Where do I start? So I had the unfortunate luck of being involved in an accident in Pueblo and I decided I’d have my car towed to Front Range Collision. As you can tell the car got smacked hard and I had my doubts that it could be repaired. Well Front Range quickly changed that. Tara and Dave were amazing through this entire process, the communication and just honestly that they exhibited while handling my car were top notch and definitely hard to come by. The quality of work and just all around experience was prob as good as you can have in a situation like this. Everything came backed with a life time warranty that alone tells me they stand behind their work. If you’re ever in situation and needing an honest, down to earth place to have your car fixed I highly recommend them. They gained a life time customer (Although I hope I’m never in a situation like this again.) They’re not there to just rush your car through and make money they genuinely are there to take care of you as a customer. This is my 3rd repair by Front Range. Terra is amazing, Dave tells you how it is and the repair was flawless. They get your vehicle out as fast as possible, call you with updates and send pictures! You just cant ask for better service. Terra even helped me install new seats in my vehicle!

Dropped off my 2018 Subaru crosstrek to lustre plus in need of repair from the June and August hail storm. My car was dropped off with a quarter tank of fuel and while being repaired it was driven 60 miles and left my tank empty.It took 2 months (with extensions) to partially repair my car.Chips on the paint are present, and there are still dents on my rear top hatch panel/door.My roof is not sealed, last week it started leaking water and started dripping from my headliner.Also, my interior was damaged. They must have used screwdrivers to uninstall my panels. This was a brand new car...The manager told me your car wont look brand new...Finally, they did wash and wax my car upon pickup.The photos will show their poor work.*Update*After my rework, under new management at Front Range Collision, I will say that there was major improvement. Angela, Andre and the rest of the staff were very helpful in taking care of me and my car. You could say that they went the extra mile to make things right and showed their worth.

I hit a barrier and my check engine lights and all my sensors went offline and pretty good damage to my car. Ive delt with other mainstream companies in pueblo for my vehicle repair and found it to be sub-par work. Front range answered my first call and was very knowledgeable on what insurance companies needed and were able to get me scheduled very fast. They also kept me updated with the schedule and delivered as promised. I had, what I thought, was hard paint to match and I cant tell where the damage was or where painting start and stopped. Also has a lifetime warranty on the work which is an added bonus and I consider myself lucky to have found a company with integrity and good business practice. Will take any car to them and highly recommend them.

Great experience at Front Range Collision. They fixed a major door scrape on my 2015 Mustang and made it look as new again. They did an excellent job color matching even with a metallic grey - looks perfect in any light and from any angle. I highly recommend this shop, if I could give them 10 stars I would!

I can’t state enough how glad I am that I brought my car here. From drop off to pick up the customer service was fantastic. I spotted a small issue about a week later and the staff was very receptive. They got my car in and out within a day. I couldn’t be more happy. My car feels and looks like it’s brand new, which is a huge testament to the great work they do here.

As repeat customers, we had yet another a great experience at Front Range working with Mike and Tara. These folks are great to work with and demand excellence in their work and finished product. Mike made sure that our vehicle body work was completed flawlessly and to our satisfaction. They are dedicated to serving the customer and we really appreciated that.

This is the second time we have had to get Tara to help us with our JEEP. The first was because of hail, and the second time our hood latch failed and whipped up while going 60 miles an hour over a bridge. Our hood was WRECKED. Front Range kept us informed, worked with our insurance and restored our JEEP BEAUTIFULLY. As a special touch, they even cleaned it inside and out (havent seen it this clean in 4 years). It is difficult when you are without your transportation for awhile, but taking it to a great place HELPS so much. We hope we dont have to come back due to any weather or mishaps, but if we do we are taking it back to FRC....Tara makes the difference too. We appreciate the craftsmanship, and the amazing customer service.

Always prompt, always friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for the customers (in my case quite literally - they delivered my car to me at work). They were willing to work with me and my ever-changing schedule and were always approachable when something would come up at the last minute. They went above and beyond in detailing my truly horrifyingly messy interior (sorry guys, you really didnt need to clean that). I literally cannot recommend this company enough.

I had Front Range Collision repair my vehicle after being hit in a parking lot by a distracted driver (go figure). They did a great job. I also opted for the Ceramic coating on my car. Manuel did an awesome job applying the ceramic coating - Thank you Manuel! Im impressed with how the dirt, bugs and rain roll off my car with ease now. No more power washing.. Hand wash with ease, just rinse with hose water, Dawn dish soap and wipe with shammy. Love it! Thank you again..

In recent months, I’ve taken two cars to Lustre Plus. I was so impressed the first time that when a second car was in need of repair; my first thought was Lustre Plus. Working with Brandy Aragon was a pleasure. Her estimates were reasonable, and I told her that her customer service skills couldn’t possibly be any better. They detailed both cars as well, and after the work was done, the cars looked great! If you’re in need of auto body repair, I highly recommend this shop. A family member referred me to Lustre Plus. It was a very good referral. Brandy, took care of me immediately. She made me feel welcomed. She accessed the damages on my car, she was beautifully dressed and in hills, but she had no problem checking under the hood and check the bumper to see all damages. I was impressed. My car was fixed in the time frame she gave me and the amount she quoted me. She took care of me from beginning to end. Would definitely go back. I felt valued!!!! John and his team has been working on my 2013 Mercedes C300, they repainted my bumper and hood! Now my car looks awesome! (Bumper was very bad) I really don’t see deference between original panels and repainted, orange peel looks like from factory! Same quality like in Mercedes Dealership! Best prices in town!

Car was severely damaged by hail in Summer 2018. Colorado Springs shops are backed up until Summer 2019 so did some research and made the drive to Pueblo and the Front Range Collision shop (Formerly Lustre). Super friendly staff! John inspected my vehicle with me and said no problem. I was skeptical at first but man did they deliver. He saved me money on my deductible, repaired other damage, got it done quickly, and basically delivered on everything he promised up front. So I drove away with my car looking amazing and less poor than I thought I would be. Cant argue with that. I highly recommend this shop and the work they do. Very pleased customer!

Mike Bursha at Front Range Collision is the first auto body businessman I’ve dealt with in the last 20 years who I have not felt was trying to pull a fast one over on me. He is completely forthright in his detailed estimates. For my repair there were two items he did not put on in the estimate because they were not readily visible. He called to inform of the additional parts required and now Mz. Betsy Prius will be right as rain! I appreciate his integrity and his professionalism. Tara, his administration assistant, is an absolute gem (she needs a raise, Mike!). She kept me apprised of the status of repairs on Betsy while in the shop. Hands down I will recommend Front Range Collision to any of my friends and family who needs repairs to their cars.

We live in Denver, the hail has been horrendous. You cant even get scheduled in till 6 or 8 months from now. Brandy at Lustre Plus got us in right away and the work was exceptional! Cant comment on the quality of work, because they havent called us back with an estimate! (We were there six months ago). The woman seemed quite put out with us and disgusted with our older vehicle. She told me it would take two weeks alone just to sand the hood! We had it done elsewhere, it took one week and it turned out great. Not impressed with these people.

Great staff and great work!I picked up a truck in Tennesse to deliver to a client in Idaho. I rolled into town a few days later (on a Wednesday) to visit my dad. The truck I was driving had some severe cosmetic blemishes that I wanted to repair before getting home to Idaho. I started calling body shops until I landed one (Lustre Plus) that would both properly repair the blemishes and was willing to meet my (very short) time frame.I left the truck on that evening (at closing time) and picked it up Friday. It was perfectly done and the price was great too. Brandy kept in touch throughout the day and a half process and delivered on her promises 100%.Thank you!

By far the least reputable repair shop I have ever set foot in, they will take you for every single penny you have, and while they do so, Brandy Aragon will act as if they are doing you a favor. Maybe this small business was all about customer service once upon a time. But the only service I can see Lustre paint and auto body worrying about is service to the almighty dollar. Not saying don’t run your business, I’m saying if you can’t be honest and up front about costs, how can I trust you to even do the promised work. This isn’t the last time I mention this.

All we wanted was an estimate for a hail damage. They advertise on web site hail damage repair. We didnt know it changed owners.
