They are friendly honest and go out of their way to help. I will never take my car anywhere else. They are also very good with prices.....and for very good quality work. They take care of you like your family.

1. Short staffed! He seemed very overwhelmed with the amount of work and no help2. Bad customer service skills! Once he told me “ I need to stop talking to you if you want your vehicle today” after I only asked if it was ok for me to pick up my car at 7pm I said I will just take my car somewhere else can I have my keys. He then threw his keys across the table at me and said go head! 😳.... I think the owner needs a lesson in professionalism

Its a rare and lucky find when you encounter a mechanic who really values your business, and goes out of his way to provide his customers the optimal client experience. I have had consistently positive and reasonably priced experiences with JJC, and Ive had quite a few of those experiences to prove it. I had gone to JJC initally out of pure convenience for a routine inspection and had a decent experience; quick, friendly, honest service. But it wasnt until my 2006 Subaru needed a completely new engine built that I was really desparate for a fair and flexible mechanic. I was misinformed and swindled by the dealership I had previously trusted and was out about $400 already with nothing to prove for it but a seized up engine. I had my car towed to JJCs before I even knew what the quote was going to be, knowing that I was not going to be taken advantage of. The two men that work there are the most informative, dedicated mechanics that I have had the pleasure to do business with. They kept me informed every step of the way in repairing my car and walking me through all the steps that they were taking as well as my next steps. My car runs beautifully thanks to them. I will continue to take my car to JJCs and would recommend anyone else to do the same. Support our local businesses!
