Its just a book store. No fancy coffee shop or audio area. Just books & a few trinkets. Staff was nice and helpful. My daughter loved it.

Helpful employees. Interacted so nice with my shy 4 yr old grandson who is into Pokémon & we were looking for a handbook with all the different Pokémon & their evolutions & descriptions of each. She knew exactly what we wanted & where to find it. She asked who his favorite was & why, & really got into the conversation. Very enjoyable except for how hot the back if the store was making it hard to stay too long.Either way, just nice to have an actual, physical book store to take my grandson to.

They offer a manga sale that states, buy 2 get the third one free but they do not take the full amount off of the third book since people have been known to return the free book and get away with. I think this store needs to update their system or stop with the false advertising! Secondly, I came to the store today at 6:50 pm and one of the workers explained to me that they all of the sudden close at seven and not eight like their website states! At least honor your own schedule or fix it on your site!

I LOVE this store.Though its smaller than your average BAM, trust me, it is still LOADED with TONS of reading material, games, journals, stuffed animals, tarot cards galore, tons of awesome trinkets, book reading materials like page keepers, page markers, jewelry, gemstones/crystals, sage, really awesome mugs, jewelry, stress balls, little prank gadgets/cool gadgets/toys, and all sorts of cool kits for things (ex: I got a kit for palm reading w/ a palm reading instruction book, ink pad and palm roller, specialized palm reading papers, and even a gel pen to take notes, originally $39.99, on bargain (their words, not mine...itswhat the sale sticker states..) for only.........$10!!Outside of the main lobby/store front, they have shelves FULL of bargain buy books, anywhere from a little under $4 and up!! (Usually about $3.95-$14.95 seem to be the pricing on most of the bargain content outside the store front!)There is ALWAYS a good buy/cheap find/ hidden gem/ and of course all the new mainstream books at usually reasonable pricing.And lastly, the staff and upkeep of the store is wonderful. Its ALWAYS tidy, there are never empty shelves, its always quiet yet cozy. The staff are very helpful, but not OVERLY so which is important for me! I like being checked on once, maybe twice, but no one wants to feel like theyre being watched, followed, ect. I never had anything but positive interactions with all the staff, and they give you your space and time to browse freely without making you feel pressured/uncomfortable!This location us my favorite go-to bookshop, hands down. Its the best part about that darn mall, if ya ask me!🙃

I love Books-A-Million. They are always willing to help, but most of the time I just want to browse. And they let me without pestering me. The workers are kind and the store is clean and easy to navigate.The only negative is they always try to push the magazine subscriptions service onto you at check out. I signed up for the service two years ago and I hated it, plus its a pain to unsubscribe from it. Ive told them this over and over again. Yet they still try to push it on me even though Ive said no countless times. Im sure theyve been told by the higher ups that they have to push the service, but if the customer says no, than stop asking. But other than that, they are great.

Just entered through the store yesterday for the first time, and I was blown away by how many good books there are. Looks clean too, gonna have to visit again.

I like this little book store. Its no Barnes and Noble by any stretch of the imagination, but does have a good selection of books and references in all the usual genres. Every time Ive been there, all current bestsellers were in stock and priced reasonably. The Coventry Mall is struggling big-time, so like all the other stores here, their days may be numbered.

Absolutely love the staff here. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. Great selection of tarot cards and occult stuff for a small book store. Plenty of stock, and if they dont have it they will try to get it for you.Also sign up for the book club. I kept not doing it, and finally did and ill tell you the savings add up realllll quick. Lots of coupons and promotions with it.

Great store and great staff. Its a local (though chain, admittedly) book store, which is rare these days, and its a great way to sample a few pages of a book before purchasing. They have a membership card that provides pretty good annual rewards, and they offer a teachers program with no membership fees as well. They do not offer any sort of used book market in store, though the companys web site does, or so the staff have told me. All in all, if youre local and looking for a book store, theyre a great place to start.

Close book store in a familiar feeling mall. They have a decent selection of manga and tabletop game books. If they dont have it they can order and ship it. The kids section is nice as well.

The instructors are great, excellent staff, fair pricing, and flexible scheduling. I highly recommend this place for lessons.

This place is great! I went because I was looking for a bookstore that had a variety of manga other than B&N. I was pleasantly surprised that they had some popular BL and some more niche mature content. The people who work here are really great! Will be buying my books here instead of Amazon.

Won’t be back, this store was perfect until they started to shove their membership and magazine subscriptions down your throat. I will be going to barnes and nobles from now on.Update: I bought a Barnes & Nobles membership

After a few name changes this location has been a regular book shop since I was 5 years old. It definitely has a nostalgic affect on me .I hope it continues to be a book shop for many years to come. Its not my favorite book shop, there is not really anywhere to lounge and has no cafe. But it has a great selection of literature and similar art. If youre in the area I recommend stopping in and picking out a new read .they have a pretty extensive and appealing young readers section.

Its a nice small bookstore with a huge selection. Focused on just books and the odd knick knack, youll find what youre looking for and things youre not looking for. Good customer service. The only downside is the store is located in a dying mall and may like the rest of the mall fade into obscurity.

Sadly, with people using their phones, nooks, etc, eventually this store is a dying breed.

The two people working were very nice. And when I needed help the young girl jumped right to it. She was pretty knowledgeable on all my questions also.

They always try to sell you a membership for $25 and magazine subscriptions. Its annoying and makes me wish I purchased on Amazon instead.

Not a big selection in store better to use their online selection. Can be sent to the store or your home, send to store to avoid paying for shipping. If it were bigger it would be better. We use the library more though for school reports and things like that

The mall that its in is a bit sad, but I was pleasantly surprised with this store. It has the feeling of a nice Borders or Barnes and Noble, but its from a name that I never heard of before. Its relatively small, but if they dont have the book you want they can order for you.

Extremely rude staff member accused me of being a theif. Although I walked into the store with a peice of merchandise in full view in my hand that I purchased from another store that just so happened to carry the same type of item. I was there to merely purchase some literature on basic army manuals and when I found that they were not carried I began to leave. At which point I was stopped by an elderly gentleman after I explained myself as I bought the item from another store he asked for a receipt I did not keep the receipt for the item so I held the item in front of the exit scanner to prove it was never theirs he accused me of beating his scanner so I immediately took my leave. In short I believe I was a victim of age discrimination and demand a apology. So warning if you are under the age of 30 stay away from this book store Id rather purchase from online where Im not accused of crimes

They sneakinly try to sell you magazine subscriptions when you buy books here. I was told that I could choose 4 free magazines because I purchased a book and then AFTER I picked the ones I didnt hate the most because who reads magazines now with the internet, right? I gave him my payment (debit/credit card) then when I signed the reciept he handed me a card which he pointed out how to cancell my subscription before my card was charged for the 4 magazines I picked. Each cost between 12 and 23 dollars 2x a year. He never said I was being offered a free trial subscription until after he had my card and signature. He made it out to be a free gift with purchase. I know how these things work, you call and cancel and then they keep charging you until you call and threaten the life of the customer service person. Be aware of this scam when you shop here. Im certain they get comission on the magazine subscriptions.
