If I could give 0 stars I would have! Beware of this shop, they have had our truck for almost 2 months now for a job that was supposed to take 3 weeks. They were paid in full from our insurance (USAA) and now are always closed during business hours, gates locked to the shop and they are not returning our vehicle. When I tried to contact the shop manager, Linzey, she was rude and would not answer my question of.. When will our truck be done?. We arent the 1st people theyve done this to, as weve come to find out, and Im sure we wont be the last. How can a business put a paper that states closed for repairs and not notify customers to pick up their vehicles? Figured Id make a review so that another person wont have to go through this bs with them.in response to the reply from shop..1: how can we show up for appointments with no vehicles to get down there. 2: USAA has a very different version of events 3: you say you reached out to have us pick up the truck but then contradict yourself and say youll only communicate with USAA. 4: we supposedly harrass employees and management but yet havent been to the shop as you claim 🤔 5: for weeks you were telling USAA you were waiting on the hood.. now its custom parts?? If youre going to run a business then dont screw over customers and then get upset when they voice their concerns.

Super shady shop horrible customer service insurance paid over 11k dollars and they wont finish there work sanded truck down with windows down they are tweaker beware
