This was the second Walgreens that told me an item i chose for pick up was not available. They took my coupon. I had to go to the store to have them give back the $12.00 coupon plus, for the second time at 2 different locations, was told item was not available, when on fact, it was in the store, BOTH TIMES!! BOTH LOCATIONS in Poughkeepsie!!! I live in a different county and am disabled. I will not do that again!!
I was very satisfied with the service that got at Walgreens with this young lady Daniela ( hope got the right name ) .I went to get two perfumes, one for a gift and the other for myself. Like the idea they carry good brands and my favorites from the 80s and 90s ( Estee Lauder ).She was very kind and loving to help me even she was the only in there as a cashier and helping customers at the same time.She didnt rushed and took her time to show me perfumes for young ladies because the gift was for a young lady.She also help me to find a gift wrap and never rushed. And always had a smile . 🥰 give her a 10.Store is very clean too.
Hi I came in today and checked in with the Lab Corp IPad and been waiting an half hour already.Usually they take you in quickly.I believe there should be more staff.I get there might be patients but I haven’t seen anyone here the chairs are all empty.If you had more staff it would be better
I called to ask if this store sells crutches. The person who answered said yes. I asked again to double check and they said yes again. I drove to the store to make the purchase but when I got there, they didn’t have any crutches. I wasn’t asking if, historically, they sold crutches.
Cashier maddox was very rude. Not one word was said to me. Didnt even tell me the total I had to look at the screen. Didnt even make eye contact. Maybe he shouldnt be behind the register
Very poor customer service.I wanted to purchase red bull energy drinks.The cooler was marked 3 for $5. They Rang up 3 for $7.. I told them that this is the coupon and I brought it to the cashier. Im guessing the manager said well those are for the smaller cans. I said well someone stocked cooler wrong... I said fine What about the other Tag 2 for $5. She said we dont put those in the cooler... So I didnt purchase the red bull... If an employee messes up on stocking your cooler and It is mislabeled the company should Honor The employees mess up and yell at the employee for not doing their job properly..
The new pharmacy manager is the bomb. Turning this store around. Keep up the good work.

First off I love Walgreens but this is by far the worst Walgreens I’ve been too. The customer service was unsatisfactory, the store had an entire row of store merchandise for a set price and when I came to the register the price was way higher. So I politely asked for a store employee to take a look because something wasn’t right. The employee was RUDE ! And was trying to fix the entire shelf before I walked back to see if maybe I mistakenly picked it up from the wrong place... instead of the employee saying sorry ma’am this item was placed in the wrong spot, he instantly came off with an attitude and said it doesn’t matter that the item is in the wrong space, the price is set. ALSO another employee followed my wife and I around the store while shopping AS IF she was watching us. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a Walgreens. I will never go back,
I just left the Walgreens on Dutchess Tpke and am very dissatisfied with their customerservice.I purchased haircolor, which is 8.99 online but in the store was priced at 10.79 each.In addition, I purchased a box of probiotics which was priced 12.99 on the shelf, but rang up as 20.99. When I questioned the price, the clerk rudely said thats the price. I told her the price on the shelf was lower and she said she couldnt go back and check for me because she was the only employee up frontI have never been treated so badly before at a store. This was a horrible shopping experience and I will not be returning there.
Dont buy there photos. They come out blurry and have odd color spots. Both not issues when viewed with a laptop. Poor poor quality photos.
Was on hold with the pharmacy for 30 minutes only for them to hang up. Not happy 👎

The pharmacy customer service is atrocious worst ever! No accountability and never an apology for their mistakes. I know mistakes happen but to not apologize or take accountability speaks volumes. I am taking my business elsewhere
I had been satisfied until recently. I asked for a pharmacist to answer some questions I had about a medication. A young man whom I had not seen before came out. I asked my question. He read to me the label on the medication and did not appear to make any attempt to understand either my question or my concerns. Neither did he seem to have knowledge about the medication about which I was inquiring and didnt seem to care. I did not need anyone to read to me the label on the medication; I was perfectly capable of reading it myself. I will not use the pharmacy department at this location again,
