Gary is the best! Very attentive, funny and he knows the cigars he is selling. I wish every store attendant was like him. Now on the store....ample variety, well arranged. Excellent cigars there like The Tabernacle!

Very friendly staff. They helped me pick out a couple fancy cigars for a gift. I know nothing about cigars, and they were very patient and explained some great options. The person loved the cigars so much that he later went to buy more and visit the cigar lounge.

Great selection of cigars, I was truly impressed they carry Padrons and Davidoffs. That being said the cigars are a bit dried out. Thats the only reason Im not leaving five stars. The bar portion downstairs is absolutely brilliant. I would LOVE to return and enjoy another smoke and drink there. Amazing atmosphere for a cigar aficionado. Awesome cigar shop, unfortunately during the day I was busy and couldn’t make it during the opening hours to look through the cigar shop, but I was definitely able to go downstairs and order a cigar and drink. The ship from the outside looks to have a great selection. Going downstairs to the bar was really neat, (we don’t have basements in Texas). It was well taken care of down there, staff was friendly, a bit new too, but we still got taken care of. Wound up going both nights I was there, and enjoyed drinks and different cigars both nights. The selection was great on both cigars and drinks. I will definitely be back next time I visit. Thanks for the good service guys!

A true hidden gem in town! It’s underground atmosphere has a prohibition feel. Can’t wait to go back & take some girlfriends.

Great shop with lots of options and super helpful staff. Easy to access and prices were on par with what you would expect. Best part overall is the cigar bar downstairs. Cannot remember the last time I was able to sit in a bar and smoke cigars while getting good drinks and watching sports. Really cool place to check out.

The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. The selection of tobacco for pipes is rather large, the cigar selection is enormous. The whiskey bar is perfect for people who are just getting into this, the staff walks you through the entire process to get the most out of your experience.

I enjoy a nice cigar and a scotch, especially when its with my son. We go to the shop downtown which has a bar down below. Pretty good scotch selection I must say. Why dont I live in a town with a great place like this? Why am I stuck in Vermont? Have a cigar for me when you go there; youll see.

NEVER get a locker here, the bar tab your supposed to get seems to mysteriously vanish. Cool spot, good cigar selection, sad that after 2 years at $1000 a year for our locker, I have to walk away after countless times discussing it with management for a resolution to our mysterious bar credit that comes with the locker that gets used by anyone but the owners of the locker. Sad...

The gentleman who (eventually) greeted us was condescending and reluctant to assist us. I did not buy a cigar from this place, nor will I ever. Reading the other reviews from this place, it appears that my negative experience is atypical. Nonetheless, my experience was unpleasant. The Federal Cigar in Dover had much better service and a friendlier cigar-shop staff.

There was some sort of street event going on so trying to find parking nearby was a bit of a pain but finding it was easy once on the street looks a little small but have a decent selection including decent priced pipe tabaco and assessors

I was there last night. Ive been here years before and the atmosphere has changed. The place was dusty, the waitresses skanky, it seemed as though there was no atmosphere. Rhey ran out of beer and their menus were disheveled and items crossed off with a pen. Truly disappointed as in previous years it was a go to summer stop for us.

Showed up 1.5 hrs before closing time. Waitress walked by several times and never were served. After waiting 1.5hrs to even be served. we were told to leave and were never served.
