Great place for yogurt ice cream. Only drawback is that every time I visit, they do not have waffles. I request them to keep some extra waffles if possible.

Covid safe considering the current situation.They provide gloves for each patron and limit the number of people that can access the ice cream machines at one time.They have the normal number of machines/ flavors and twists running right now.Unfortunately only one sugar free option.Be careful you can easily create a$12 dollar sundae if you do not pay attention to the weight.Great experience overall and have been several times.Enjoy

One star for you Sweet Frog in Poughkeepsie! Both garbage cans in front of your store are overflowing and garbage is blowing all over the plaza and parking lot. Saturday March 6, 2021 2:30 pm. The neighboring stores cans are not! When I informed the two ladies working there today, I was told “We know, and will tell the landlord”. Astounding! I guess they don’t get paid to dump the Garbage.

We went on a Tuesday for a promotion that is only valid this day the yogurt doesnt have enough flavor and its light lloks like they mixed with water instead of milk.

Needs more options besides the obligatory Low fat, gluten free, fat free, no added sugar. Literally everything tastes the same because of this. Im convinced the yogurt is all plain but just colored slightly differently, then made obsolete with mounds of toppings. Great color scheme theyve got going on though.

My specific experience in the Poughkeepsie Sweet Frog, picked the strawberry flavor, tasted nothing like it, literally took one bite and asked the worker to switch it out, would have used the same bowl. Was told a flat out no, no wavering on. What a way to keep your customers happy.The strawberry has always been the same everytime I have come here until today. I will not be returning, will go to Kingston instead. Nasty worker

Sweet frog is good. They have decent yogurt and a very wide variety of toppings but on this particular visit, the place was crowded with obnoxious children and no one was controlling the situation.Thumbs down to the staff for not taking charge of their establishment.

What can you really say? You serve yourself, the employees only ring you out...and of course the one flavor I really wanted was empty. Oh well...All in all its a nice stop for a quick froyo fix!

We went after a birthday dinner to round out our night. Definitely a little pricey if you add on toppings and dependant on your yogurt size, but honestly your kinda paying for the experience as well. They have a wall of flavored yogurt that you can mix and match. After you pick your yo mix, there is a counter full of topping you can add to your delite. Then you weigh your crazy creation and pay to enjoy. You can sample flavors before you commit which is great too. When we went it was a little dirty at the tables, but a huge bus group had just left.

Best desert place in town

Hoopla is an extremely good frozen yogurt spot. All of their flavor options are Gluten-Free and they have over 24 flavors to choose from. On Mondays anyone can fill a 12 ounce container of Hoopla for only $4. The toppings that they have are always fresh and kept full. I highly recommend visiting Hoopla in the future because their toppings and yogurt are so yummy!

Great place to stop for a healthy or unhealthy snack. Many varieties of frozen yogurt and toppings, some of which are healthier than others. Mondays are my favorite days as you only pay $4 for as much yogurt and toppings as you can fit in a 12oz. cup.

Decent place with some good options. I was displeased that the no-sugar-added strawberry was labeled as containing no allergens, while the website lists milk as the first ingredient.

Clean food area and tables were impeccable. The staff were sweet, very understanding of my little one begging for one more strawberry.

Ridiculously over priced. Place is super dirty and rundown. Dont know how the health Dept hasnt shut them down. Dont waste your time or money. Not wotth it.
