I really liked this story . But, today 10/20/21 at 7:25 I was there ready to buy and tried some dresses on and the cashier lady ( wearing all black with glasses) gave me a really bad attitude. I asked her a question about the fitting room and she replied me really bad . I really wanted to buy those dresses but with her attitude and the way she treats the clients I said no thank you . Please check how employees treat customers . That’s not right .

When I asked about the return policy I was told all I would need was a receipt in original tags on the items I bought I said thank you have a great day when I went to go return the items I was told that I could not get my money returned to the original payment which was a card I was told that I could only get store credit or exchange I live two hours away and do not have the store where I live so I can see now the company only has it in their favor because they do not have an online website that you could use this gift card in as well as not giving you an actual gift card they gave you a receipt that they expect you to be able to keep a hold of I have receipts that within one month of being in my wallet no longer have color nor can you see the writing on it just find it very unprofessional from a business so now I’m stuck with $100 receipt(gift card) it’s also very unprofessional to speak a different language in front of someone i’m told I could understand them she said she knew But after confronting her they continue the conversation in English which tells me they did not know Never heard of a business that you can’t get a refund back to your original payment

I love every space of this shop

This is my absolute favorite store in the Square One Mall I go in there all the time the clothes there are reasonably priced some unreasonably price but I always get a good deal when I do go they have everything you could possibly need from bras and underwear date where dresses shorts jeans workout clothes they have shoes jewelry bathing suits everything you could possibly need they sell its a cute fun colorful store I give it five stars

Rude employees. If you find something that is listed at $5 or $10, when you go to pay, it is not that price anymore. Cheap material clothes that look like they came out of Rainbow.

Very bad sure.I went in and was looking at things and took some, but a worker was walking around and she began to say things to me, then her voice began to rise that I had to leave everything and leave.I didnt even ask her name, but she is a tall woman with short hair, perhaps an African woman with brown skin.But it does bother me a lot.
