Mike and the boys always take care of me. Their customer service is top notch. I cant imagine going anywhere else for my tires and vehicle inspection.

Very good service all the way around

My dad had bought a set of tires for his Ford Fusion an really had great things to say about the quality and service. I looked them over on his car and the next day I myself went to Hogan Tire and got me a set for my Ford Fusion. I also had my car aligned. The service was prompt and very courteous. Ive gone there once for a 5000 mile tire rotation and am headed there again for the next 5000 mile tire rotation, I recommend this Hogan Tire for all your tire needs. I wouldnt waste your hard earned money here, there are plenty of other tire places that will offer a better deal and actually honor the warranty. Bought 4 brand new tires for my Camaro SS... Suppose to have a 50,000 mile warranty. Not even 60 days in and not even 2,000 miles on the tires. An the front right tire has a broken belt on the side wall. Contacted to have replaced, they will not replace the obviously factory defected tire and wanted to charge me full price to replace. Acting like you did is false information. An if you did youd know that the tire has zero scuff or rim damage, also its not a bulge. Which youd know if it was inspected like it should have been. Its just a broken belt and it is definitely a broken belt.Also not sure where you get the information Im untrained from even tho Im holding a ASE certification, and from my many years of experience working on cars I can easily say the damage on this tire appears to be caused from your tire changer or it came from the factory this way.Its OK Im not going to give you guys another hard earned penny of mine. Id also advise the rest reading this to do the same.You can keep your tire that your trying to sell me. Which I can order myself online for cheaper and put on myself and know the job is done right. So Im not seeing any discounted share the pain here, other then giving me more pain. Trying to rip me off on a tire Ive already paid for once and shouldnt have to be buying again. Ive already contacted Pirelli myself, they have already offered to replace this tire free of charge.You pay premium prices you expect premium service. I always had good luck with Hogan Tire until they threw away my studded tires, they do say free storage? It had been two years since I had last put them on but it did check with them last summer they said they were there I never got any calls or anything in the mail asking me any questions they just got rid of my studded tires which I paid $1,000 for Im not happy
