Sadly I must say that it was a disappointment going to this beauty supply. Their inventory was pretty much non exisistant. They didnt have anything in stock that I was looking for. Out of stock in most all areas of the store. 😩

I had to come back on here to give an extra star. The 2 girls who made sure I got my products,whom I totally begged at the closing second were more than awesome! They made the rest of my day so pleasant that I was able to pass it on so others could feel how they made me feel. So,so,so special!!! Hugs & Hi-5s!!!

Nice to have a near fully stocked beauty supply store close by. Stocked with fully diverse array of Professional Color Brands, however not all of them including a select few of the most popular ones that may be used in a local Salon. However, in their defense, Im sure Cosmoprof would carry ALL amazing brands if they could; some Professional Color Brands are simply geographically zoned to specific locations and it simply is not within the stores power to carry any brand by request. However, in the subscription, there are plenty of wonderful supplies and tools to choose from, whether youre a working Cosmetologist or just someone who enjoys the craft. This is not for just any individual looking to experiment with beauty techniques regardless of experience. You must be a Licensed Cosmetologist in order to purchase a single item in the store, so bring it with you if it is your first time visiting and they will give you a membership card. The staff is always more than helpful and attentive to your needs, questions, or requests. Some are more experienced and knowledgeable than others, however, all of them are on the ball, and know their stuff! Happy Shopping!

Had what I needed

Cosmo Prof costumer service is terrible . Between 10-2pm I came into the store 1st of all looking for a hair dye I use .The girl ignored me and talked down to me when I was just asking her a simple question . She was beyond rude. Later she try to tell me that Cosmo Prof was not for public or for students. Ive been shopping in cosmo prof with out any official documentation . I would like the manger of this location to call me. As soon as possible because I am a member she didnt even bother to look me up in the system for student idetfincation . I told her I had proof of id that I was student because Im new to the area, I just moved out of L.A and I was buying school supplies for school. I didnt happen to get the employees name who was helping me but she had a terrible dye job of Ombre thats all I can say . May be thats why she was biter towards me . A costumer behind me stud up for me and asked why she was being so rude. I dont know if it was her first day or she had a personal issues against me . Ive never meet the girl but all i know she was beyond rude and I would like the magnet phone number to make report on this terrible costumer service that was provided me towards today .
