My wife didn’t even park the car, she is pregnant and left the car engine on with the emergency lights on, we went not even 5min to the apartment to leave the bags of shopping and went out and this guys was trying to tow the car and he finally did it and took it with the engine on and everything l, I even have video that my car was engine one when I went to take back. Incredible… worst parts this guys yelling at my wife not even having in consideration that she is preguntan of 7 months common…

At the time, I was so disgusted with their demeanor, price, and overall customer service, i walked out after paying and when I called back to get a copy of my receipt the owner refused. The reviews on this dump speak louder than any word I can write. If I could give 0 stars I would, i just hope this place goes out of business soon.

Predatory towing indeed! They towed my husbands car within five minutes of him parking. He was on his way to his CANCER doctor and tried to explain this to the degenerate owner who told him to walk!! My husband literally arrived at the tow company right after it got towed there and was charged $240 cash! Since my husband didn’t have that much cash on him, he requested to leave his ID, wallet and credit cards if he could just take the car to go to the appointment, then pick up cash at the bank and come back to pay. Again, he was told to walk. Bobby: you have no compassion or empathy. Shame on you!!!!

This company likes to trap people behind McDonald’s in Poughkeepsie. Heard a story today where they booted 7 people and even a veteran. Very unprofessional.

If zero stars was a thing they would have it. Parked in McDonalds on Main.went into restaurant to place order, placed order, left to go next door to place order for pizza, came back to retrieve order from Mcdonalds only to find a Barnacle window boot on my car. Who does this!!!! when I pointed out the error and show the receipts they still did not make the situation right. They are a bunch of thieves and have unethical business practices, and can not be reasoned with. I am done with Mcdonalds also! Put a Boot on that! Im taking them to court!

He told me I didn’t speak to him when I’m fact I did.. I showed him my call logged and the time we spent on the phone... this guy keep telling me never spoke to me and he has no clue what I’m talking about... he also said he’s the only person that would of answer in the morning. Then he said I need to figure out who you spoke too when theirs no one that would answer the phone besides him. So I was lost...please don’t deal with this business it’s a joke... STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!My sons car was towed there after a collision one morning. I arranged for a local auto body shop to pick up the car. He was very angry that someone was picking up car before the insurance company had a chance to estimate the damage. He then insisted that the towing charge (from Rt 9 North and Main St in Poughkeepsie) and one day of storage was $1000.00 and payment was expected to be in cash. A blizzard hit the area and he happened to close for two days. By the time the car was picked up (3 days later) his bill inflated to $1600.00.I strongly suggest that the local law enforcement to remove him from the approved tow lists!

This guy is the worst. He had my car for two months. Had to make a complaint to motor vehicles. After doing research on him after the fact I come to find that he has more judgements and complaints on him. He has a horrible attitude. I called and called to find out the status and finally after two months the car was done. Horrible job. Horrible place horrible people. The place looks like a junk yard and he has homeless people living in the cars.

I went there to pick up my car. the work was overpriced (1 front bumper: $1400) and much to my surprise he had a homeless couple living in my car. when he told them to get out because i was there to pick it up, they were even making out! im only 18 ya know bobby. go to hell
