I searched for many different companies that could install tv/tablets in my car. They had wonderful reviews, so I decided to give them a try. Not only were they very reasonably priced, they showed excellent communication and did an amazing job installing them. No cords showing and professionally installed. I will continue to use their business for any other future jobs. I highly recommend them! Meg was absolutely wonderful and always returned my calls and was very prompt!

They go above and beyond to help you have a good experience, and try to find solutions for challenges no one has seen before.My Ford Bronco Badlands is one of the first ones in Utah county, and his team were anxious to make it better than when it came from Ford.The first thing they did was install a 40-in light bar from Rough Country. With no auxiliary spaces for switches, they custom installed a few switches below the steering wheel and made it look like factory.Theyre currently custom fabricating powder coated stainless steel brackets for two different 8-in light bars for a mid-grill mount. This place is great, very knowledgable staff, great prices, and amazing work. They offer great advice and answered a ton of question I had regarding getting my truck leveled/lifted, adding larger tires, and new wheels. I initially found them through the Bulletliner website, but Ill be taking my truck and future toys here for any modifications I need done. They seem to do it all, and know what theyre doing to get it done right the first time. I ended up having them do a suspension lift on my truck, 35 tires, and fuel off-road wheels. Derrill was great to work with, he got all my questions answered and if he didnt know them, hed find the answers for me; zero-pressure sales. Dave also put my mind to ease with a few concerns I had, and made sure my truck was taken care of. Kim was great to work with at the front desk and payments. Called on Friday, got an appointment for Tuesday. I was thoroughly impressed. I arrive Tuesday morning and there was a misunderstanding with the appointment, but they still just fit my in anyways. They care about their customers! oh yeah, and the new speakers sound great too!

I had a great experience with pro audio, stemming from a miscommunication. I brought in my car to be looked at, after giving information of what was wrong with it - to see if they would install a keyless entry. I was given the diagnosis, and it was almost verbatim what I had told the front counter a few weeks earlier. I called pro audio the next day and explained that I think we had a miscommunication somewhere along and was not pleased that I had paid $50 dollars to be told what I had already told them was wrong. They promptly and very professionally sorted things out and are refunding me my money in full. While they were not able to provide me the service I wanted they were honest and upfront. I would recommend them off this experience alone - and I would use them in the future if I ever require their service. Thanks pro audio 4x4.

The guys at Pro Audio in Provo did an excellent job fixing the sound system in my car. I originally got in installed by Best Buy and the technician at Pro Audio told me that while it wasn’t the worst installation he had ever seen, it certainly wasn’t very good. In addition to poorly made brackets, the team found corrosion in the wires near the fuse. The job took a little longer than I expected but they did an amazing job getting everything fixed and at a very reasonable price. I wish I had gone to them earlier! I highly recommend visiting Pro Audio for sound system installations and fixes.

I have used these guys for over a decade! Multiple personal vehicles received kick @$$ sound systems, several company vehicles have top-notch security and remote start systems, and they even installed a rockin stereo in my race car. The guys at Pro-audio & 4x4 have done a ton of work recently for my company, on several of our vehicles. They installed specialized lighting, and even fixed a manufacturing defect they discovered on all of the custom lighting i had ordered in for my patrol cars. They were fast, efficient and even made the lighting controls look like they were organic to my vehicles.Then I gave them a crack at my collector 2001 BMW E-46 M-3 Convertibles sound system. How can i put this? The sound and system quality dang near makes listening to music in my car a religious experience! These guys did a quality installation on my stereo head unit. They didn’t break any trim and everything looked great. Had they set the clock to the right time and maybe adjusted the sound settings to get the most out of the factory speakers in my car, I would have given them a perfect score. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

These guys are great. We had them install a back up camera and a new deck. Several months later we had an issue with it and the only time we could get it fixed was on a Saturday after hours. Colton stayed after work about two hours did multiple tests and figured out there was a short in one of the wires. He fixed it up and we were on our way no charge. Thank you we will be back.

Took my truck in to see why the stereo wasn’t working. They quickly diagnosed that the power supply had just came loose & one of the speakers had came loose too. I was back on the road in less than an hour with everything working like new. I highly recommend them!

I got an AUX cord installed in my 2007 Honda Accord for $190 - pretty pricey, right off the bat. I was moderately happy because it worked, and they said that there was a 2 year warranty. The cord that they installed was a little short, and I had to take my phone case off for it to fit in the headphone jack. Well, 7 months later, the cord was SUPER touchy. It had to be in the perfect spot on the phone in order for it to play music, otherwise it would give a loud static sound. I took it in to get it fixed, because there was a 2 year warranty, but they said it would be $10 for the part and $40 for the labor. Not sure what a 2 year warranty means to them, but to me it means if their product fails to work - they fix it... and fix it for free, not for $50. I was just disappointed in the whole experience. I payed $190 for a cord that was a little short, didnt fit through my phone case, and that broke within several months. Then, they wouldnt keep their end of the bargain to honor the warranty.If I were you, I would skip on Pro Audio for your AUX installation.

If you remember you destroyed one of our brand new Toyota Tacomas so badly that I have boycotted buying more fleet trucks from the dealer that sent me to you. You charged me thousands of dollars to work on one of our company trucks and it is toast and something my employees have to live with. My attorney actually wanted to talk to your insurance company.I would encourage you gentlemen to stick to doing the simple things and to refrain from over charging your customers in the future!

I love these guys! Ive had them install my stereo and they reupholstered my Mustang with custom leather seats, and they did an amazing job! I plan to go back to these guys soon to get my sound system set up. They know what theyre doing and dont pressure you into buying into something you dont want, they just inform you about the higher quality of their products versus low-end products from other sources.

I had a great experience at Pro Audio. I had a stereo installed, and it ended up costing less and taking half as much time as they said it would. They werent pushy at all and didnt try to get me to get something I didnt want. I will definitely be going back.

Worse company ever. They put a DVD player in my van and ever since I have had white noise while the movie plays, or the movie freezing and not Playing while driving, or the movie not Playing at all. I went back to then multiple times and they say it works fine and send me on my way. They dont listen to whats wrong or any of that. It is a waste of money going to this company. I am still having issues with it to the point it sits on the ceiling of my car not in use.

My car kept continually dying when I would leave it for more than a day, and it was not the battery or the alternator. Every place I took it into could not figure it out, even though I would leave it with them for 2 days or more. This place got back to me 5 hours later within the day I dropped it off and fixed it in that same day. It was excellent service, great staff, and very affordable.

I called a half hour before they were getting ready to close on a Saturday and they stayed open to install my system. They were great and now I have Bass!! lol Love it. I want to get my windows tinted and get other things installed. I am going to do everything with these guys! Keep up the great customer service!!

The best audio store in Utah County. I sent my wife in to fix our stereo and it only took them five minuets. The best part is that they didnt charge us. If I would of took our car somewhere else like Best Buy they would have charged me at least $50. I will always take our future business here.

They quickly and professionally resolved a speaker wiring problem in my vehicle and gave me a great deal on a new stereo. $180 for a bluetooth-enabled stereo, installed, labor for wire repair included, and Nickolai was great enough to throw in a few screws that were missing into my old truck dashboard that had fallen out months ago. Great, fair, local business. Strong recommendation.

I bought a new stereo here last year, had them install it, and its started giving me problems. I brought the car back and he supposedly did a warranty swap on the radio but to this day it still gives me problems. Whether that speaks for the shop, or just the unit, Im not sure, but Im not really happy with the end result. I moved states as well so its not like I can take the stereo back againI paid a lot of money for a headunit that doesnt work from this shop.
