Rudest employees in portsmouth. Super long waits for no reason. These people have no clue what theyre doing. 1 hour wait on chicken everytime.

Im here pretty regularly. Everythings decently priced. Theres a pretty long wait for food sometimes but its good food. The staff are always super great and friendly.

Waited a hr for a 2 piece meal the people kept lying about the wait on the food the new person was about slow as they come I’m pregnant and was really hungry definitely got a refund I don’t recommend this place at all if I could do 0 stars best believe I would

Extremely slow. Served several people before us and we have been here over 45 mins already. They arent giving me good vibes. I Never have to wait this long at any other chicken spot! So far my money is dropping deeper into my purse. I dont see me making a return trip. This is two thumbs down!

Had an Awesome experience at the Royal this morning. With all that’s going on in our world there are still some great people that we encounter on a day to day. Stopped by the royal to get some of there world famous chicken when, in comes this really nice lady who offered to pay for my order. I thought this was a really nice gesture!! There was a gentleman at the register she offered to pay for his items as well, but he refused only to counter her offer and pay for both of our items, only to find out he was the district leader “Dave Mariano!! The spirit of kindness was in our mist!! Please support this store!!

Stopped in today at the victory store food was great and fresh little gray haired girl was very friendly and she was in the ball ..getting that lunch food ready cheers to her on this Friday my stomach is full I hope she has a great weekend she’s always working hard at her job

Food was unedible, the dude took forever to make it since he wasnt at the counter for the first 10 minutes. Then he gave me a bunch of old fries from the night before, way more than I even ordered, I guess so you could just get rid of them and start fresh. The burrito was disgusting and wasnt even cut in half I spent $12 for absolutely nothing.. I wont be going back

I like the store because it is clean and the employees are friendly. I like the self checkout. They have free air I put in my tire. I will continue to shop their again.

I brought. $ 5 World -Famous Chicken Box on Thursday and came back on Friday for the same meal. The chicken was done and crispy. I enjoyed it every bit, thanks to the cooks. The staff was polite and friendly

Nice gas station but the food was horrible. Spent almost $25 on lunch for 2, which was crazy but Ive always loved royal farms chicken. Mashed potatoes were cold and it all tasted off, didnt finish the chicken even and ended up gagging with the gravy. Biscuit was definitely not cooked all the way and I questioned the chicken. Was pretty upset about that considering the price. Cashier was really nice.

I just stopped in while on my lunch break. The store is clean and well laid out. Everything I wanted to buy was easy to find and the employees that I interacted with were welcoming and polite. Im glad I stopped in today.I dont usually buy hot food from a convenience store but I decided to take a risk and see if it tasted as good as it smelled. I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness and quality of the food that I purchased.The employees behind the food counter were pleasant and made me feel welcome in their store.Now for the food. I got a 5 piece chicken tender meal with a biscuit and mashed potatoes. The chicken was hot and delicious. The biscuit was ALMOST as good as mom made! Thats saying something because my mom was a great cook. The mashed potatoes were better than good, but not great. They were obviously instant potatoes. I like real hand mashed potatoes, but I know thats not always possible for some places that serve hot food.I will definitely be back and try the other foods. Great Job Royal Farms!

Rude and nasty no customer Service

We stopped for gas but my son was hungry. He ordered a 5 chicken tenders meal with the mac and cheese side, plus a roll. He shared his tenders with his dad, step mom and I. To our surprise, the tenders were good. It was white meat and they were moist and not dry.We left only to return 15 minutes later to order another two meals with tenders. The wedges were okay, the Mac and cheese not so much. The staff was great.I loved their modern sink, soap dispenser and hand dryer all activated by motion in the restroom because I didnt have to touch anything.

My Hubby and I were on our way to Richmond to VCU hospital. We stopped there to go to bathroom and by the way very clean I was very impressed. We were hungry, lol my hubby said na as he has been sick. But smelled the chicken . He said ya sugar maybe. So we did . Best dam chicken we ever had and Im a cook I can cook some fried chicken and so can he . But this was the best ever. Now we going to try Va beach if it tastes like that. We will get her done. This was in Portsmouth. Fresh so Dam Fresh !!!! But I ll up date on next one. The service was great. Even in a stressful time they were very nice I want to Thank you all as you made our day so much better.God Bless you all.

Victory Blvd location : food is consistently good late night. Store is well kept. Staff is great.

Got diesel gas today 7/2/2020 and it is bad or has water in it. Truck missing badly and blowing white smoke like crazy when idling and rev it up. Did not have no problems before I filled up. I will not get any type of gas there ever again. Carefull getting any type of gas there !!!!!Just went today 7/3/2020 to a diesel shop because truck running horrible and found out there is gasoline in their diesel. Had to have new fuel filter put on and some stuff put in tank to help.

Employees Dont use common sense

Love their chicken it has a GREAT taste and is seasoned just right. Big portions of the chicken and sides. I also love their potato wedges with cheese reminds me of my home Brooklyn, NY

I went in around 9:30 July 24 2019. I ordered chicken tenders and I got 4 pieces of chicken in my boxI went back to return it and the 2 older women in the front acted like I couldnt returyit until I asked them to SEE the policy that says you cant return food! The girl Kesha that cooked it had a attitude! I support this place all the time!!! I stood around until they exchanged it!

Terrible kitchen staff. Waiting 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich and never got it. Understaffed completely and even saw the male cook preparing food with bare hands. Don’t go here for the food service- it’s that bad.

I just do. And that its conveniently close to my house. Good for a late night pit stop.
