Not very good location dealt with renter center for years never had the issues I had when I went to this location and it wasnt that they didnt have the merchandise it was the customer service skills that they lack

I cant say enough about the staff at this location! We were from out of town and in need of a TV for an event. Tasha bent over backwards and went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we needed. Professional, friendly, and accommodating. Thank you Tasha! Advice to Rent-a-center... do not let this one go! Shes a rock star ;-)

Good customer service

They have the worst customer service. If you are one week late they threaten to call the police if you dont pay or let them in your house to take merchandise.

Very professional... The sole purpose when dealing with those lease to own companies is to EVENTIALLY own your . Merchandise like rent for ever they pride there self on helping you revert to we want to see you win so we take a gamble.. appreciate the Confidence .. you mad funny

Very nice staff always makes me feel like family

I wouldnt rent anything from here. I just called and spoke to VINNY, the store manager. I wanted to rent a sofa from him and he was so unprofessional. He ended up hanging up on me when I questioned his rudeness. I am a frequent renter from this store but they lost my business. I will be contacting the corporate office to report him.
