Tried to get my insulin refilled.The woman at the counter(Aging blond woman with glasses)Displayed an attitude as if the entire planet was against her.She had to have been the most rude person Ive encountered In a long time and why they have her upfront dealing with polite customers I have no idea.If you dont like something about your life then change it dont make everyone else around you miserable too.I will be taking my business to Frys from this point fwd

Horrible communication, no sense of urgency or customer service, and theyre lazy on top of it all. Theyve had medicine for my child for three days and cant be bothered to finish restocking it to get it to us even though its days late as is.Awful service and stupid employees.

They messed up on my heart medicine and gave me long acting of short acting. Because I take two a day it caused my to have a super low Blood pressure and pulse episode which turned into a expensive ER trip. A couple months later I then got the wrong dosage on a different medication which also resulted in a mini medical emergency. When confronted with the two I incidents they gave me a 25$ gift card.... Thanks.... They are constantly telling me my meds are in stock and then only giving me partial fills and then charging me full price. I have had opiates skimmed missing two or three pills from the bottles. To say the least would not recommend. The convenience picking up meds and groceries isnt worth the risk of going to the ER again.

Walmart is always pleasant. Everything you need under one roof. They always have good stuff and at good prices. In the last month or so theyve instituted significant Price Roll backs in every department. Very nice!

Jo the gal behind the counter is always rude. Prescriptions are never on time. You sign up for text messages for refills and it never works for me, they send text to my husband to confirm the refill and when he replays yes it says sorry we are unable to locate your record. No one behind the counter wears a name tag that actually says Pharmacist. Far cry from the Las Vegas pharmacy we are used too. Guess we will try frys.

Filled medication no more than two weeks ago and they now dont have my info in there computer. Went to have them shred info from prescription I am filling and agains there policy. The cashier was nice though.

The staff here are always on point when it comes to helping their guest, and the pharmacy is no different. The area is clean and orderly, the staff here greet all customers with friendliness and with a sincere desire to assist, and customer needs are often met to complete satisfaction.

This Walmart used to be a pleasure to shop in this area. I have recently did some shopping only to be singled out and followed by security. I was stopped and asked for my receipt so they could check my bags. This area and store is no longer a good store. I felt it has been a downgraded GHETTO Store. I will transfer my business elsewhere.

Over the holiday the pharmacy apparently got behind a day and a half. Instead of being honest with us customers or putting extra help hourson to help with the overload, they simply did nothing. Personally I had a bad infection from a s4urgery and needed my anabiotic and pain meds, in which they told me would be ready at 5 PM the day I brought them in which was that morning. When we arrive to pick them up they were not ready and said they would not be ready for at least another 24

Getting an Rx filled here is a joke! I got out of surgery today needed to start taking pain medication asap. Was told an hour for Rx but its been 3hours now and still Im being told its going to be another 1/2 hour. Now Im in extream pain with no medication. Thanks Wamart Pharmacy. Never going there for Rx again.

This has to be the worst pharmacy in town. Or at least the worst Walmart Pharmacy. I have always filled my prescriptions at Walmart and normally dont have any issues. But the Walmart Pharmacy in Prescott Valley has to be the worst. I went there twice in one day (my own fault). I got a text that my rx was ready, but not realizing it was ready at the wrong Walmart (there are three in my area). So I called & got the rx transferred & went back later on that day to get it. When I got back there was a long line & two people working trying to help everyone.. No big deal, I am patient. I just dont understand how this Walmart always has a line while every other Walmart I go do does not. When it was finally my turn they ask me if I have insurance because there was a balance for the prescription. I advised them that I do have insurance and that when the prescription was ready at the other Walmart the balance was $0. So they had to rerun it through my insurance., so I was told to take a seat & they would call me up in 5-10 minutes. 30 minutes goes by and I still have not been helped. So I go back up & everyone there was so lost & confused. My insurance just needed the RX to be in a different form. Easy fix (I work in the medical field). I was at the pharmacy for almost an hour cause they were too lazy or stupid to fix the issue. I will truly fill my RXs at a different Walmart & drive farther or go to a different pharmacy all together. There is always some kind of issue there when I try to fill RXs.

The only good thing I can say about the pharmacy staff at the prescott valley location is the 2 ladies that are normally at the drop off window are nice the rest are as nasty and hatefully as I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They lie and tell you oh it is the fda makes those rules I called my dr she told me you get all your prescriptions and take them to ANY OTHER PHARMACY! I was being lied to it is NOT FEDERAL LAWS! My be Wal-Mart protocol but NOT FEDERAL! No matter what kind of medication you get thet treat you like you are putting them out to do their job. I not only took my prescriptions to cvs they were 40$ cheap at cvs. I also did my other shopping at frys and got a much better deal on the things I needed. I asked cvs about what I.was told ar Wal-Mart and they also told me that was NOT!! TRUST Wal-Mart was dead wrong!

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, but few go beyond that to help. Wait times can be an hour or more most of the time.

It takes a little to long to get the prescription. Mine was called in on a Tuesday and I finally got the message it was ready on Friday. Thats to long.

They never do their job correctly. Something that would take 2 seconds turns into 3 days.

Okay it just looks like people that work there you know or like mumbling sons house and Im just joking but please kill me please kill me thats too busy its got too much stuff but you know the prices are good but this you know OPI thing where theyre only giving 5-day you know prescriptions is ridiculous leave people with chronic pain alone not all of us take the whole bottle and kill ourselves
