Fantastic sales and installation!! We chose to have our complete home done with new flooring. So we had to have all the old flooring ripped out and new put in. They have a great team of sales people to help us pick out the right floor for our budget and their installers were incredible and did a fantastic job putting it all in for us in 3 days!! 👏We are so happy, thanks to Dan, Chris, Tony and his awesome crew of people that made it happen!!

Had a great experience with the entire Totally Floored team. Had vinyl rolled flooring installed in an exterior covered patio. Love the herringbone pattern we chose. Looks like real planking. The installer (I believe his name was Abraham?) was very meticulous and ensured the vinyl pieces were cut perfectly to meet the baseboard trim as there was no option to remove the existing metal baseboard which was part of the patio enclosure. Very satisfied with the result.

Totally Floored installed new flooring throughout my entire house. They did an absolutely beautiful job and I couldnt be happier. The laminate floors make my house look so much richer and roomier. But I still had to have my carpeted bedroom and that also turned out nice. I give them 2 thumbs up. Thanks Gavino for your sales help and following up to make sure I was happy with the install.

We had Totally Floored replace a floor in our house 2 years ago. They did a good job except no base boards. This last weeks severe rain storms showed the real poor workmanship. That room flooded. We blame it mostly on the unfinished job they did. For the price they charged, it should have included base boards.

Totally Floored was recommended by a family member. We were getting ready to move in a new house but wanted the floors retiled and new carpet in the bedrooms done before we moved.Chris helped us when we stopped in last June. He was super friendly and helpful.We asked if the floors could be finished by the end of August because that was our moving target date.They did a great job.The master bedroom has a door leading to a balcony and they installed carpet from the door to hallway instead of making a tile walkway. I brought that to Dans attention and he had the guys redo that area.I think they did a super job with installation.I hired someone I know to clean the demo dust and clean the tile really good before we moved our furniture in because I know dust gets everywhere when doing this.Its been nearly three months since we moved in and the floors are beautiful.

We needed medium area of carpet installed very quickly. Davito should us what they had in stock. He found us someone who was available to do the install quickly. Dave installed the carpet and did an outstanding job. We will be going back in a few weeks to get laminate.

First, initial visit with Chris was great. He was knowledgeable, warm and patient so we decided to schedule an in-home consultation with Dan. Things rapidly fell apart, however, when we requested to borrow a sample of our selection to ensure we found a suitable paint match for the areas where the new flooring would be installed. Dans initial reaction to our request was, Have you already placed your order? No. Do intend to place an order? What does that have to do with borrowing a sample? Well this is a very competitive business and we do not like to lend out samples because people run all over town trying to price-shop us. WOW. Really? I dont need the actual sample to price shop AND we work for a large retailer that sells flooring but preferred this product over others we had seen. ALL WE WANTED WAS TO ENSURE WE PURCHASED THE CORRECT COORDINATING PAINT COLOR!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU JUST LOST A $5000.00 SALE. We will share this experience with everyone we know so others wont be so rudely mistreated. P.S. The only reason you received a 1 Star rating was because I had to select (a star) in order to publicize this post!

My installer, Jack, an older young man, was fantastic!!

We were moving into a new house and had a deadline to meet because of the move. Called on a Wednesday and I could only be there on Friday/Saturday. Dan came out on a Saturday morning and measured, we went and picked out carpet later that morning at the store and had the carpet ordered. And they were able to install before our move. Throughout the process everyone I met was very professional and timely. We will have more work to do and I will be calling them again for my flooring needs.

My wife and I had been shopping around for some hardwood floors and had been to about every store in the area but found nothing we liked. The prices were way too high and felt like they were trying to get over on us. But then we went here and found EXACTLY what we needed for the perfect price!! Our sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with all the information we needed. We actually have our installation set up for later this week!! We were referred by a friend to purchase flooring at Totally Floored. Havent bought floor in almost 20 years it can get a little scary. Chris, our salesperson was so patience with us, took the time to really listen to what our needs were. After meeting with Chris we got to meet the store owner, Dan Hussey, who also came out to our home to do the measurements the following day. I cant begin to tell you how much we enjoyed his service and all the people who made the installation go seamless. Thank you Totally Floored for doing an amazing job. We totally love our floors.

This company is absolutely terrible with communication. Apparantly some guy named Jason works out of their office but is not actuallyAssociated, but represents himself as such. The flooring job that he did has separation between the planks and a hot glue gun was used to hold down the transition strip. Which has now fallen off. Dan with Totally floored came out and ppromised to get to the bottom of it. No call back for weeks. When following up, I spoke with Chris and he said thag he would get with Dan and Jason to get to the bottom of it and call me back. A week later I called to ask for Chris and he said, refresh my memory on this? I have no notes. I then realised that no one actually intended on helping me. My suggestion is to find a real professional flooring company before settling for this one.

They have a good selection of tile, hardwood, vinyl and carpet and the sales folks are helpful. We ended up finding the flooring and wall tile we wanted here after shopping around a bit.When compared to another store in Phoenix that carries a lot of the same brands, Totally Floored gave us a better deal on the vinyl flooring on clearance, but were slightly more expensive on the retail wall tile (about 8% higher). So go here for the selection and see if they have any deals on.The negatives are that they dont put prices on the material up front, and there was a miscommunication about some order details.

We asked them to come to our home and install our carpet. They were both professional and timely. The product is fantastic and the workers are courteous. They moved all of my heavy furniture out of the room and returned it to the room when complete. The carpet installation is just what I was wanting. Fantastic Job!

They are wonderful! I have gone in their store numerous time for vinyl flooring for wet room floors. I have found many great deals, superior quality and they work with you on any given budget. They have also helped me out when I need a name for a carpet stretcher.The owner is sincere and very knowledgeable in all that he sells.I just with more companies were like yours!I have been shopping at their stores for over 10 years.Its great to have local businesses that are still in business.

Very poor customer service. In early September we ordered 2 pieces of carpet to be bound as area rugs and 2 pads. Our credit card was charged on Sept 5. We never heard anything for several weeks so we stopped at the store and they could not find our order. When they did find the order they could not find the specific rug dimensions that we had given to them. After further delays and several calls from us, someone came to our house to take new measurements. Finally in mid-November we went to pick up the rugs and pads. The pads were filthy and had numerous black footprints on them. We told them we would not accept the pads and we were told they did not have any more of that pad material and would have to see if they could order more. On Nov 27 they called to tell us the pads could be picked up the next day. We picked up the pads on Nov 29. The new pads had some dirt and one dirty footprint but we took it anyway. When we got home and unrolled the pads we discovered that they had been poorly and sloppily cut. The pads were not square; that is the diagonal measurements were not the same. We were able to trim the pads so that they would be acceptable. We will not do any further business with Totally Floored and will not recommend them.

I called before I went out there to make sure they were interested in my order of 330 ft2 of tile. When I arrived at their showroom someone was waiting to help me. She spent plenty of time with me helping me select the tile. I placed the order and in about a week I picked it up. The service was excellent and the selection is huge.

I was Totally impressed with the design suggestions I received from Veronica. Her pairing of tile and backsplash to my current color scheme convinced me shes a natural decorator. I own a local carpet cleaning company and refer totally floored all the time for carpet stretching,and even new installations. They are very professional with all of their customers. I will continue to recommend Dan anytime.

I was so surprised when I opened the door: this store is huge with incredible selections in carpeting, floorings of all kinds, tiles, you name it - they have it! Plus the incredible service they offer, such as consulting to help you choose paint colors in your home and tiles. Definitely a recommendation to any of my clients wanting to remodel their home.

Great sales team

A little over 2 years ago we had Totally Floored replace the carpet in all three of our bedrooms. Within a year, the carpet had stretched and rippled and we had to have the carpet re-stretched in the rooms. This was not a low quality carpet (4 out of 5 star rating) and we purchased the best quality padding available. Just this last week we had the carpet replaced in one of the rooms - went with vinyl plank - so basically had to trash 2 year old carpet. The entry to this room is a high traffic area and the carpet in the entry was matted down to the level that the ingrained pattern was no longer visible .... and this was supposed to be high quality carpet. I discovered a few other things about the initial install when I removed the carpet. When I removed the tack strip, the original tack strip easily popped up at the nails ... the portions of tack strip that were replaced 2 years ago splintered when I tried to remove them. Obviously inferior quality wood. Also, I found several nails lying on the floor next to the tack strip. I guess the installer had extras so just left them behind. I also found a razor blade between the padding and carpet. Again, the installer didnt bother to remove debris. Lastly, Totally Floored did not do a very good job of measuring. I have about 30+ square feet of extra carpet stored in my garage. Our rooms are small enough that there was no need to seam or match the carpet on install. At $3+ per square foot thats an extra charge I could do without.

Great service from knowing professionals!

Our customer purchased carpet that was as brittle as 10 year old carpet that had been out in the sun. When my husband went into talk to them as the customers agent he was turned away and they refused to talk to him. They recognized the carpet but didnt want to discuss reasonable solutions with the client after we hooked them up on a phone call. Telling him only that they would let the manufacture know and down the line if anything happened they would revisit this discussion. We will contact the better business bureau and file a grievance.

Good quality carpet and the install by Eugene was first class. He takes pride in his work.

Timing was one of my biggest concerns, quoted to be installed within 3 weeks. Totally Floored installed a custom ordered carpet within 10 days.I would recommend them, the service and work were great with no complaints.

Very dissapointed. Waited all day for Shannon to come give an estimate. Called 4 times starting at 10:30a and was told she was planning on coming around 3p on the second call. At 5, I finally got a hold of her and had to cancel. I lost confidence in Totally Floored because she never called me. I had to call her every time!

I went to this store to see about a bathroom remodel. The next day a guy called to set up a time to come out and give me an estimate. We set up a day and time and he never showed up and I never heard another word from the store. Lost my desire to do business with them again.

I have had two very negative experiences with this company and their installers. Lied too and blamed for their mistakes. I would choose a different company.

I have not used this company for flooring. I was giving serious thought to buying my new flooring from them. I have recently learned that he missed quoted a family member by a grand on price. I was lied to about benefits of products in an attempt to upsell.

Meh. High prices. Grumpy, hovering sales staff, at least when we visited.

Shannon came out and brought us some carpet samples. When we told her we didnt like any of them, she said she would be back out with more and has failed to show up. We even called and asked her to call us back and NOTHING! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
