Great auto repair shop. Brought my suv in for brakes and oil change. The dealer service center had said I needed new brakes. Albitz checked them out and said I still have a good year left on them. Really appreciate the honesty. They completed an oil change. Highly recommend if youre looking for an auto repair shop that cares about its customers.

Ive been taking my cars here for over 30 years ( theyve been open since the 1920s) they always do an outstanding job. If you want it done right the first time at a reasonable cost, this is the place to get your car or truck serviced.

Im relatively new to the Pottstown area. Met a mechanic at bar who works with a dealership and he suggested this place. I have had three cars serviced now and everything has been fantastic. I received calls letting me know what repairs were needed or required to pass inspection. Prices were fair, service was prompt. Nothing more needs to be said.

I took my car in and was later called and told it needed back brakes. The quote was for $560 - FOR BACK BRAKES! They said theyd throw in a tire rotation! HA! I called two other garages - both quotes were LESS THAN HALF of Albitzs quote (one was $250 & the other was $265). I was also told it is difficult to get the parts - I drive a 2008 Jeep Wrangler, not exactly an exotic car. The other garage had no trouble. I did not allow them to work on my car, the price was more than a rip-off, it was a scam because I was a female not wearing a wedding ring who showed up with a car making a funny noise. Hello Albitz, dont judge a book by its cover.
