I brought my 91 F-150 in because of a leaking rear fuel tank. I was quoted a price. When I brought the truck in, the shop they went to get the new fuel tank and pump no longer carried it but Bill was able to find a replacement for an additional $75. I was fine with that. When I was called 4 days later to pick it up the truck the final price was higher than the second quote. When I asked if there was gas in the rear tank the service kid said no. I asked how they checked out the fuel pump and did a leak check on the new tank. I was told to fill it myself and if it leaks bring it back. He said if I did not ask for them to leak check or op check the tank then they wouldnt have. He asked me if that made sense. I said no it didnt but okay and started to walk away when he called me an A$$hole. I said wow did you just call me that he said yes because I was acting like one. I asked for Bill, I explained what happened, he said the same thing as the kid but added that he guessed he could have put gas in it but never thought about doing that. He said he would handle the kid but not once did I get an apology. I guess business is so good there they can be nasty to their customers. Definitely not what I expected.

The customer services was amazing but they are pretty expensive I brought all my own parts for the work that I needed done and they were about $300 more than the place I went to that told me what I needed to have done. And what shocked me even more is that they gave me a list of things that my car needed done that cam up to almost $1000 so I asked how much would it be just to get the things that I came for done and they said $700... So for another $300 I can get my car fix to perfection but the two things I came in for in the first place (replace control arm and alignment) that didnt sit right with me. But I know they come highly recommend so thats why I went I didnt have any work done so not really sure what thats like.

This was a business to business transaction and we got a good price as well as the technician letting us know of any existing problem before the needed alignment. Depending on who you deal with, youll either have a fair and honest experience or get completely shafted. 9 of 10 its the shaft.Theyll carge you an arm and a leg to rip your car apart then charge you even more just to put it back in the condidtion you left it there. I wouldnt get your vehicle inspected here either. No matter what some other mechanic has told you Canady & Branch will find something else that needs fixing even if nothing needs fixing.Dont believe what you read in the other reviews.

Getting mixed feelings justified delays and curtious staff but other delays seemed unneeded will change upon service finishing I believe one person may be poorly estimating costs to a large degree but again Ill save final judgements for later.
