Huge Staples store with everything (and more) one usually finds in a Staples. Very neat and clean, well stocked, and helpful associates. My return was seamless and I was pleased to find several items not normally found in Staples stores. For example, the brightly colored boxes and desk organizers seen in photos.

The store manager Mr. Kim is really inpatient to customers and lack of knowledges to their merchandise. I am happy with Staples overall and made a lot of purchases in the past, but very bad experience shopping in this local store. Staples needs to review their store managers and provide trainings. This store manager definitely needs a lot of improvement.

Very unhelpful in the printing facility. I had difficulty printing and was told to pay to rent the computers on site to figure it out. Associate was unwilling to assist me by printing it from their end.I’ve never had an issue printing at other Staples locations. The customer service is nonexistent at this storefront however. Good luck if you are planning to use the printing service here.

Amazing professional team. My gaming chair broke and they gave me a brand new chair with no questions asked after the claims review team refused to online even though I bought the protection plan. The manager rich and the employee that helped me were super nice and understanding and did not waste any time at all. They can answer any and all questions. I am definitely coming back here!

Website prices are sometimes 50% less than in store prices. They obviously know that they can overcharge people who are in a jam and need something quick. Many of their prices are several times higher than online retailers. They really make you pay for the convenience of having a physical location.

I am originally from New York StateAlthough it was an eye opener to realize how unfriendly people can really be in central New Jersey.Before you finish your purchase you would expect a little openness to some chit chat which is quite normal in New York state at times.Although in New Jersey this rarely happens to my surprise. They didnt have The printer cartridge that I needed But I think that is because my printer is really old. But they have a decent deal on new printers. The customer-service here was very good and prompt. Very easy to print things here.

I sent my worker to go and have plans printed. He gave to the work and she said there was to many files on the Zip drive. I had 4 or 5 and the one file I needed to be printed. He knew which folder that needed to be printed. But she wouldn’t do it.He has to buy a new Zip drive to put files or I should say folder. It took over an hour for him to come back to office then go back. He will have to pick it up tomorrow. So it cost 35.00 just for him to go back and forth. I’m so upset.

I called the store to confirm if they are open and they said it is open till 9pm and i can go in to shop. Then i drove 45 mins or so to the shop which was around 7pm and they said they just closed the shop with no proper reason other than saying only for today we just got instructed to close early. And the way i was answered was also not in the right manner to treat a customer.

I brought an HP all in one printer that I had purchased from them in 2013 to be checked outI was having problems with the paper jamming and the ink smearing.The Tech Supervisor Rich Krieg was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.He was able to correct the problem. Thank you!!!You can be sure I will continue to do business with Staples and hopefully he will be there.

I just want to let everyone know if you are buying a pen set or a cross pen just be aware that you can expect to waste 16 minutes of your time. I had the receipt to return the pen but the staff said the item was not found. I said I bought the pen here. I did not get my money back I got a gift card. The quote the store says that was simple is not true. So weird.

I went in to get a travel power converter and the staff was very helpful helping me find them. They had a decent selection for what I needed, though they were not all together and probably not in the first place you would look for them.The store is clean and well staffed. I would definitely go back.

Horrible customer service. I went in to print a few documents and I was the only customer there. The customer service girl was completely hands off helping at all. I was pretty much told read and follow these directions and when I had an issue trying to print a file, she yelled from the back what is your question? as if I wasnt a customer but a bother. She didnt even get up off her chair and give me face to face service. Never going back.

Staples manager with thick Asian accent. (Believe his name is James). Refused to pricematch and item because it’s out of stock at Burlington Office Depot.I showed him it’s clearly in stock online and showed him his own policy printed in the store showing that they price match online and brick and mortar both.His response was shocking: “I am the manager and this is how I do it here”

The last couple of times I have gone there was problems with the self-serve copiers. It seems like one person is in the front at the desk and one person is in the back doing busy work. Took WAY too long to get the copying done I needed to do.

The sales associate (Allan) at the cash register was very rude when asked where can we find a calendar... he was not any type of help “over there” was his response both times of asking. When we got to the register his attitude was very weird with us, he almost didn’t want to communicate with us at all. We had to ask for our total and we had to ask for a bag which he was not giving us even after checking our 10$ bill to see if it was counterfeit 🤷🏾‍♀️(Who counterfeits 10$) I did not like his attitude with us or my experience in staples..... I’m not saying don’t shop here just watch out for (ALLAN)

I went to this location at 10am this morning.The young lady was alone, unskilled and obviously thr task being asked were above her head .I was told that the item would be finished by 7pm.It was not finished and when I arrived the store was closed and the young lady rushing to complete the job.The manager would not come out to speak with me.The fault is not the teenager trying to work in an area she was obviously not trained for .It is the manager and management of Stables who no longer have any regard for product quality or customer satisfaction.In my opinion, the manager and management needs retraining and the young lady at the copy station given the appropriate training to do the job.More importantly, she was so pleasant and sweet she really needs to be upfront servicing and assisting customers.Dr.WBL.

I had terrible experience. I wanted to buy a desk which they had on display. They had none in stock. They said Hamilton store had the desk, they claimed they called Hamilton and verified but when I got to Hamilton they did not have it and claimed no one called.

The manages attitude makes you feel like his employee, and a poor employee. He treates every customer angrily as if you should not visit his store. I often hear him yelling at his customer over the phone.

Very poor service. Not sure if the Copy & Print staff is way too overloaded or if they are just lazy. All I do know is, its the first Staples Ive gone to that wont take a walk in order of 25 single sided color copies on normal paper. I was told I would have to send my order in online and wait a day. I tried using the self service at first but wouldnt read my USB drive and the staff wasnt inclined to help because they were ... too busy or lazy? Corporate definitely needs to take a closer look into this branch or they will end up getting an even worse reputation as a store. Winter is coming corporate...cough cough Amazon. Better gain some customer loyalty while you have a chance

Manager there is very rude, for store pickup he gave me open box with scratches on the box. When I requested to get other one, he lied (I checked by doing online pickup again later that day) and said there is none. No wonder it is going officedepot route.

Had an unhappy experience in the store recently. The store made a mistake charging me extra fees for an item. After I fully communicated this situation with the store manager named Andrew, he acknowledged the mistake they made. However, he used some illegitimate technique excuses to refuse a refund. I was shocked by his unprofessional behavior. I finally got this problem solved by calling staples online help. Speaking to a store manager is even less helpful than talking to an agent over the phone! Staples Princeton store certainly need to improve its service quality.
