I would like to say when I came into this location today to grab a drink and gas the cashier Amanda B was so bright and happy made the store very welcoming and had a great sense of humor. I have been here many times and the customer service is always on point no matter who is working or what time of day!!!!!!! The store is the cleanest I have seen it in the last 5 years I have lived in Portsmouth!! The bathroom is. Great job to all the Portsmouth big apple crew keep up the great job.

It blows my mind how clean this store is. Most convenient stores do the bare minimum to keep it up and going. I have lived in the area for a long time and have seen several managers at this location, but none that keep the store as clean and clutter free as who is there now. Bravo. Also would like to thank the cashier who found my debit card at the pump and when I came in to get it was made to show an ID they did not just hand it out to anyone. That lets me know this store cares about their customers. I will be a life long customer if this store continues to do as well as they have been. Great staff

I stood in line for 10 minutes, with both registered closed but with employees at them, without a single word said to me to let me know what was going on. When I finally got to the counter, I was greeted with extreme attitude! I am so appalled by my one and only experience here that I will NEVER be returning. I will literally run out of gas in the parking lot and call my AAA for gas before I give this store another cent.

I LOVE COMING TO THE BIG APPLE IN MY AM ROUTINE!! THE MANAGER AMANDA HAS SUCH A GREAT STAFF UNDERNEATH HER, THERES NOT A WORD TO DESCRIBE THE ATMOSPHERE IN THE STORE WHEN SHE AND THE MORNING PPL ARE THERE!!! ABSOLUTELY BLESSED TO START MY DAY LIKE THIS EACH TIME!!

Thank you to the staff for speedy and friendly service on the busy holiday. There was a line (as in all stores on holiday weekends) but the cashiers handled it well. I do however wish that the grill area would open back up I liked coming here for lunch when it was amatos and then the lunch box. Not sad to see the last cook go! Regardless its a nice store with great employees. Always nice to walk into a busy store and the cooler be stocked and shelves full. Props to the staff for that.- Mr. and Mrs. Corriveau

Absolutely terrible experience. We went on a Friday evening. After purchasing gas, we took our toddler into the bathroom to change her. We were verbally abused by the clerk behind the counter who screamed at us for having more than one adult in the bathroom while we were accompanying our child. We then attempted to leave while the clerk berated us to other customers. Do not bring children or families here.

The Woman that work at this place are all the same....Not working at doing there job. Very unpleasant my only 4 times and my last time.I JUST ASKED WHY THERE IS NO RECEIPT PAPER IN AT THE PUMPS FOR THE PEOPLE WHO NEED AND DONT HAVE TIME TO GO INSIDE STAND IN LINE TO GET A RECEIPT AND GET AN ATTITUDE BY THE CHASERS .I AM ASKING WHY THERE IS NO RECEIPTS AT THE PUMP.AS I STAND IN A TEN MINUTE LINE. No ONE HAS THE TIME .PLEASE PUT PAPER IN AT THE PUMPS AND I WILL BUY YOUR GAS . IF NOT I WILL GO ACROSS THE STREET TO MOBIL.
