Professional and helpful in more than the purchase. I am only a cosigner for the vehicle purchased but the experience made me want to trade my own in just to be a part of it. Thankfully i kept my own and held my tongue on my thoughts. I only give 4 stars because the sale seemed to be a push yet it has 4 stars because they treated us right.

Im giving them 3 stars because the 3 stars were earned in their sales, auto service department, and warranty policy. All of those things were exceptional and I was very satisfied with the customer service. They really do take care of their customers. However, I was sold a vehicle that needed more than $1,500 in engine repairs which included the water pump, timing belt, engine fan, and fuse. Luckily, I noticed the problems before the 30 day warranty expired. I was still affected by these repairs on my trip to Florida, my car engine overheated in Virginia and really affected my plans to reach North Carolina by the end of that day. My only criticism is that North Country Auto should do a better job in inspecting the vehicles and making sure the engines are safe and working properly, before selling them to customers and not creating that inconvenience of repairs. Please make sure you get your vehicle inspected by a third party shop after purchasing a used vehicle from North Country Auto.

Bad service. I was promises of the second key when I bought my truck. They gave me the key but without programming. Not sure after a month who will pay that fee. Rotters were not smooth during the test drive and the sales person mentioned he will replace all rotters but I still have bumpy ride when I push the brakes.

The staff is nice enough, however, hopefully you never have a problem with your vehicle. I bought a 2014 chevy spark in late October 2016 and since then its had the check engine light come on three separate times! The garage that youre forced to take your car too in order to keep your life pledge and warranties and get free service does not inform you when they start working on your car, or keep you updated. I drove a loaner for three days because I had no clue what was going on with mine. Maybe I should have bought the 2010 vehicle I was driving for a loaner, clearly in better shape than the car I was sold.

Just recieved a message from the Presque Isle office that my girlfriend Kara Plourde and I who did infact get our 2011 Silver Dodge Nitro Heat Edition that they didnt have us on file as a customer...But yet they have our photo on there Facebook website...So then in return they also block me from making any reviews or comments on there page, also blocking my messages...its been almost 2 years and they still cant own there own in the situation they put us in.
