Expensive and cheap stuff the owner and his daughter they rude they wont return or exchange over the weekend only week days they yelled at me because I wanna do a return over the weekend and hes in church never buy anything from there and they didnt write anything on the receipt. Shes busy talking to her boyfriend on the phone but she cant do a return.

Very poor customer service. We bought our daughter a toy from this store and it ended up not work and I went to exchange for the same toy not my money back and I was told nope they couldn’t help. Not we are stuck with a toy that doesn’t work. Never will shop here again.

Its an awesome store with a huge variety of toys/collectables. Mostly adult themed products (Harry Potter, Funko Pop, Naruto, Rick and Morty, ECT.) The prices vary greatly from relatively low to outrageously high. Also one of the managers is outspoken in his prejuduce against the LGBT community. Im under the impression he has even been reported to corporate due to ignorant comments.

It was a quiet experience. The lady was nice and I got some nice games.

Typically very quiet. They have a scent selection of games. People saying this is a kids store are kind of mistaken. Their biggest selection is board games, pop figures, and adult games like cards against humanity and thats what she said, their kids selection is actually fairly small. prices can be a bit high sometimes so i recommend looking at prices online before purchasing. They do get a lot of older collectibles in, like things that havent been on revular store shelves for a while or things that were exclusive to other stores. Overall, decent experinace and a good stop when at the mall.

Brought my kids into this store and the TV or radio was blaring with a women screaming curse words. Will never go in there again. Ridiculous. This is a kids store and my kids had to hear those words.
