I absolutely love Walmart vision and glasses center. The doctor is great and the staff are wonderful.
Just want to give a shout out to Mikey! My glasses broke at the bridge and tried to glue them, didnt work so well. So I called to make appointment to get new glasses. Mikey was very kind and said he might be able to fit my old lenses into new frame. So I ran over and in less than 10 minutes he had me on my way with new glasses! I sure appreciate what he did!!!
An absolutely horrible experience. The Dr was good, but I will never buy glasses from Walmart again.They can sit me down and sell me a $300 pair of glasses, but when it comes time to pick up the glasses, they refuse to sit me down and properly adjust the glasses. They leave me in the outside of their covid rope, have unlicenced assistants make improper adjustments and send me in my way without so much as a mirror. I get home and realize they arent even close to fitting right.3 separate trips, on the final one I insist on sitting down so they can get it right. They tell me they cant do that because of their Covid rules. They cant have more than 4 patients at a time. The problem is they didnt even have more than 1 at any of the times I can by. I point this out and its just more excuses as to why they cant adjust my glasses they sold me.Walmart apparently didnt give a rip about you after they get your money. I could of saved over $100 buying the exact same glasses online, but choose to buy them in person so I could get them fitted properly. This was a complete joke.
Set my 18 year old daughter and her younger sister to go get their eyes examined Walmart swear to God they didnt have eye coverage and they did so they never got their eyes checked because of the ignorance and the laziness of their employees
Got my last pair here, 2yrs ago, just waiting for them to reopen after CV-19. Best customer service ever!
I am so please with my glasses after bad experience with Nationwide Vision last September. Put them on in the car and drove home wearing them, and I wear bifocals. Great quality. Thank you, Walmart! I
Talk about STELLAR customer service! They answered every question I had thoroughly and with great patience as my toddler could not sit still. I have lost her card but I believe the associate I worked with was named Ravenna.
