I took my phone to Batteries Plus for a battery replacement. The clerk had advised me on an earlier visit that he had experience doing this type of phone. I brought the phone in and the clerk said that he had a video that showed him how to do it; I explained that I also watched some videos and that if he was unsure about the job that it would be no problem for me to take it elsewhere or do it myself. He said no problem, he was experienced and knew how how to do it. Id never done it before so I left it to the experienced Upon returning to pick up the phone I was informed that he had broken the screen. I could see the pry marks where he tried to force the screen off instead of working around the sides to gently remove it. He became confrontational and abusive as I appeared a bit unhappy that he broke my phone. I was now facing over a week without my phone missing important calls, business, family etc. I lost a lot. When I inquired about the 30 dollar charge the clerk said I did the work I made contact with David Sullivan the owner. He wouldnt even let me speak, burying my every sentence with confrontational language and belligerence. No regard whatsoever for the massive inconvenience. Refusing to hear my experience he cut me off stating that Its a work day and you have to call me after 7 if you want to discuss it. Imagine the work I was forced to miss. His concern was more centered around what the repair costs to himself was than treating the customer fairly.

Not only did they have the best price on car batteries in the area, the service was impeccable. David was extremely generous and helpful. I am a huge fan of customer service and it is a big selling point for me, so combine that with excellent prices you can’t go wrong. Return trip to pick up a new battery that had been out of stock. It came in as promised. I had made the original purchase on line to pick up in store. The store called almost immediately to let me know they only had one in stock. They promised it would be in the following Friday. It was. This store has the best integrity and care about their customers. I brought by cell phone in to get the battery replaced. Afterwards, I didnt have any sound and it was uncertain if they had done anything to cause my cell to be without sound. They worked hard to fix my phone and get the sound back.

We initially had a problem in ordering a replacement battery for our Toyota Tundra. Since it was a battery that is not a normal item in stock, we asked that they order one for us. We were told it should be available the following week.We went a couple days after it was supposed to be available and found out it was still not in. The clerk said they would order it and it should be ready for us the following week.We were notified the following week that the battery was delivered to the store. When we went to pick it up, the manager apologized for the delay as the initial order was never placed. He also noted my husband was wearing a hat showing he was a veteran. Along with the sincere apology by the manager, he gave my husband a discount for being a veteran. We are satisfied with his explanation and will continue to do business with them.

Great service! I needed the glass replaced on my iPhone. Contacted Apple to set up an appointment at one of the three stores in the greater Phoenix area, they couldnt get me in for over a week....after 25 minutes on hold! I heard Batteries Plus did the repairs. I called and 2 hours later I was in and out at a better price! Shop local!!

Batteries advertised as 6 volt rv deep cycle. When you pick them up they say Golf Car on the label? Web ordering easy but it takes a while to get your core charge refunded to your credit/debit card. Great service staff in the Prescott Valley, AZ store.

I wanted to share my experience from the last 5 years going to this store. Dave, the owner, is a really stand-up guy. He is always cheerful, happy to talk/see you, and goes out of his way to make sure your service is not only good, but great.I am also a small business owner and Dave has helped me out with all of my needs: APC batteries for backup, standard batteries, camera batteries, cell phone batteries, watch battery replacement (takes about 3 minutes!), etc. He also has delivered light bulbs to our office as well. Im taking my dead iPhone in this afternoon to get repaired as well.I like supporting local business as well as good people. I will continue using them as long as I need them!

The issue I had with my iPhone was not what I thought it was and the nice man at the Prescott Valley store quickly determined this. All I needed was a new protective shield which was applied in less than 10 minutes and I was out the door totally content.

After spending way too much time on-line looking for a battery for my Galaxy S5, I came here and found a lifetime warranty (whatever that really means) battery. It was expensive ($40) compared to the on-line prices, but I got good advice about battery life times and phone use, too. Order your battery on their website, pick it up at the store and get 10% off - this is not a commercial.

What a difference 2 years make. Two years ago, I thought this was the greatest store. Jeff and Barb were very attentive to what I needed and bent over backwards to take care of my battery needs.Now I am very disappointed in the Prescott Valley, AZ location. The first reason I am disappointed is that recently there has been an increased spike in COVID-19 cases in Yavapai County and advisability of masking in public places is all but a mandate, I visited on December 23rd to recycle drill batteries and to make a purchase. First thing I noticed is that customers were coming in and out unmasked, which I can understand from naysayers, but also the 2 employees in the store were both unmasked and dealing face to face with unmasked customers without social distancing. In fact, I was the only one wearing a mask inside the store. So the CEOs statement, weve all worked together to follow the latest health recommendations: maintaining appropriate social distance, adhering to local mandates and masking up is false advertising.The second reason I am disappointed is that the battery I wanted to buy is advertised on the Batteries Plus website, but the employee told me that it is not available. Why is it on the website if it is no longer available to buy? He indicated that the battery in question was no longer available to be ordered and that it was no longer being carried in the warehouse, but as of today, it is still on the website, so (1) the website conflicts with reality, or (2) the employee did not want my business. There was no effort to provide information where I could buy the battery I need, nor was there an attempt to even look up any further information.Since this store is the only game in town, and since this store doesnt want to practice safety to its customers, I will not be doing any further business with them.
