Family-owned scammers who try to trick you by not honoring their own prices. I routinely opt to pay cash at gas stations, including theirs, since their cash price is cheaper than credit card price. However, the Indian owner ROUTINELY registers me at the higher credit card rate even though I pay in cash, and each time I catch him he makes it seem like oh, it was an accident. I would believe it if this werent a routine occurrence (Ive been there 4 times, each bc they are the closest and the further away ones were already closed, otherwise I really avoid them like the plague). Hes disingenuous and his attitude really is: if they catch me, I refund them, if not too bad, and thats how he pockets a buck here and there from unsuspecting customers. Its not the dollar or two that he swindles from me (or tries to) its the lack of ethics and dishonesty of this dirty nasty vulgarian that had me bothered enough to finally write a review about it. My next step is to report him to consumer protection and have them examine him for all sorts of issues, like his false claims that they use brand name gas. Im not picky but he and his workers are also quite dirty, and their market likewise is disheveled and scuzzy looking. Im giving them 2 stars (I hesitated between 1 and 2) bc they are open late. Indeed, its only when all the other gas stations are closed that I ever go to these smelly, dishonest scammers. Avoid if others are open.
