Granite Innovations, and especially Tina, have been exceptional in meeting our need for the granite in our new Prescott home. Very knowledgeable, personable, and accommodating. Great help in walking us through the process, and assuring our choices.Have not had the granite fabricated and installed yet, but based on our experience thus far, we have no reservations and expect the end result will justify the 5 stars.

Folks we built a home in Talking Rock... last year. Our contractor was searching for someone to do our kitchen and bathroom counter tops and no one was getting back to him. Finally one of our subs recommended Granite Innovations... He had seen their work and suggested we try to contact them. We went out to the site and looked at quartz. We got everything we wanted at an excellent price. And then folks they came when they said they would and did an incredible job. They also did our barbecue... Now six months later I noticed a small seam in our kitchen and inquired whether there was anything we could do... sure enough an appointment was scheduled and here they come back to fix this minor irregularity. Folks I cannot emphasize enough that Granite Innovations exceeded our expectations on every element that counts: quality, competitive pricing, selection choices, timeliness, courtesy, and follow.- up !!! We had purchased a new sink for our kitchen, and upon removing the old sink, we found the hole for the sink was not squared off, as I had assumed. The corners were angled across because the existing sink had rounded off corners. This was an issue due to our new sink being a rectangle with squared off edges. Needless to say, the thought of putting everything back together to only have to do it again was less than ideal. I had called one other company before Granite Innovations, and they couldn’t get out for a week. Again, less than ideal. Granite Innovations was my second call, and just wow! Not only were they much more reasonable in price, but they literally were able to send someone out in 15 mins. I was blown away! I thought it might be a day or two, and I could have lived with that.The gentlemen who showed up were quick and efficient, they used a shop vac to minimize the dust, and the work was perfect! I couldn’t have been happier and luckier. Tina was very helpful on the phone, and went above and beyond to make our sink replacement go off with only a small hitch.Thank you guys, so much!!
