Amazing experience, I highly recommend Kicks and Giggles for the gender reveal ultrasound! Talon was very good about showing us lots of angles and explaining what we were looking at so I have no doubts that it is a boy. We will be telling all of our friends about this place!

We had a good experience at Kicks & Giggles in Provo. Our tech was a really nice guy who was personal, kind, and happy for us without being over the top and in our business, if that makes sense. I feel like thats a hard balance to strike but he nailed it. The ONLY reason I gave 4 starts instead of 5 is because the facility isnt very private. It *is* a separate room but open at the top, so everyone in the waiting area can hear you and you can hear them. That was the only drawback, very happy with everything else.

They ruined what should have been a memorable day. I had an appointment scheduled, came well in advance, to make sure Im on time. They were running a bit late but that was not a big deal. Then a family came in after me and said they had the same appointment time and they took them first, without honoring my appointment time. The family was getting a more expensive ultrasound that takes longer (I was getting the 5 minute one). The ultrasound tech looked all confused about appointments, it seemed like both me and that new family was a surprise to her, she didnt look too excited. I ended up leaving after all the wait because there were no guarantees another more important customer wouldnt show up. Ive done my ultrasounds in Sandy before and always had outstanding experience there. Id rather drive a few extra miles than have my happy day ruined by Kicks & Giggles again.

I have been coming for ultrasounds here since my last pregnancy and it’s because the service here is amazing and the staff is the best. I am so glad they are around and care so much about what they do. Now that I’m pregnant again I knew I had to come back and will continue to during this pregnancy. I highly recommend kicks and giggles.

We LOVED our experience at Kicks & Giggles. We got to see our sweet girls face and even saw her smile. The first time we went, she was in a really bad position for an ultrasound, so they rescheduled us and the pictures turned out amazing. We will be back with our future kiddos!

Great experience. For our first appointment our little guy did not want to move much but they were kind enough to let us reschedule since they wanted us to get a good picture to remember. Seeing him in 3D/4D and live was precious. We love the pictures we got, the recorded heartbeat that we placed into a teddy bear and a video of the entire ultrasound. Would most certainly recommend.

Kicks and giggles is THE BEST. They took such good care or me for my first private scan. They keep the gel warm, they treated me with kindness, and just went above and beyond. I got to work with the new tech who was training and it was so fun to be able to see my baby and get lots of photos instead of one fuzzy one from the doctor. I would absolutely recommend them 💕

Tasha was INCREDIBLE. She was extremely warm, inviting, and knowledgeable. She took her time on my ultrasound and basically gave me all the attention that my OB doesnt hahah. I absolutely love this place! I’ve gone to Kicks and Giggles with my last two babies and they’ve been great to us. I also did the Sneak Peak with my daughter and it was accurate and fun. They also have a lot of cute stuff you can purchase in their shop. Staff is nice and welcoming. I recommend them to everyone!

Such a fun experience to begin with. They were very kind and made sure we were happy with what we were getting. We were able to get so many ultrasound pictures and even a little sound box with a recording of the heart beat! Will most definitely be going back!! Highly recommend!!!

No one was there when we arrived a few minutes early (I believe they were coming back from lunch) and that freaked out my pregnant self that was so excited to find out the gender, but the appointment itself was great. It took at least 15 minutes to figure out the gender (at 16 weeks), but it was a good experience. Google Maps is not great at locating the Riverwoods location, unfortunately.

They did a great job! It was fun to go hear the new heartbeat before my first dr’s appt, ease my mind! We got the heartbeat on a recording and put it in a cute animal my 5 yr picked out! So worth it and I’ll be going back soon just for fun and pictures!

I’ve gone to Kicks and Giggles twice now and have absolutely loved both experiences. My recent visit was for a 3D ultrasound and it was AMAZING! They always spend extra time and effort to make sure I’m able to have a good view of my baby. Trevin made sure to explain what I was seeing every step of the way. I fully recommend going to Kicks and Giggles for a gender ultrasound or 3D ultrasound because the service and experience can’t be beat!

Such a great place!! My husband was not allowed at my OB appts for our first baby so we scheduled an ultrasound here so that he could see and it was a great experience! Everything we wanted to see. We got a great video of the ultrasound, pictures, and a recording of the heartbeat. My video ended up not recording and working and they were wonderful with rescheduling and making sure I got one. Thank you so much for these memories. We will be back for 3D/4D ultrasounds later on!!

I absolutely loved my experience here! We were allowed to bring my in laws and mother to come see our baby in 3d. We had Trevin as a technician and he was wonderful! Even though my placenta was in a bad position and blocked the babies face he did his best and was able to get a few decent pictures, we really appreciated how he kept trying different things to get a good picture! He also explained a lot and was all around very helpful. Such a great experience, I highly recommend!

I came here for my second baby. I’m having another boy! But it was a very thoughtful place, I came in at 16 weeks and instead of doing the 3D ultrasound he suggested I get a coupon and I can do 3D pictures when I’m im farther along. Which was very generous. I also came here at 19 weeks with my first baby and also found out I was having a boy. I will continue to come here for my babies to get my 3D pictures. Trevor is an awesome tech!

We had Trevin help my husband and me for our appointment, and it was such a fantastic experience. We even saw our baby give a little wave, and a big yawn! We were given plenty of pictures for keepsakes and a sure answer of the gender.

Showed up early to our appointment as recommended and the place is locked and no one is there even though it was like 11am. This was the Provo office. So, we waited and called. Almost 20minutes after our scheduled appointment the technician finally shows up. It was very unprofessional, inconvenient, and annoying. I had set up a babysitter and made sure I was early so it was very inconsiderate for the technician to be so late. He briefly apologized but it did not feel sincere. I tried not to let it bother me because I just wanted to see my baby, plus, I don’t know what is going on in his life but it was still unprofessional.The appointment itself went fine. Saw the gender but didn’t get any great pictures.

This was the best ultrasound experience I have ever had. They truly love what they do and do an incredible job. I booked my ultrasound because I was stressed about the health of my baby, and I was put completely at ease, the whole experience was incredible.

We love this place! It feels like such a personalized experience and Talon was such a great help. When you get an ultrasound at the doctor you don’t get to just watch your baby, but here they allow you to just enjoy. We will be going back again!

My husband and I were very happy with our experience here. We were greeted by Talon, who was friendly and pleasant. Could have been that we were the first appointment of the day, but it wasnt crowded at all and the place was clean. I felt very at ease. Payment was simple and straightforward. No surprises. The whole process of finding out the gender of our child was quick, but definitely not rushed! Talon made sure we had all the pictures we wanted of our little baby, and even printed off more copies for our parents! We even got to hear the heartbeat. I have already recommended Kicks and Giggles to all my sisters, if they ever get pregnant in the future. Best ultrasound experience I have ever had! And I would say very reasonably priced. Each service they offer looks like something I might want at different points in my pregnancy. Very cool place.

Great experience. We got to spend plenty of time looking at baby so they could be totally sure it was a boy! This gave me peace of mind as well, as I have not been able to have as many appointments with my midwife to hear baby’s heart beat periodically due to COVID. A lot of my anxieties went way down and got replaced with lots more excitement! Glad we chose to do this.

I cannot say enough good comments about Kicks and Giggles. We had a fabulous time during our ultrasound session. Our baby was stubborn but we did still get to most of her face in the HD ultrasound. Ill be coming back for sure.

This experience was overall really great! There was a bit of a scheduling conflict but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. We had two people helping because one was training, but it was just great! Still fantastic service and a fun welcoming staff. We were able to find the gender of our baby very quickly and with 100% certainty. They offer cute animals and an assortment of gender reveal items. I did t buy any but i loved that it was offered. Will defiantly use them again if we have more kids.

I cant say enough great things about Kicks and Giggles! I called right when they opened to see if there was any chance they could squeeze me in the same day. We had just been told we werent having a boy after all. Mind you, Im 7 months pregnant and my baby shower was less than 48 hours away. I wanted some peace of mind and another opinion to double check that in fact we were having a girl instead of the boy we had been planning on. I mean, his room is all decorated and his name is on the wall. The gentleman was beyond nice and went above and beyond to get me in. During the ultrasound, I felt super comfortable and he didnt tell me anything until he was sure. He spent most of the time double checking the gender which was exactly what we wanted. The lady helping him was super sweet and did a great job pointing out what things were and what we were looking at. Plus, we ended up with super cute photos of our baby girl. I wasnt sure if it was going to be worth the money, but having the peace of mind and seeing our baby girl was worth every penny. I highly recommend going to them!

At 8 weeks along I had read online that sometimes you are able to hear the heartbeat of your baby at this time. I didnt have my ultrasound visit with the doctor until I was 12 weeks along and felt very impatient, and fearful that it would take so long. I wanted comfort and confirmation. Kicks and Giggles was a great option for this, and the Little Peek was extremely affordable at only $30! We went in and it was the most special moment to see our baby, the ultrasound tech that helped us said we might not be able to hear the heartbeat but we would try- and after a while we were able to hear it for a short moment! They offered for us to come in for free for a second visit in a few weeks to hear the heartbeat then. They recorded it on this darling little heart recorder that we got to take home as apart of our package. We got to see our babys arms and legs wiggling away. It was truly a special moment and it was made possible due to Kicks and Giggles! They were professional and kind, and the vibe was comfortable in their cozy office. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone. The greatest benefits of this place are the price, flexible hours, quality and professional service, and the special opportunity to see your baby (and get that comfort) whenever you want! We even got to go in on a Saturday which was so nice when youre working full-time!

I scheduled here for my 28 week 4d ultrasound. Pictures in 2d were great. When switched to 4d we got few good pictures which I was still happy. My tech was cool and scheduled for 1 more week out to see if baby would show up better and sure enough baby was still blurry but much better. I really recommend this place as my tech Talon was great, friendly, patient most of all. He had some problems with the usb but he made sure to get the pictures in right that way they would be at their best quality. We got our pictures and to me it was worth the price we paid. I will definitely go back for my next baby. And highly recommend them specially Talon. He was gentle with my belly. Confirmed my baby was a boy. Man. Best experience ever.

Our experience was awesome! We got to see our little girl in 4d. She was a little shy and are Tech Talon managed to get good pics of her still. I honestly would recommend Kicks and giggles to anyone looking to get 4d pictures of their baby!

We really loved our session and was able to see our cute little girl- I was so happy with the results!

I went in for a blood draw to find out the gender of my first baby. They say you get the results within 2 days. I was offered the opportunity to get the results 1 day early for an additional fee and I happily agreed. Unfortunately, the next day I received an automatic email stating I was refunded for the fast track service. I tried calling the company but was sent to voicemail. I also responded to the automatic email asking if that meant I won’t be getting my results on the day I was promised. I didn’t receive an answer, and I guess that’s because they’re closed on Thursday’s. After searching my junk mail just in case, I saw an email explaining it was FedEx’s fault and I would not be able to get my results the day I was promised. I do appreciate the refund and email, but I’m disappointed in the experience. Also just FYI— their Orem office is in the basement of an office building and down a random hallway. Kind of hard to find and seems like they must be a new company with how everything looked inside.

I had a great experience here.I had my 20-week ultrasound done at a different location and they couldnt find anything. They didnt tell me gender, the appointment was rushed (only 20 minutes), and they couldnt get the babys face.Fast forward to my experience at Kicks and Giggles. It was wonderful. I was given great images. Sydney took the time to turn me over multiple times to reposition the baby to better identify the gender. The appointment felt comfortable and I could tell Sydney really cared about our experience. She spent at least 30 minutes with us. She also scheduled us a follow up appointment for us at no cost because our 4D images werent clear (the umbilical cord was in front of the babys face).I had an amazing experience and I would recommend Kicks and Giggles to anyone interested in getting great pictures of their baby!

Talon was awesome at showing us our baby! He really seems like he loves his job and loves showing soon to be parents their sweet babies! I was comfortable and relaxed the whole time and I cant wait to go back to find out the gender of our baby!

It was so refreshing to do an ultrasound and gender reveal with someone who showed excitement and great customer service! - I usually havent gotten that from the ultrasound technicians my doctor sends me to. They really did their best to get us good photos and I loved being able to share the experience with my parents. I probably wont ever do it again, to save money, but I would definitely recommend this to my friends Especially when family can gather and share in the excitement.

I had an amazing experience at kicks and giggles! I went in for a gender ultrasound and when I arrived they informed us about a deal for the month that was cheaper if I wanted to switch, and she got me in right away to do my ultrasound. She spent at least a half an hour trying to get the gender shot and let me move around to help get the baby to uncross the legs. She was patient and nice and spent the whole time showing us and telling us what was going on all while trying to get the gender view. I even got a stuffed animal with the baby’s heartbeat recorded inside and she was more than happy to go back in to get the heartbeat for the animal. Absolutely an incredible experience and I plan on going back for a 3D/4D next time! I recommend this place to anyone!

We did the Gender View with Susan and she was wonderful! The office was clean, nice and comfortable. We initially went in on Wednesday, and baby was going crazy so we couldn’t get a good shot. So we came back on Friday and she confirmed the gender. I 100% would recommend.

My husband and I loved our experience with Kicks and Giggles. Our little peek package was awesome! The two ladies that were helping us see our baby were so kind and sweet. They were happy for us as we were happy for our little one. They even put some classical music to add to the motivation. It was all like a peaceful adventure. There screen is huge and they are so patient. They gave us nice shots of our first baby, it felt like the baby knew well that the ladies were so kind that he/she collaporated a lot. We booked the kicking baby package and it is well worth it! We brought lots of family and there was plenty of seating for everyone. We FINALLY got a confirmation of our babys gender (girl!) because our doc could never see it. Susan took her time to be sure, but we finally got our confirmation at 26weeks. yay! Baby was being a little stinker for pictures with her hands all squished on her face so she let us come back another day so we could get a better view of baby. Nothing beats seeing those little lips and nose. Highly recommend! Thank you Susan for being so patient and making sure we were happy with our shots.

They were super great! We were having a hard time getting baby to cooperate but they did everything they could to make it a good experience and I ended up with some great images! The heartbeat animals are incredibly cute and a fun idea too. They really went above and beyond for me.

Had an amazing time, I loved how the studio was set up. Plenty of room for many people to come share in this special time with you. He really took the time to get a good picture too and even went a little over the time that the reservation says in order to make sure we got the best.The images were amazing, the quality is so wonderful. Could even see my little ones eyes open and close. I highly recommend this studio.
