Pro Service has fantastic appliances at low prices. I am very happy with the refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, all of which I have purchased from Pro Services. They are very professional and their technicians know what they are doing. Pro Service was very flexible with my schedule and we were able to schedule a repair visit within 24 hours. I had a technician come in my home and they were able to fix the problem I was having with my dishwasher. I had a very pleasant experience at Pro Service Appliance store. They have reputable brand refrigerators, washer and dishwashers for cheap price! If you own properties or need appliances for you home, I highly recommend to check this place out, you wont be disappointed!

I called Pro Service and spoke to David. He was extremely thoughtful and patient and said he would come out asap; today, Saturday. Others said they were too busy and that was that. Not David. He empathized w. my problem. Then he said what the problem could be, bc. the frig doors were not closing properly.. He asked me if anything looked broken. i opened the door, the frig was up over 57 degrees since the doors didnt close properly. When I opened the doors again and slowly closed them, suddenly, the doors closed properly. Happiness spread rapidly thought me and David too was delighted. This man was kind, helpful and above all a skilled person who knows the ins and outs of most appliances. My frig, Samsong, is only 5 yrs. old. David said he is familiar w. this brand. He will be my go to person the next time I need any appliance repaired and I will be delighted to recommend him to others.

Avoid these guys. Repair went well but they are very misleading on pricing. Website says $65 per hour of labor and called to confirm there was no additional service charge to come out to the house (which is less than a mile from their shop). When technician arrived he said the $65 was the service fee to come to the house and it was a minimum of $125 per hour for labor. Quoted $235 to replace a part for a dryer that could be bought online for less than $4 and install took 20 minutes. Negotiated the price down a bit but still far more than I expected to pay.
