Manager Amy and staff Zac are very helpful. We are vacationing in Maine for three months and our cell service from Florida does not work in the cabin in Maine. This company is able to meet our requirements with a prepaid plan with hotspots at a reasonable rate. We are happy to be connected. Great company! Great service!

They have good cell service in this area. The prepaid phones are available at high discounts. Data plans are priced similarly to Verizon.

They were very helpful even though they couldnt let us in the store

The staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. Sometimes the wait is way too long, but they always seem to be able to fix whatever problem I am having with the exception of stopping the auto credit card payment and sending me the bill for me to pay. It took 7 months for this to finally get done. Jon Ouellette was most helpful, with his help we finally accomplished this. He also helped me yesterday. I find him to be very knowledgable, helpful and reassuring. Hang onto that young man.
