We recently had a company vehicle in an accident with a deer, Ron the owner of RG was on top of the situation and promised to get the truck back on the road within five days. When we arrived to pick up, the truck was fully detailed inside and out and not to mention the work performed was amazing. We would certainly recommend them if you are in need of any auto body repair.

RG Auto body was recommended to me after being in a car accident and Im so happy they were. Ron did an amazing job, he kept me updated on a regular basis and the work his shop does is top notch.

Have been using Ron for several years and up until now have been very pleased. Had my vehicle towed for a damaged windshield and chose to replace it with them out of trust. Ron was pleasant as always and the service was quick and effortless. Problems came after Melissa failed to comply with State Farm billing. She has berated and belittled us for her inability to meet State Farms requirements. She has repeatedly acted vile and treated myself with such disregard as I attempted to offer to submit the paperwork myself. I am very disappointed and have changed from recommending them fully to recommending you go elsewhere to be treated with decency and respect.

Ron is awesome and so is his work! My car looks better than new after hitting a deer. Highly recommend!

Had work done on both of our cars. Body work and painting on my car was excellent, absolutelyperfect. My wife’s car was fully detailed and looks like brand new.Price for both jobs was excellent. Ron is a good person to work with and his people did a great job on our cars. I would definitely recommend him if you want quality work done on your vehicle.

I took my 2018 challenger there and the did very excellent and professional work my car looked even better than brand new once I received it back. They know what they are doing and are very friendly and helpful, would highly recommend them to anyone

Ronny and the lady Alyssa ( hope I have her name right) were wonderful from the minute I walked in after my accident! Took the keys and from that point took care of everything!! Stress free and were extremely polite! When I came back to pick up my car when it was done I felt like it was the day when I drove it new off the car lot for the first time! Recently I needed some body work on my Subaru. After researching Poughkeepsie body shops on the net, I chose RG based on some of the Yelp glowing reviews I read. I was not let down. About 3 years ago I was told by my children to go to RG Autobody to have my 2 month old Town and Country repaired. I had managed a new car dealership for 25 years and only dealt with 2 body shops in Westchester. I have been out of the business for 8 years and was unsure for who to repair my vehicle. Note I am very meticulous and difficult to please. The van was not only done as promised but the job done was the best I ever saw. I had the vehicle 3 years and when I traded it in, it looked like the day it was painted. Now I get another same new van for 2016 and my wife damages the vehicle again but worse. Of course I returned to RG Auto Body for the repair. This time the job was done even better than last time which I thought could not be possible. Talking about exceeding someones expectations. Ron, Melissa and their crew make RG Autobody a place that stands alone in excellence. Thank You

I tried to write this review 3 times now and it would never go through. My wife had drove off the road in the snow less tHe 2 miles from my house. She called me at work and I Left. It took me and hour and a half to get theree and by then the trooper showed up and had the car towed. Call the trooper barracks to find out who towed it and they told me RG autobody. So I call up RG autobody and they told me it was gonna be over $650. I was literally shocked when I heard that. So the next day I called him up about a towel and told them I had to take a car from my house to Poughkeepsie which is literally five times the distance that the car was towed to their yard and the lady on the phone quoted me at $150. After that I went in to confront them on the huge discrepancy and find out how come it was so much cheaper to tow the car that much further. I told him I just called up and the young lady gave me a quote. At this point he got mad gave me every excuse in the book that he needed to use special equipment to get the car out that the lady gave me a bad quote. After everything said and done I had to pay him $150 sign the title over just to get my stuff out of the car I never met such a scumbag in my life. I do believe in what goes around comes around and I know he will get his. And after reading some reviews it seems like he likes doing this to a lot of people because almost exact same thing has happened two or three other people. Hopefully this review gets posted this time.

Best body guy around very honest and takes pride in his work. How are his prices they are to me very fair. You get what you pay for, if you looking for an Earl Scheib paint job this is not the place for you.When your car comes out your not gone be able to tell it was ever hit. I have been using Ronnie for years and he wont give you back your guy until he is satisfied.I went to check in on a repair he should me what was done and said he would have it the next day because he didnt like the way the finish came out. So when I went in the next day it was not only ready but detailed inside and out and completely wax !!!Thanks Ronnie !!

Went there to drop my Altima off after an accident while he came up with an estimate for a drivers side window, side mirror, and decent scratches on the fender and side of vehicle. $2500 estimate scared me right away and tried to charge me and find every excuse to not pull my vehicle out of his shop. Took my car down to Hunts Point and got it done for exactly half the price. These people will try to take as much as they can from you.
