting my stuff out of my truck and putting it into the rental and came up to talk to me. He showed me around the shop at that point and made me feel a little be better about the shop. Overall the work took about 3 months! I was accepting a long process but not this long. That is not even the worst part. If you are looking to stay updated and have communication through the process DO NOT GO HERE! I read other reviews and was willing to look pass this as they were paying for my rental and deductible but it was terrible. I had to constantly call for updates and hope the front desk would know something. They DID NOT! Everyime it was something diffrent then the last update. First a part was fixed then the next time I call they were just starting what the last person said was done??? I was constantly promised updates or call backs which I never received. I got 3 total messages the first one I got after getting off the phone with them for an update the next one said basically there are no new updates which is a joke. I dont care if you turn the steering wheel for left to right I wanna know what is happening. And the last one was after texting them 3 times and waiting a week for a reply! All Im saying is updates and communication are very important. I understand covid may have slowed thing down but updating customer is key. Anything would have work as far as an update like heres the tracking number for the part and its estimated to be here on this day. Let the customer know ever step of every part that has been order, call and see the needs of the coustmer and understand that people are turning over a huge part of their lifes and trusting the company with it. Work quality is OK at best. Paint job does NOT match the rest of the factory paint and I relate does NOT match. The side that was painted has a massive blue shimmer and which the original does not it is just soild color. For the most part OEM parts are used but what they dont tell you is they used refurbished and used part on your vehicle which I did not know. The windshield is not OEM the estimate I gave them from my insurance has a specific windshield on the paper and when I got my truck back it was an off name windshield. Ive also notice that the side of my tuck they completely redid sounds and feels diffrent for the others side. More flimsy and sounds diffrent when I close the doors on the side they fixed. When I got my truck back there was a pieces from my center console missing which I still do not understand why anyone was in there? They did pay to get ship me a new one. Overall if you want a professional customer service experience and updates are important to you high do not recommend this spot. Also the or is OK like I said before. If I could go back and take my vehicle to a dealership and just pay my deductible and rental car I 100% would have. Now I dont even trust the safety of my vehicle with my family inside

Although I was initially upset about the service I received, I would like to retract most of what I said. Steve the Shop Manager called me and resolved the issues immediately and Madison followed up with an apology and explanation that gave me some peace of mind. I would in the end recommend them and they did a terrific job on the rest of my vehicle.

Initially everyone was very friendly and reassured me that my brand new truck, that received hail damage, will look like new when were finished.The vehicle sat at the shop for two weeks before they could start working on it, supposedly due to an insurance issue. I asked them in the beginning to take their time and not feel rushed by me, but I didnt expect them not to give me any status updates. The problem I have is the delivery of the vehicle back to me. It was delayed due to some trim pieces that were damaged during installation that had to be re-ordered. I was told my truck was ready and I arranged to pick it up on a Saturday. I saw a couple of issues and was basically told to take it and if I found something wrong to bring it back. I ended up finding some body issues, a ding and a piece of trim that was placed on with a broken clip. I drove back to their shop to take a look and they said they would need to order the trim. The bottom line is I had to contact them to set up an appointment not the other way around. I also have to wait another week on top of the 5 weeks they had it to begin with. Im very frustrated and not to happy with the customer service after they received the check from the insurance company!

I have done business with Pro-Masters twice due to unfortunate hail damage. Both experiences were absolutely amazing. The team there is excellent and the customer service is top notch! I would recommend this business to anyone who needs quality hail repair with zero out of pocket and a rental car to go with it!

This is probably my third time using Pro-Masters and again they did a great job! Janessa made the process extremely simple and took care of everything from start to finish like a pro. I really appreciate that even after we brought back the rental car they called me and reminded me that I had left a gift card in the center console. The honesty really impressed me because they could have kept that and I never would have even known. Definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

One instance required filing a claim, the other instance was out of pocket pay by a gentleman who hit my car while parked. Pro-Masters worked with both my insurance and the gentleman paying cash to make sure my car was repaired in a timely manner with no issues. From Steve who provided me with estimates and timelines to Chris in CS who kept me in the loop, I couldnt be happier with the service I received. We took our Silver 2010 Ford FX4 truck in for repair on the drivers side rear bumper and bed ....Steve and his team did an outstanding job ....you cant even tell it was repaired and looks amazing.... If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely the biggest scam of a repair shop you can imagine. After waiting almost a year for hail damage to be fixed when they brought us the vehicle it had more damage than when it was dropped off. After that was fixed one of the tire flairs flew off driving down the road. It has been a month and a half and we are still waiting on the fender flair. They never answer calls or return calls. Highly, highly, highly suggest you take your business anywhere but this shop.

Took two vehicles to Pro Masters for Hail damage. The insurance totaled my older vehicle and attempted to total my new car. The owner fought for me to get another adjuster to come and re-evaluate my car. Once everything was approved, They got to work on my car and had it done in a few days. As far as my other vehicle, Pro Master worked with us on the rental until the insurance company finished the paperwork. Thank you Pro Master for all your hard work and my car looks great.

We brought our Truck for have hail repair. My brother brought his truck for hair repair. It took 4 months to repair our truck and both our brother and us had parts missing off the truck. My Chevy Silverado went in mechanically perfect and came out with a $2500 dollar sensor needing replacement. A part on my door was missing $150. my brothers truck had missing bolts and damaged interior. The girl at the counter when I picked up my truck said...Im glad to be getting rid of this truck. : o I never called them one time on the status of the vehicle. I am certain she had me mixed up with someone else. They do not have repair employees. The have a traveling team that comes in does as much as possible. Then returns weeks later.

Doug and the Pro Masters team did an outstanding job on my car which had extensive hail damage. The entire staff was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. From beginning to end, the process was effortless on my part. Not only did they pay my insurance deductible, but they even paid for my rental car. I was astounded with I got a call only 2 days after dropping my car off that it was finished, detailed, washed and ready to go. My Lexus looks better than new! My Dodge Challenger had hail damage from a storm last summer. I spent months debating whether to cash the insurance check or have the damage fixed. I took my car to a couple of different auto body shops. What stopped me was the $500 deductible and none of them would work with me. Then I found Promasters. They waived the deductible (basically paid it for me) and worked with my insurance company. They were responsive, took the time to explain the process, and had my car back to me when they said they would. It was the extras that really set them apart. I had some other minor things I was asking about having done and the shop manager immediately responded, Oh, we can take care of that. And they did! My car was returned all washed, detailed, shiny, and looking great! Very happy with the service and took their business cards to pass out.

Horrible! I was recruited by a very nice man and he helped with the process as much as he could. The ladies at the front desk were horrible rude and not very knowledgeable, helpful or customer oriented. The biggest problem I had with them was the amount of time it took for them to fix the car and the extra cost that I incurred by going over the 30 days as my insurance company did not pay for the rental the entire time. The work that I was promised was not done and the new scratches were pretty severe but when I pointed them out the sales person attempted to convince me that they had already been there when my car is brand new and I know for a fact that they were not there. also my insurance company paid for a new hood and I did not receive one and they tried to cover that up! Not good. On the second car my insurance company paid for a new windshield and they missed it all together although they had the car for over 30 days. I found this company to be unprofessional and not truthful and the quality of work was substandard. I will not ever return or recommend services to anyone. I did make them aware of my concerns and they showed disregard for my thoughts or feelings. Also the original quote ended up costing well over quote almost doubled I could not believe it! and my insurance adjuster stated they have had fraudulent activity! Quite shady

I had an excellent experience with Pro-Masters. My 2016 Toyota Camry received hail damage from the August, 2018 hail storm in Colorado Springs. I called numerous collision companies and was told that the earliest they could get to my vehicle was in Spring of 2019. My co-worker suggested Pro-Masters and told me that they waive your deductible. I drove my car to their Colorado Springs location on Ford Street and they repaired my cars damage at their Pueblo shop. I recently received my car back with all repairs completed and it was also completely detailed. It did take awhile to be repaired but I understand that the storm caused catastrophic damages and involved hundreds of cars. I am extremely pleased with their work and attention to detail. You cannot detect any damage with the paintless dent repair. I will return to them and I recommend them highly!

I hate having my car in shop but this was so seamless and easy. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and kept me informed throughout my repair. I dropped off my car and picked up a rental car then returned once it was repaired. So easy! If you have hail damage I would recommend Pro-Masters!

Beware! Long read, but a good warning. I live in a small town 85 miles from Pueblo and went to Promasters to replace the rear fender, fix a scratch on the side, and repaint the tailgate on my Tacoma as we dont have many body shops with good reputations in our area. The scratch and tailgate were out of pocket and the fender was covered by insurance. I was quoted $500 for the out of pocket work. Promasters has a couple of reviews that gave me pause, particularly with the Better Business Bureau, but I got a good feel from them and the reviews were mostly good. After dropping the truck off they had it for nearly a month. They made a number of excuses about parts being hard to unbolt, and wrong parts being shipped, which I was always mellow about. When I went to pick up the truck I was informed that the $500 quote was only for the scratch on the side of the truck, and it would be another $600 to fix the tailgate. I have a written quote from their shop manager that has an annotation of him marking the $1100 price to fix both down to $500 since they would already have the paint mixed for the bed side. They refused to honor this and the shop manager would only talk to me through the lady at the front desk, not coming out to speak to me in person. In the end I talked them down to $400 for the scratch, which was more than I was planning for that, and my tailgate wasnt fixed. I then drove the hour and a half home and realized that they hadnt sprayed the bed liner back on the top of new fender, which I had specifically asked about over the phone a week before! I noticed this when I saw they replaced one of the topper bolts with a stripped out flat head screw rather than the original hex bolt. They just stuck the topper back on the truck, and I guess hoped I wouldnt notice. They seemed to be in a rush near the end as the insurance company was getting irritated about paying for my rental car so long. I called them back and they said to bring it back in Sunday (2/16/20) at 9:00 AM and they would fix the bed liner. They made the excuse that the tech who was working on the truck quite half way through the job and a new guy had to take over (not confidence inspiring). Yesterday morning I left my house at 7:00 AM and drove to their shop, arriving at 8:50. Sunday is my one day off. I waited in the parking lot until 9:50 and no one ever showed up, so I drove the hour and 40 minutes home and spent $35 in gas. Needless to say this has been a super frustrating experience and I cannot recommend Promasters. My truck is still not fixed properly after a month and hundreds of miles of travel.

I have been taking my cars to Promasters in Pueblo for a few years. With the hail that CO gets and other unlucky events that have caused body damage to my cars in the past, this shop has always been able to get it done right. Every time I get my car back it looks as if nothing ever happened to it. The paint always matches perfectly. They really do a good job in getting ever ding back to its original flawless structure. The front girls are always so nice and they deal with a lot of pressure to make sure communication happens between everyone in the shop on top of following up with their customers in a timely manner. I will continue to use Promasters as my auto body shop for hail and collision. Definitely recommend!

I was extremely happy with the work that was done on my vehicle by Pro Masters. When they return my vehicle my windshield was damage and they replace my windshield at their expense. Great company!! Geat service!! Awesome service!! I would highly recommend Pro Masters to others and I’m confident that you will be happy with the work they do.

These guys were great from start to finish, and in the end our car looked like it did before the hail. They were fast and efficient, and it was a double bonus that they helped us out with our deductible and a rental car. My friend who went through her dealership had a much worse time - 6 weeks in their shop and she had to pay $500 deductible and to upgrade her rental car (which was about $500 because the repair took so long!). 5 stars for Pro Masters!!

Steve and his team did an EXCELLENT job on my Honda. Three days and it was ready and priced well under other bids. The best part, it was filthy when I brought it in due to weather and it was clean inside and out when I picked it up! Great Job Pro Masters - Thanks Doug!

Worst experience with an auto body shop ever. We took our car in to be fixed after hail damage in August 2018 and we still have not gotten our car back over 6 months later. Despite numerous attempts to see what is going on we continue to be assured that they are doing their best and that it is in the final stages and we should have it back very soon. I will never go back to this business and will recommend every one I come into contact to stay away from this place. Terrible customer service and unfriendly staff that dont care about your needs or your cars.

I didnt think that it was true that they were going to cover my deductible and put me in a free rental car but I was very surprised at how quickly they accommodated all of my needs when I got in my wreck. I would recommend pro masters to anybody looking for a professional auto/hail/collision center. The staff was so friendly during my time of need and worked so quickly to get me a rental. I worked with Mercedes at the front desk and she was so understanding in my time of need. I will never work with another auto collision center again. Pro masters is now my go to.

This place is great. Give them my insurance claim number and they handle the rest. Even covered the cost of my rental car when my insurance doesnt have that coverage. Ive used them twice in the past month and theyve been fantastic both times!!

These guys were good. They took the damage out of my Steel and Aluminum parts and it was glass smooth when they were done. They did it in the time promised and even cleaned my car before giving it back to me. Great customer service and great experience. Use these guys if you have hail damage.

Pro Masters did phenomenal work on my car this past summer. If you need paintless dent hail repair this is the place! My mini cooper was trapped in one of the many Colorado hail storms this past spring and the roof and hood were covered in tiny dents. Pro Masters repaired these dents flawlessly in about a week and they provided a rental car as well and help with the deductible. Their customer service is phenomenal and the overall experience was smooth; I could not have asked for anything more.

This place is terrible! I recommend you take your car elsewhere, I took my car for hail repair and it took 5 month. They are not professional at all, they switch parts with other cars and they don’t do a great job at installing them. I received my car with damage that wasn’t there before. Don’t let them waste your time.

They did a great job restoring my car to like new condition. There was a problem with my airbag afterward but as soon as i brought it up They offered to fix it and indeed had it fixed by the dealership. I am really happy I did business with them. Everything went smooth and was worry free.

The only thing positive I have to say about Pro Masters is they help you with your deductible. My car was in for over 2 months. The front desk staff were always so rude when we would call to get an update. I would and get one thing and my husband would hear another. They told us our car was a few days away from being done and they left it outside when another hail storm came through and hit our car again. Though the storm was not their problem why would a company that know a hail storm is coming through town leave a car that was essentially done outside to get hit again. Once we got it back the detail was horrible, the headliner was covered in greasy handprints and one of my rear sensors wasn’t working which caused an error message. It’s been almost 3 months now and I am still messing with the company. I had to take it back to get the paint buffed and the roof shampooed and there is still grease all over the headliner. This is a brand new car (2 months old) and they could care less. The owner told me it’s not fair to his family that we share bad reviews because of bad help. I told him it comes down to customer service and training which is lacking at Pro Masters. I also referred my mother (before we knew how awful this company was) and I never received my referral money they promise customers. They also promised to contact the rental company because we had to renew the rental due to the 2nd hail claim and they never did so we continued to get calls from Hertz that we needed to return the rental ASAP.

These guys do a spectacular job of restoring the finish on your car from hail damage, and get the car back together again after repairs. And everything is as advertised, they cover the deductible and use of a rental car, regardless of whether your insurance policy covers rental car. And it only took them two days to repair my car - 2015 Toyota Prius. Highly recommend these guys!

My daughters car was badly damaged from hail a couple months ago. Pro Masters did the necessary repairs, and I have to say it was repaired by very qualified repairmen. It looked like new car again, theydetailed her car too! I was really surprised when they paid the cost of the rental car while hers was being repaired, and they also covered the insurance deductible. They did an outstanding job. I would recommend them to everyone! The entire staff is very friendly and professional!

They have had my car since September, I cannot finish my review till i get it back. I will tell you that the customer service is the worst. They told me I would get my car back in 30 days and its been 5 months now. I understand the scale of damage in the city but every time I call for a status on my car I get a different story. I never get the weekly text on the status of my car that I was told I would get. Once finished I will definitely share this experience on Yelp and with all of the soldiers on base.

My car was severely damaged by hail when I brought it into Pro-Masters. When I went in for my appointment, they helped me call my insurance and helped me get the money needed to fix my car. While they fixed my car, they set me up in a rental car from their own rental service for free! They helped me install my car seat for my baby and transfer my belongings to and from cars. When my car was finished, it was dentless and detailed! It looked and even smelled fantastic! Thank you Pro-Masters!

Absolutely, the best experience I have ever had involving auto repair. I literally had to do nothing except drop my car off. PM did the rest. Free rental? Still have a hard time believing that one, but it happened. Car looks great and, after initial adjustment, I didnt have to deal with my I insurance company at all. If you have hail damage, go to Pro Masters.

I dropped off a vehicle here to get hail damage repaired. They assured me that they would take great care of me and my vehicle and I was very happy with the initial custom service. Fast forward 2 weeks and I still hadnt heard back from Pro Master. Upon several attempts of getting a hold of them, still nothing. Once I did get ahold of them, their receptionist was one of the most unprofessional people Ive ever dealt with. I was guaranteed by her on two separate occasions that my vehicle would be complete on a given date. Fast forward another week, the vehicle is still not complete but this time I get to speak with what sounded like the repair-man, also, very unprofessional. He told me that he would have my vehicle done on 9/1/16 and GUARANTEED that it would be done and that he would call me personally to come pick up the vehicle. Fast forward one more week, and I still do not have my vehicle and I still have not heard from Pro Master.

I just got my car back & it looks brand new again!!! Pro Masters did an amazing job & Im pleased with the service I received!!!!! Their staff is very friendly & professional!!! I will highly recommend Pro Masters to family friends!!! Thanks Pro Masters for a job well done! :)
