Fastest purchasing experience ever at a dealership. Called them up, told them what I wanted. They arranged financing and all the paperwork was ready when I got there. In and out and about 30 minutes. I would only buy my cars from healey, not because of the price, but because the service WAS top notch. Over the past 5 years theres been a major decline in work, but with a major increase in attempted upselling. I get it that upselling is a component, but when that becomes the be all to end all way of business, thats a problem. Another problem is that when a repair wasnt done right the first time or has reoccured, the blame game begins. No ownership is ever taken by anyone in service. In fact, they make mention of a mechanics problem, but claim its been resolved as if to reassure youre now safe. Often times they still are handing you a bill or having one of those private conversations as if the doctor is briefing you about a surgery still in progress. An incident that comes to mind was a persons brakes were literally damaged by a healey mechanic, car was brought back 3 days later to have them make good on it. I think the car only went 20-30 miles. I witnessed the blame from service and the owner blowing a gasket yelling at them as they were given a 500 dollar bill. Once done with my current vehicle, I will be looking elsewhere for a car and service provider.
Our salesman, Rich went above and beyond to meet our needs. There was nothing that interested us on the lot our first visit, but Rich followed up with us a few days later.I would absolutely recommend Healey to any friends or family. Terrible experience. My boyfriend and I stopped by a few times with an issue with his fuse box. The mechanic, Don, was the nicest and most helpful person at this establishment. We got the car from them and we are trying to gain some insight on how this issue would get resolved anf how much it would be to fix. They tried telling us the piece we needed was “NEVER” sold separately and in order for the problem we needed to get fixed, it would be over $2,000.00. Meanwhile we found the piece we needed online and went back to ask if it would be less expensive and if they would be able to fix the issue with our piece we bought for only $100.00. The man in sales told us that we need to stop coming back with our questions and he “doesn’t have time to sit here and answer our questions and cannot help” assuming they started to get mad at the fact that we found a way to fix the problem at a lower cost. He kept insisting on us making an appointment to bring the car in so they could fix it “their way” and charge us 2 grand. Never again, went right over to GMC immediately after and received more response and information then we ever got from Chevy and they even told us this problem could get easily fixed by them AND at a great price.
We were pleasantly surprised by our recent car buying experience at Healey Chevy in Poughkeepsie. We worked with Paul Venditti who made the buying process seamless for us, finding the exact car we were looking for, keeping us updated in real time and preparing the paperwork for us remotely so that our time in person was used most efficiently. Went there on Friday as a just looking to see if I liked something and ended up leaving the lot with a new leased Colorado. Christina was able to answer all of my questions she wasn’t pushing me to do it today.but if I wanted the same exact one I test drove I had to get it today since 2-3 other people had come in to look at the same exact one
The phone contact and labor on the truck were all great, but the one thing that I did not like was that after spending over $3,400 to get my truck fixed, I had to clean over 6 of snow off of it myself before it could be driven off of the lot. That has never happened to me at a dealership before, and I hope that this was just an error, and not common practice.
Bought a spark last year from this dealer. Bought a Trailblazer this year. I was very pleased with the staff. They made every effort to make every thing great. I highly recommend this dealer to any one.

Just bought a 2020 Equinox from Phil Dipierno. I test drove several cars and he picked out exactly the car that I wanted and explained all the features to me in detail. Don’t waste your time I did a pre qualification online was approved and then went to the dealer to say my credit is not good enough. That was the whole point of the pre qualification I just feel like they just want you to come in the door and are so misleading!!

Great service experience. It took about 15 minutes to drop-off and check -in for my service appointment. They called me when I was done and I was able to pick it up at my convenience, since they will lock everything in the vehicle and allow pickup with a spare key.
As always Healey chevrolet in Poughkeepsie did great .. had the appointment scheduled for the 25th and something had come up .. I contacted my advisor and let him know I dropped it off at which time he said no problem it will be taken care of .. I then got a call from him the next morning as he was checking the truck in to go over what I needed . As it would be when I got home the truck was complete the keys were in it as well as the paperwork and ready to go .. cant ask for much more than that... I just recently purchased a 2017 WRX from Healy in Poughkeepsie. The model was elusive to track down to say the least. Upon my first contact with the dealer, I was referred to Christina and let me say, she was absolutely marvelous. My wife and I had a ton of questions, and she answered every one confidently and with a level of information that was refreshing. She was even coaching a new employee and gave him the confidence to help us as well. Great experience. I bought a 2020 lt1 in white. Noticed a crack in the grill and brought the car back. Both Tom the sales man and owner are cool people. Once Tom found out about the little crack in the grill he came outside as soon as I pulled up. He had someone look at it and he told me don’t worry about it enjoy the car we will do the right thing and fix the issue. Couldn’t have been happier. My over all experience was great and will definitely do business with them in the future. Oh and car buying was a breeze. Definitely recommend this place

My check engine light was on for over 5 days and abruptly turned off after putting gas the morning of my service appointment. The service department was still able to diagnose and fix the problem. The staff was professional, courteous and kept me informed throughout the process.

Was notified during service appointment that there was a factory recall on and air bag inflator. Healy scheduled an appointment and had my vehicle back in for the recall within days. quick and friendly service.

Routine inspection with a small wait and perfect.
I sold back a 2020 Chevy Blazer to this dealership due to my wife becoming disabled and no longer able to drive. It only had 4000 miles on it and I lost $16,000 on doing that. I was due $699.00 prepaid maintenance and the manager promised a check would be sent the next day. I never received it in 15 days, so I started calling the finance manager. I made 7 calls with no return call back. So dont fall for their push to buy a prepaid maintenance or extended warrantee or you may be faced with the same problem if you need to sell it.
I always come here when I need to buy a car. Christina is always very helpful and works hard to make sure my car buying needs are met

Had a 2:15 service appointment for a recall was told it would be three hours OK was not expecting that long but i took the time to go there so i went with it.In waiting room for about ten minutes advisor came out and said sorry not enough time to do it today.My question is didnt they know how long it would take when i made appointment so all i did was waste a hour of my time.
I have taken my work vehicle to be serviced there for years. Chris (service advisor) is always a gentleman. Last week there was an issue after my mothers car was repaired. John (service manager) took the time to listen to my concerns and made things right. He far exceeded my expectations!

Every detail of the service was exceptional. Even though I forgot to select wait, they let me and got the service done while I waited. A complete inspection was done along with oil change and tire rotation. I watched as they cleaned the car to make sure I would be safe when I left.

Service can be pricey for things that should be a courtesy to loyal customers. Example: I had my car serviced Monday. Wednesday my engine light came on after gassing up. Most likely its a gas cap problem but I now need it reset. They want to charge 137.00 for a diagnostic. I get why if I was walking in but I just spent 300.00 on a serpentine belt and alignment. I always trust what my mechanic says but this hurt. Just check for me as a courtesy. Im furloughed and money is really tight. Its just good customer service. Same with my trunk. It wont open suddenly after a service to Healy and they wont even look unless I give them 100.00. This is why people use private mechanics. They value their loyal customers.

I bought my used 2009 corvette from this dealership in august. I’ve had nothing but problems with the car since it was purchased and they constantly told me there is nothing wrong with the vehicle because it wasn’t “throwing a code”. Here’s a list of everything that’s been wrong with the vehicle so far,1) inspected and sold me the car with 2 tires that had the metal sticking thru them. This was only fixed after they noticed it and I had been driving it around for several days.2) the car would not take any gasoline3) the car has had a rough idle since the day I purchased it and still to this day they won’t fix it or acknowledge that the problem exists even tho 3 separate mechanics have said there is a problem.4) a wiring harness melted and caused a code to come up 2 days after I bought it5) the evap control module needed to be replacedAll of this is ridiculous and ONTOP of that the service manager is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I can’t stress it enough to not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. To this day I am spending cash out of my own pocket to try to fix all these issues since the dealership won’t.
