This body shop is the best body shop in the entire world. If I moved to Europe, I would ship my cars here. Every time I use them, my cars have came out better looking than the day I got them. Amazing, helpful and knowledgeable staff. If youre reading this review - use providence auto body without hesitation. I just picked my car up about 25 minutes ago and Im still giddy about how fantastic it looks. Quick and easy process as well.

I dont always leave reviews, but when I do it is one of the two extreme opposite reasons.It is either because the person/company has not only met but really exceeded my expectations and they will get the best 5 star review, Or they have gone the extreme opposite way and dropped the ball so bad that I couldnt just sit still and do nothing about it.In this case, as you can guess from the stars, these guys not only met, but also exceed all my expectations.Few weeks ago my wife got involved in an accident and I had to find a body shop to take care of her car.... I have mainly dealt with the general manager Nick, who was a fantastic down to earth gentlemen, who helped me through everything.He got me a loaner car and made the dealing process with the insurance company a breeze.Few days ago, we did need to go back to his office early morning to sign some paperwork and he was there on time as promised and ready to go....After everything was done, I returned the loaner car to them and the next day I remembered that I had forgotten my prescription sunglasses in the loaner car and I called the office late night and left a voice mail feeling sorry, thinking that they were gone forever.I got a call the next day 7:30 AM and it was Nick telling me that he has my glasses and I can go and pick them up anytime.I just want to thank you guys for everything and thank you Nick for your time and kind follow up.If you guys need anything, dont hesitate to see these guys and see Nick... My car was hit last week, and normally this would be a bit stressful. Before I left the scene, I knew I could rest assured, everything would be fine. I remembered my last accident a few years back...I went to Providence Auto Body! It was such an easy, efficient, 5 star service. Before I even called my insurance company this time, I called them to see if they would be able to take my car in. Hearing the same familiar voices when I called in, I knew I would be in good hands! They are AMAZING to work with, and they take care of the entire process so you dont have to find time to deal with insurance company calls, adjusters, or car rental companies. The quality of both service and repair will exceed your expectations! It is not a quick-turn service, the quality of work is worth the wait!

Five star service from a five star auto body shop. Our minivan was badly damaged from a deer collision. PAB took care of the entire process including appraisal, insurance, and a rental and returned a pristine vehicle to us only a few short weeks later! We could barely recognize our car when we got it back. The entire car was cleaned inside and out. They even detailed the interior of our family minivan! Well done Providence Auto Body! Had a great experience here! the glass on my driver’s side mirror was broken and they were able to replace it the next day. They were very quick, friendly and everyone was very helpful. The price was very reasonable & I would recommend to anyone !

Please stay away from this place. I worked here and can personally say they treat their employees with absolutely no respect and belittle you. Sandra the owner would yell and scold me in front of the customers. She would also monitor and watch my every move waiting for me to mess up. Numerous girls came and went because of the unfair treatment. Do yourself a favor and dont come to this business; it is definitely NOT a family oriented business as they call themselves.

Smashed my 2019 mustang pretty good, I called them I let them do their thing and I was completely surprised at the quality of work. I honestly was worried if they could fix it and maintain its factory look and driveability. They did a phenomenal job over there . Amazing thanks guys .

Took my 2012 Nissan rogue to Providence auto body after someone vandalized my car needed a new back glass and a door handle my back glass was leaking anti-glued my spoiler onto my car I’m sure they charge my insurance company a whole Lotta money put an old beat up spoiler on my car and now it’s the back glass I would be forced to buy a new spoiler kit for my car I was told to spray like it would be new and it’s not not to mention that it took him two months to do the work the first time it rained there was a puddle in my car and now I have to take it back for a third time

Made a phone call today to ask if they install cloths over hard tops. Lady on the phone abruptly said no. And followed with what are you asking me for.? Then abruptly hung up. I den called back and asked why did you hang up on me. And told her that it was very unprofessional for her to hang up on a consumer. Which of course she hung up on me.

This was the most infuriating and unprofessional shop experience I have ever had. Repairing my car (cracked bumper) took over a month. More to the point, there was ZERO communication from the shop, and I was regularly lied to when I called. At last check, the date it would be finished had changed four times...if it is actually finished.

Brought my car to them as heard that they are the best ones in the area. Truly they are! My car is fixed now and looks almost better than before :) People are nice and friendly. Yes it take a quite bit time for them to do the job (took them about a month to get my card done) but won`t you want it to be fixed right?? Overall I am very happy that I brought my car to Providence Auto Body. Recommend it!

I called again a few weeks after that and was told itll take a few more days. I picked my car today after waiting all this time. It looks so much better! I struggled with dropping my car off right before Christmas because of the $500 deductible the repair shop that was recommended by my insurance company wanted. I kept putting it off. Even considered not getting the hood fixed because it would set me back financially. I listen to WPRO news talk radio and finally paid attention to a Providence Auto body commercial.Let me tell you, Providence Auto body was amazing. No deductible, no hassle, no piles of paperwork. They literally took care of it all. Including giving me a free rental, filling my tank and detailed the interior and exterior of my car. When I went to pick it up today, they handed me my key and I was on my way. They are the Disney Land of Auto body shops. I highly recommend them.

They have beautiful expensive cars there that they fix and paint. You cant tell the work is been done. The car sometimes comes out better than the factory. Recommended to have your car fix there if it ever needs it. Very professional

Originally had a problem with the way the exterior paint detailing of my 2015 Nissan Frontier turned out (after some front end repairs). Providence Auto Body not only re-detailed my vehicles exterior, but also did the interior to a SPOTLESS condition. Now THAT is Customer Service! Thank you, Nick!

Best body shop in RI

Stellar job well done, vehicle was rear ended with minor visible damage but was in the shop for 2 months. In house rental car system was nice but could not drive with Uber or Lyft while I had their rental. Switched cars with ease when we had an issue with one. Our car came out looking better than when we purchased it so overall I am satisfied with the work. Not sure if its normal to replace brakes after being rear ended but we ended up having to replace them immediately after getting the car back. Not sure if this was related to the accident or not. Thanks for the job well done.

Providence Auto Body --quite simply-- is the only body shop in Providence that I trust to repair not only the exterior of my vehicle, but the inner workings and electrical systems on my vehicle. Most recently, an accident left my vehicle with roughly $20,000 in damage, most of which was to parking distance sensors, side cameras, HID headlamps with recessed washing mechanisms, etc. When the vehicle was returned to me, the functionality of all these systems was 100 percent. The quality of the repair can only be compared to that of the assembly line where my vehicle was manufactured in Germany. And the customer service is second to none. Truly a White Glove experience.Regardless of the vehicle you drive, the quality of the repair and the level of service are standard to every customer. That in and of itself has earned Providence Auto Body my repeat business, and my continued recommendation to anyone who asks.

Awesome quality of repair. They can be a bit slow (last repair took 45 days) my wife had 3 accidents that these guys repaired, I had one. Not one issue with the repairs. I know many people whose cars peal paint a year or so after so called repair, not here. These guys dont mess around with quality. Like I said they can take a while to finish the work, but it is always quality!

My experience with Providence auto body was definitely positive. I received my car back in pristine condition inside and out. The customer service was exceptional and prompt. I would 100% recommend this company.

Honestly, I was planning to deduct stars because of our unbelievably long wait time to get our car back, but since we never had to pay for our rental, it didn’t truly matter. In addition, they cleaned the interior of the vehicle until it was spotless (no small feat), left it with that new car smell again, and even vacuumed our daughter’s Cheerio-and-gummy-vitamin encrusted carseat. They touched up sections of the car’s body that were not as a result of the tree that fell on our roof, and they even included a small bottle of the manufacturer’s paint to get an exact match for any future dings or paint scratches! We also noticed that they took a moment to fix the driver seat’s side control panel which was broken. Their attention to detail was fabulous. We feel like we have a brand new car again!

Not impressed. Customer service was really awful. Waited a week for an appointment and was never told my $2,300 worth of damage would take 14 business days. You bet the lady at the front desk did though when I called later that day for a progress report. When I became upset that I wouldnt have the car by Friday for an important trip (which I mentioned prior to making the appointment) the woman told me that the misunderstanding was my fault (yes she actually said that) and that she didnt wish to go back and forth with me on the issue. As I started to say I dont wish to argue about this at all she cut me off and told me to stop talking over her. After that I couldnt get a word in. She continued to interrupt me so that I couldnt explain my thoughts on the matter at all. I told her she was rude and unhelpful at which point I thought her head was going to explode. I liken her to a pitbull in a snooty-label outfit. I told her I would come and get the car and Im now taking it somewhere else.Clearly they have way too much business to care if 1. I understood the process 2. they were professional in their interactions with me or 3. to provide me my car in a timely manner.Worst. Experience. Ever.(And please get the woman at the front desk some customer relations training.)

Took my 2013 nissan rogue there just under a.month ago, got it back couple of days ago and was.very, very pleased with their work. They transformed my car back to new. The smell, the look, was a new car like just came off the assembly line. Oh! by the way, with a FULL tank of gas. Un believable customer service, wether in person or over the phone. STAY AWAY These crooks charge $250 just to have a simple estimate completed for the repairs.

These guys made my experience a hassle. Some people there are polite but they have a few that treat you like they look down on you. I could say more but more they would know who I am. They didnt even follow up on doing everything they were supposed to. I would just advise you to take your car elsewhere. To a place that has TIME, to actually talk to you about your options. A place that actually cares about you and whats best for you not just how they are going to make money. Ill never go there or advise anyone to go there again.

Went to Providence auto body for the first time to fix my 2016 Subaru Wrx STi limited after an accident. I have to say they did a phenomenal job on repairing my car back to factory specked, once I seen my car all done and all clean I fell in love with my car again. I highly recommend anyone to go to this autobody you will not be let down on how well they repair your car. The staff and owners of the Providence Auto Body took care of me and all the paperwork had to be done so that they can start on repairing my car. If any of my other cars as in my parents car or my brothers car needs to get repaired or work done Providence Auto Body would always be my first and only place to go.

My car was done their a couple years back an ive been back a couple times to get it fixed an they tell me they dont have the paperwork on it anymore due to flooding u c all the sand marks an all the body work is cracked

Came In to see if they could fix some body work, the guy brushed me off and basically told me to take it somewhere else...I needed body work done and he made me feel like it wasn’t worth his time. Very rude.

This shop Is absolutely horrible. Owners are rude, disrespectful, and inconsiderate. I would stay as far away from this place as you can. I would not even consider sending your worst enemy to them That’s how much they suck. If I could rate them a negative 5 stars I would.

It has been over a month for a simple fix that a Voc school could have easily done. I only chose Prov. Autobody because they manipulate the paper work so you dont pay your deductible. They take 2-3×s longer than other shops. Rude and not very courteous. Never again. If read their reviews you can tell many are friends and damage control. Awful shop. At least Im through dealing with them. Never again.

Unfortunantly my car has been to Providence Auto Body 3 times to be repaired after being in accidents (all 3 were not my fault) but after the first time I knew that I would never bring the car to any other body shop. Not only did Providence Auto Body make it simple by doing 100% of the dealing with my insurance company but they also set me up with a rental at no expense.The best part of dealing with PVD Auto is picking up what may as well be a brand new car. Not only were all the repairs from the accident taken care of, but the car was completly detailed back to show room quality. The staff went so far above and beyond that I could not possibly have asked for more!Thank you Providence Auto Body, I hope that my car never has to go to your shop again, but if there is ever a scratch, dent, ding or more significant damage I know exactly where Ill be going. My current car or any other will never be repaired by anyone but Providence Auto Body!! A++++
